We loved our stay here- The unit was as clean as could be, was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen (including a fabulous cooler we took to the beach every day), the beds were extremely comfortable, AC unit worked great, and the short walk to the pool and beach was amazing. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay close to the pavilion and beach. We will be back!

We have stayed at Ekahi many times and this unit was the best we have stayed in. Right near the water and pool and spacious and updated. There was enough gear for our family of 4 to snorkel and boogie board. Umbrellas and beach chairs for 4. The bed was great. Cooking supplies and sharp knives. Great unit. The only thing I would add would be plastic dishes and cups for dinner etc at the pavilion. Mahalo!!

My wife and two toddlers stayed at this unit with our parents staying in two separate Ekahi units. The unit itself was wonderfully equipped and easy to find everything and put it back due to the labeling. Plenty of beach equipment and toddler equipment were provided in the unit, saving us the hassle of renting. Being on the ground level and having a big grassy play space for the kids made the stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying in this unit, especially if you have young ones.
As for Ekahi Village itself, it was perfection. The pool being right next to the beach made us not feel so bad for being in the pool all the time with the kids. From the pool we could look out into the ocean with a viewpoint of Molokini, Lanai and West Maui, not to mention the epic sunsets. The pavilion right next to the pool and beach might be the best dinner seat on the island. My wife and I went to an expensive dinner in Wailea one night with an ocean view and laughed that we had it much better back at the pavilion. The pavilion would be better described as a billionaire’s outdoor kitchen. Everything was top notch and clean, with ample seating and cooking space. The grounds at Ekahi were immaculate. The workers were out day and night keeping everything in perfect shape. We met several people who had jumped around different islands and resorts over the years until they stayed at Ekahi and never went anywhere else again. We all felt the same way!

This property was perfect in so many ways. We have rented at many condos, and this one is on top! Super clean, organized, bed comfy, air conditioners were quiet, and all the usual supplies you would expect. It's also so nicely decorated, lovely, modern. Our favorite spot to be was on the huge lanai of course. You can see the ocean a bit, and you can hear the waves. However, the landscaping, flowers surrounding the property is also so beautiful! You can hear a tiny bit of road noise once and while from the dead end street below the front of the property. It really wasn't a distraction at all. This was such a peaceful place, we loved every minute. The walk to the beach was less than 5 min., same for the big pool. The smaller pool was right behind the property, and so were 2 nice bbq grills. We want to come back very badly!!

This was an outstanding property - the pictures were extremely accurate and the unit was nicely organized. This condo looked exactly like the listing and had everything we needed for our trip.
The unit was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The biggest plus we're all the beach supplies/toys you could ever need which made it super easy to go on beach excursions. The unit was quiet and had a great view. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Michelle and George's condo for a week for our Honeymoon and my husband's 40th Birthday. Michelle was very responsive but we didn't have to ask about anything. The condo had everything you would ever need, all of the beach gear you would need and an amazing back patio that felt completely private for an evening glass of wine. We travelled all over the island for beaches but ended up loving the beach right at the complex. The pool area was fantastic with amazing views of the ocean. All in all everything was literally perfect. We cannot wait to come back!

Pros:
location is top notch. The pavilion on the beach with full kitchen and pool was absolutely amazing and worth a stay just for that feature alone
The unit was spotless - so clean and well kept.
The bed and linens were so soft and luxurious, really wonderful
The cleaning crew kindly returned a jacket I left in the unit on check out. I felt like the fee charged $90 was steep but grateful they sent it back to me.
Cons: As much as we loved the place the air conditioning in the bedroom is unbearable. It is a wall mount unit and is located at bed level, 18 inches from the edge of the bed. We visited in Aug and it was hot so it was necessary to use the unit at night. It made for some of the worst sleep we have ever experienced at a VRBO. It turns on and off, loudly every 15 min or so. In addition, you are unable to redirect the airflow vent upward so the stream of air is directly hitting the person in bed 18 inches away.
We realize that there is no central air options in these older units but a solution could be upgrading to the silent mini-split. Regardless, this issue would prevent us from booking the unit again and will ensure that we are more proactive with asking questions about AC in the future.

This is a wonderful property with such beautiful grounds. 21B is a close walk (5 min) to the pool and beach. The Pavillion is a great place to gather for a picnic at dinner. The condo is well appointed and very well organized. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

So much care and attention has been put into this condo. We loved staying here, and only wish we could've stayed longer. We loved the private, quiet location, the comfortable bed, the sunsets. You hear tropical birds and the crashing waves. We only had one minor issue and Michelle was quick to fix it. We were very impressed with the kitchen organization, and how the beach things were clean and organized on the lanai. There was everything we needed to prepare meals, and our young daughter loved being there.

First of all, I have to say Michelle was the perfect host! The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics, the beach equipment and "toys" were appreciated and in like-new shape, and the condo itself was exactly as is pictured in the listing, which is beautiful, updated, and well-maintained. Moreover, we did have a problem with the oven. I wrote to Michelle, and she almost immediately got back to me, scheduled a repairperson for the next day, and told me if it couldn't be fixed, she had a new oven on order to be delivered the day after that. She also followed up with me several times to be sure the problem was solved.
You will not be disappointed if you stay in 21B! We look forward to staying there again.

First, it was very easy to contact / work with the property manager. Every step of this journey was seamless.
This superbly maintained unit was squeaky clean when we arrived with no details lacking. It is central to all of the sights / sounds of Wailea and Kihei with many within a short walk either along the main road or (much more fun) via the beach.

This is the second property we have rented from Michelle and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean, kitchen well appointed and a very comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the snapwear to bring snacks to the beach and the other storage containers which made grilling at the pavilion easy. Our kids (2 and 5) had ample space to play outside on the large patio and loved the grassy area directly outside to run around. It was an easy walk to the pool/beach, which was very important to us with two kids. We would absolutely stay here again. Michelle is a wonderful host and had the pack and play all set up for us when we arrived. She was a great communicator and it was a lovely vacation.

We had a wonderful week at Ekahi. This is a great unit - so much attention to detail, and Michelle was wonderful to work with. The condo is in a great location - close to the beach and the pool. It comes with everything you could possibly need - a wonderful kitchen, two great bathrooms, a very comfortable king sized bed, a big lanai, and all the beach toys/chairs/coolers etc. you need.
We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second trip to Maui and our first stay at Wailea Ekahi and I must say it was absolutely perfect. The reviews we read were spot on and having a fully stocked kitchen came in handy especially with Covid limiting a lot of dining options. The lanai was perfect morning breakfast and our own little private sunset dinners and is where we spent most of our time. The easy access to the pool pavilion and having the beach so close you could hear the waves made this the perfect location, and by far our vacation we have taken. We definitely look forward to returning to Maui and booking this condo.

We started our days at the beach then to the pool. Then BBQ at 21B, rest, then pickle ball or shuffle board with another dip in the pool then dinner. We had a lovely relaxing time! Ekahi 21B is an amazing condo! Great location with close proximity to the beach and pool. Quiet location that’s close to all the shops and restaurants in both Kihei and Wailea. Michelle's Condo really is a gem in Wailea. Located right next to some of the 5 star hotels a short paved walk down to the beach and just a few miles away from downtown Kihei.
The condo was very clean and equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ as well as all of the beach supplies you could need towels, snorkels, beach chairs, boogey boards.
We have family that is looking for somewhere to stay on an upcoming trip and have already recommended Michelle's Condo. We will be back.
