We really enjoyed our stay. It was our third visit to Maui and the Palms, and this was our favorite condo. We didn’t have to contact the property manager because everything was in good order and working properly. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable in the evenings. We appreciated that there were lawn chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach.

We were so happy with this condo that we picked for our family vacation on Maui. The Wailea area on Maui is so great, the beaches are perfect. And this condo was everything we expected. It was modern and seemed updated. It was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive as was the manager. A few things that I might change: have more kitchen staples (like olive oil, condiments, cooking spray, baggies, foil etc that people don't want to buy since not all will be used), add food storage containers, a refresh of the beach/swim items on the lanai (there was no body board and most of the snorkel items were broken), the master bed mattress wasn't super comfy (so maybe a new mattress in the future, but that wouldn't stop me from saying again). Overall, we loved this place and would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you Jeannie!

A great unit in a quiet complex. Really enjoyed the AC on the few days when the winds were calm.

We stayed with friends for 10 days in this unit and loved it. Well stocked and comfortable with a very large patio for eating meals outside, which we did all day. Pool is a short walk away and welcome on those hit afternoons after a day at the beach! Very quiet and exceptionally well maintained complex. We’ll be back.

As advertised, beautiful 2 bedroom at Palms of Wailea, very clean, a little dated but we have stayed at the Palms and knew this to be the case when we booked. Love the location and the pool area at the Palms. Condo was fully stocked including everything you will need in kitchen, BBQ is wonderful and lots of propane. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and boogie boards provided. Loved spending mornings and evenings on beautiful spacious lanai. Would definitely rent again.

This two bedroom condo was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well outfitted. We really enjoyed the large lanai. I agree with some of the other reviews that the Palms is a bit far from the beach and restaurants but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the property. AC should be permanently installed in the second bedroom.

We had a great four-week stay at the Palms! It is beautifully located in the complex for quiet, and yet very convenient to the pool. The beach isn’t a difficult walk either, about 10 minutes. We have stayed many times at a neighbouring property that has direct beachfront access, so missed that a bit, but it was made up by the lovely quiet pool area that rarely seems too busy. This unit has some areas that are a bit tired, but it has a newer kitchen, good beds and decent furniture, and in all is very good value. The property manager is exceptional and she was very available for the few issues that we had. The Palms is a little further away from the main drag in Wailea than we are used to, but we did a bit of extra driving and a bit of extra walking and all of us agreed the lovely lanai and spacious suite was worth the extra effort. We did not ever need A/C. We managed the blinds for the sun exposure and kept the fans running and were never too hot. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to return soon

This property is beautiful and well equipped for a comfortable stay in a quiet part of the complex. The modern kitchen was a joy and the grill on the lanai worked nicely too.

Nice! Didn’t go to the swimming pool. A little far away from beach, the short cut if you can find can save 1/2 time. The Wailea Beach Path is very good but nobody mentioned.

This is a nice property in a good location. It has a great lanai with a new grill and two bedrooms. The kitchen and dining areas are certainly adequate. The one downside (and it could be a big one) is that there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom. The rest of the unit gets really hot in the afternoon no matter how you try to control the temperature. I believe the owner is working on getting air conditioning in the rest of the unit.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The location is close to restaurants and in walking distance of the beach. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The house was spacious and the outdoor dining area was perfect! I would stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful complex, and the unit is relatively close to the pool area which is fantastic. The only problem we had with this unit was it had some deferred maintenance, and didn't have whole house A/C which made sleeping during the hot summer season a tad difficult for the family.

This property was so great for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and beautiful. There were beach chairs and boogie boards and this property completely met our needs. The unit is only air conditioned in the primary bedroom but opening windows in the evenings and running fans kept us comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The host communication was great, check in process was smooth and the listing as described. The lania was wonderful for evening dinners, and the kitchen very well stocked. Thank goodness for the trade winds as the living room area does get toasty during the day, but it quickly cools off for bed time. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

We loved this condo and location during our stay. It was spotless when we arrived and had all of the basics needed for a great Maui vacation. It’s beautifully furnished and in a great location that is very well kept. The kids also loved the pool that is on the property.
My biggest question for any vacation rental is the bed so I always make sure to include it: the master bed is a very firm mattress. The two twins are more of a medium but they are on a unstable base which made them a little wobbly. We didn’t use the sofa bed during our stay.

We had a great experience staying at this Wailea property. This is the first time we have traveled since Covid and we were unsure what to expect. The property was extremely clean. We felt very safe. The owner left a detailed book with activities and restaurants. We walked to the beach the first hour after we checked in. The nearest beach is close walking distance and chairs and umbrella were provided. We walked to get coffee and wonderful açaí bowls at the Wailea shops each morning, which is about a 15 minute walk. We visited several nearby beaches, which are all within a 5-10 minute drive. We swam with a turtle, which I was not expecting! We used the paved path from the Andaz all the way past the Four Seasons, about a 4 mile round trip next to the beach, which is a beautiful walk. So, in short, this property is ideally located. The property is very quiet and peaceful. All needed utensils and amenities were provided. I had to switch the end dates of our stay due to an airline change and the property owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. I would highly recommend this property for a small family. Our party included my husband and I and our 2 teenagers.

The property was beautiful and well located. Quiet area, well groomed and the condo was beautifully updated. The master was large and private. The 2nd room was separated by slidder doors from the living area so not very private or quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and sand toys were available for use. The walk to the beach was much farther than expected, but it was a beautiful walk. The area was most desirable location on the island. After touring the island I was pleased with our location. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I will definitely come back to this condo. It was perfect!

Beautiful home! We loved the location and atmosphere of this property. Clean home that is well kept. Many great upgrades you won't find with all properties, especially in the area. Very spacious and had all the amenities (and more) that we needed. Fans and AC throughout the home. Communication was prompt and warmly accommodating. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We came to Maui for our daughter’s wedding and decided to rent a condo for our family. The close proximity was very convenient to the Four Seasons Resort where our daughter was staying. There were stores and restaurants close by that we never had to drive far for anything. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The beautiful kitchen and baths were recently renovated and tastefully designed. The condo is very spacious especially with the outdoor space. Our son enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub, and it was a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend recommend staying at this condo.
