Arrive after 24hrs travelling from UK, arrive 11pm door code does not work, emergency number goes to voicemail, after a long time they contact the hotel with new code, so we are in. Just when you think nothing more could happen, they change the door code AGAIN a day before we're due to book out, have to contact AGAIN to et a new door code so we can get back in. Contacted Ali Beach Monday.....it's now Wednesday and no acknowledgement of complaint...nada....zilch...book at your own pearl

Driving to the appartment I feared we were going to be miles from anything, couldn't be further from the truth. Having checked in very easily we went to explore and get something to eat, within 5 to 10 minutes walk there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants serving anything you could want. The appartment is well stocked for 2 guests, and if you are staying more than a couple of days it is well worth going to the mall for a grocery run as the local stores are limited and pricey.The beach is 10 mins walk away and the area is very busy but the traffic noise is not a problem on the 39th floor. The two best assets of the appartment are the fantastic balcony with great views and a cooling sea breeze in the evening, and the 3 minote walk to the bus stop where buses serve the whole local and island areas. By far the best way to get around is a mix of easy walking and very cheap bus fares. The appartment is superbly placed for everything you would want and is priced really well for what it offers.

Location was great, close to everything. Good for a quick stay. Breathtaking view from the balcony. Beds and pillows were OK in comfortability. Shower pressure and temperature were on the lower side.

Check in was confusing and I was given the wrong fobs, and the code did not work. The process itself was not seamless. The rental unit was clean, the air conditioning unit was a bit loud. In the beginning of the week the unit would turn off and on based on the set temperature, at the end of the week it stayed on constantly and made the unit unbearably cold. Also I was under the impression we would have been provided a parking pass, as there was none provided I paid $40 per day to park. This was an unexpected costly expense. For the cost of the unit, I would expect that parking would be included. On the plus side, the location was nice. Not enough positives for me with respect to this rental.

The location for this place is one of the best in the Waikiki area. Everything that we needed was right there in the hotel. Everyone was nice and treated us with great hospitality. I will recommend this place for anyone who’s traveling to Honolulu.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect and close to both good food and Waikiki beach. Great view from the balcony and an overall clean environment. We felt safe at this location with the 24hr front desk security and the the key fobs needed to get past several entrances before reaching the room. We had a bit of trouble opening our door but we called and the lady was super nice and helpful. Overall great stay!

This property could use some renovation. It is so old. The bathtub is old and dirty and stained. The room had cockroaches. I called maintenance and they put in traps. They even mentioned it’s a problem that room has. I couldn’t sleep after seeing the insects. The people in the lobby is a hit or miss in terms of friendliness. One particular guy was extremely rude and unhelpful when asked questions. The pool is not attractive at all. There’s construction going on so noise woke me up at 7 am.The only okay thing about this place was the location and the view.

The room was clean the staff was helpful The only issue I had was with a guest regarding parking I would recommend asigned parking spots And the communal kitchen needs to be cleaned It appears that guests that leave dump all their leftovers in the communal kitchen I did inform the management and he is aware and said will address it

Property is well appointed, with all that you will need.
Pool and Spa Amazing the Gym was great aswell for a Once off fee of $5
Great location for everything you need.
Parking $35 per day if you use the carpark......put a little tip....there is free parking around if you don't mind a walk back to the Condo, best time to find free parking is around 2pm-3pm if later just takes more circling around to find a park.
The cost of food is crazy, so be prepared for this.
Otherwise a fabulous country to visit, and be sure to Higher a car!

Our stay at this vacation rental was amazing. When we first arrived, we were taken back by the spectacular view on the patio. I had no idea we would get an ocean view a city view and a river view! I could not sit outside enough to take it all In! The condo itself is very charming, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for three people. We were extremely satisfied with our rental choice. When we go back to Oahu, we will definitely be staying here again. We could walk to everything we wanted to do within 10 to 15 minutes. It was also very easy to get an Uber ride anywhere we needed to go, and were within 10 minutes of driving to our destinations! I would highly recommend staying in this condo!

Beds / rooms are much smaller than pictured - would be comfortable for 2 people, not 4! Chair was broken and bathtub had rust; would have been great to have another mirror in the room (fullength or otherwise). Location was good though, and the view was amazing. Close to a great restaurant - Zigu - and 3 blocks from the beach!

Location on this condo is amazing! Just a few steps from International Marketplace, restaurants, bus stops and the beach! Gorgeous views from the lanai! he Condo itself was clean and well stocked! Beds were confortable and the kitchenette had what we needed. Checking in instructions were clear and we had no issue. It was confortable enough for our family of 4 (2 children and 2 adults). Pool area was great! We would definitely be back and recommend to friends and family!

Family of 4 was booked for 8 nights. Overall it was ok. Location is convenient, initially had am wifi issue. They fixed it in 2 days. My biggest complaint is lack of essential supplies. Not enough toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We booked for 4 people and it was for 8 nights. When I called the manager, she said they do not provide additional supplies. It is a small thing but it was very inconvenient to go toa store to buy extra toilet papers, etc.
