We were supposed to stay here last year, but a positive COVID test changed that. Throughout that experience, the owners were very understanding and gave us a full refund even though we were outside of our cancellation period.
This year was our second time here, nothing much has changed with the place. There is no better value on the island. You get to stay in a spacious one bedroom condo on one of the most famous beaches on Maui. The resort has 3 warm pools and a cabana to enjoy on the beach. The walk down to the north side of Black Rock takes about 10 minutes, but that side is much more quiet. If you want to go to the main Ka'anapali beach, cut through the Sheraton and you are there. There is also a Ka'anapali Trolley stop by the front desk that can take you to anywhere in the Ka'anapali resort area. You are also across the street from the Fairway Shops where you can go souvenir shopping, eat or rent snorkel equipment.
You are also relatively close to Lahaina Town or go up north a little to visit Napili, Kapalua or Honolua. Everything on the west side is very close to this place.
This place is a tremendous value and we would look to book again, but it's already sold out for next summer.

This condo is well maintained and close to two amazing pools. The walk to a virtually empty beach is short - or you can take the complementary cart ride from the office. We loved the cabana and the stores directly behind the condo. We also recommend the musubi from the condos cafe - so yummy!

This is our second stay at this wonderful vacation home. The condo feel's oversized for a one bedroom. The bedroom has bathroom/shower with really large separate dressing area. So much closet space. Extra linens, pillows, blankets, lots of space to unpack. And separate lani off the bedroom. Living space is also very large for a condo. Entryway gives good separation of space. I was able to work in the living room and everyone else could sleep with out being woken. There is a desk but I set up at the dining table since we ate exclusively on the lani dining table. Furniture was comfortable and plenty places to relax. Our daughter loved the lounge in the bedroom. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We ate in most of the time and found the kitchen easy to use, lots of spices, olive oil, coffee filters, ect. The second bathroom also has the laundry area and another closet stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards tons of snorkel equipment, life vest of different sizes, beach toys. Each stay we add to the mix. We didn't have a single issue the entire stay. The owners and front desk were very responsive and kind. The gym was really great and had free weights, squat racks, bumper plates and was very clean. The property itself was stunning, flora and fauna were striking. The property is located 3.5 miles from Lahaina, about the same to Napili Bay. 2 min drive to whalers village. This vacation home is more than you can imagine.

Our family of 4 stayed here for just over two weeks (2 little ones under 8). The location was great - close to both pools and just a few minutes away from the lobby. We love a first floor unit as the kids can go outside and play in the grass area. The staff at the Eldorado were great, always very helpful and kind. We had a few hiccups during our stay but nothing that wasn’t promptly addressed by the owner or property manager. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing but positives about our stay. Beds were comfortable (even the pullout couch had an added cushion). Having 2 bathrooms with 6 of us staying was perfect. Easy 8 minute walk to the beach and with paying Resort Fee there is access to being driven back and forth from the beach. The 3 pools at the resort made it great for the kids to go swim as well as the BBQ's/cooking area was great when needed. The electric grill at the condo worked wonders too. Overall, we would book back in the future. We love the location and being able to snorkel right at the beach was great as well and the beach was great too.

Spacious unit with comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and great amenities. Beautiful trees and flowers with nearby pools and short golf cart ride or 10 min walk to gorgeous beach/cabana. Would stay again on future Maui trip!

We really enjoy our stays in this condo. Although it is not the most updated condo we've stayed in, it certainly ranks up there for convenience and affordability. It's clean, comfortable and the Eldorado is one of my favorite places to stay. The beach cabana is one of the coolest things in Maui! We will definitely stay here agin.

While the place is dated, you cannot beat the price. The place is huge and was perfect for our small family of three. The numerous solid walls and doors that separate the rooms allowed my wife and I some alone time to talk and hang out, while our daughter was sleeping. The grounds are unbelievably maintained thanks to the hard-working gardeners. It is very peaceful to stay here and I would recommend it to everyone. The golf carts to the beach and shuttle to Whaler's Village are also wonderful. Great pools and friendly staff. This is how paradise should feel. Thanks!

What a great location! You really don't have to go any where to have fun and have everything you need. Just pull in and hide your keys for your entire stay and you could have a blast just by walking to everything that is right there. Our family loved it!

Conveniently located next to the pool. The beach is a bit far, but there is a free shuttle that takes you to the cabana. However, we waited for the shuttle for 15 minutes and didn’t want to wait any longer so we walked. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This was just perfect for us. There was plenty of room for us & our adult daughter to easily relax. We had everything we needed except food! Very comfortable. Not fancy, but sweet & nicely furnished. The crew at The Snorkle Store, next door, at the Fairway Shopping Center was spectacular! There's a 50% discount online for all your snorkeling needs, including masks with corrective lenses! They give great safety advice & a daily snorkle report. The little store in the same place has pretty much everything! And the Times Grocery Store is unbelievably big, & well stocked, & has a big meat department full of fresh local fish for the grill.
Getting to the beach & back is so easy with the availability of a 6 seater golf cart that will drop you off as close to your door as possible. Also, the attendants at the Cabana were very friendly & helpful.
We truly cannot wait to come back again!

Fit 6 ppl comfortably. Good kitchen with nice pots, pans, cutlery and utensils. Nice patio area ND close to pool. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This condo was wonderful. Although the decor is a little bit dated, it was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The resort was absolutely beautiful, and they provided excellent customer service. Very fast walk along beach walk to Whaler's village and so many great restaurants. Absolutely terrific.

Although this condo could use some updating, you can't beat it for the price. Everything you need is there for you. It is clean and convenient to everything. We love the cabana and the turtle pool outside the back door. We have never had any problems while we have been there, and have already booked our trip for next year. We have stayed in this unit multiple times.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It was exactly the same as last time, comfortable and convenient to the beach. Having two bathrooms is nice and we used the washer and dryer several times. We would definitely stay here again next time on Maui.

A little background. We were supposed to stay here in April 2020. Due to COVID we cancelled our reservation and Bill and Linda refunded our money even though we were outside our cancellation window. So we already knew we were dealing with good people.
We stayed here with our two children and my parents. It was more than enough room for the 6 of us and felt like a two bedroom condo because of the 2 bathrooms and changing areas.
This is our favorite location. We have stayed at the Eldorado 2 other times. Loved having the cabana and the golf cart that takes you there. The Ka'anapali Trolley takes you to Whaler's Village and the Hyatt for Ululani's Shave Ice. You can walk to the north side of Black Rock in 10 minutes and it is much less crowded on that side. In the mornings I was able to snorkel Black Rock without having to deal with the crowds. The condo is located right in front of the turtle pool which we used almost everyday. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the main pool and watching the sunrise over the West Maui mountains.
The condo itself is fully stocked: coffee grinder, coffee machine, rice cooker, blender, toaster, dishes, cups, utensils, beach gear, electric BBQ, everything. We had such a wonderful time staying here.
The only complaint I had was a squeaky ceiling fan. Other than that, there were no issues.

The location is perfect. This property is across a golf course to a perfect beach and walking distance to Black Rock for cliff diving and great snorkeling. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware. There was a little market/convenience store across the street, and grocery stores within driving distance. The unit is on the first floor and convenient to parking. It’s close to the smaller pool, but the larger pool, jacuzzi and shuffle board are still pretty close. The location was ideal for day trips and a short drive to Lahaina. The condo is Hawaiian chic I would say, you can get something fancier, but for the price and the vicinity to the ocean, this place was perfect. My seven year old son an I had a blast! The hosts were friendly and responsive. I hope to come back!

My husband and I couldn’t agree more when we decided to stay here! The condo is clean and very spacious with lots of amenities. Full kitchen if you want to save money and cook! We Love the pools and the private beach… you don’t even have to go walk that far! Did I forget to mention the Cabanna!! Everything in this condo will want you to stay here in your next trip to Maui!

this place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Lots of room for 6 guest. We had six in our group and it accommodated us nicely. Location is great it's right behind Black Rock, Kaanapali Beach. Which I agree is a better place to be because Kaanapali Beach gets very crowded where this beach stays a little less occupied. Beds were nice and comfy we even had a younger couple sleep on the pull-out sofa and they said it wasn't bad. Yes the place did smell a little musty but for the age of the condo and on the beach it's kind of expected. Having the small turtle pool right outside your back door was a nice treat. Overall for the price and the location this place was a must rent if I ever go back I will definitely try to rent this place again whether I have six or just two of us in our group. The caretaker was a very friendly man who had lots of good suggestions on beaches and places to go. We did have to have him come restock our towels cuz there wasn't quite enough for all six of us. But he quickly responded and came over and took care of us with no problems.
