The property was nice. Beach is nice and proximity to restaurants and shopping was good. My TV did not work in master bedroom, Pam does not fit on stove properly for convection cooking. I asked for a comma Ina rate when I checked in as my daughter-in-law is an islander. No answer to that one plus the list of house keeping I don’t mind doing but I am slightly offended that I am asked.

The condo was actually even better than we imagined. Literally just steps from the ocean. Kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs, there was a big half bathtoom we didnt even know the condo had. The closet on the patio was stocked with lots of toys- 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a dmall coller, 5 boogy boards, snorkels, a couple of bikes. Those really helped us fully enjoy our trip. Plus 2 large ice packs in the freezer to go into the cooler daily. Plenty of towels plus large beach towels. Washing machine and dryer in the unit was awesome. There is no AC, but there were several large fans to keep the breeze flowing from the sliding doors to the porch. Loved the twin beds bedroom for our kids. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location cant be beat. Central on the island to make it easy to go any direction each day. Safeway grocery store, ice cream, shave ice, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Was nice to have a designated parking spot on site to never worry about parking. Check in was super easy and the agent answered random questions i had througout our entire trip, super responsive! Loved this property and would book again on another visit.

My family and I had a great time at this location; there are restaurants and beaches close by and the management company does a really good job at anticipating your needs via app. Great stay really!

I stayed with my family of 5. Three were children under the age of 6. Although there are only 3 beds, we ended up putting the two couches together for one of the younger ones and it was perfect because there were some extra blankets and sheets (although you don’t even really need it). The beach located out front you couldn’t swim in but it was great for the nights where you wanted to take a stroll, take some pictures, or just let the kids get their feet wet after a day at the pool. We spent most of our days in Poipu which was a short drive away. The food options nearby were great and in close proximity. Safeway, Starbucks, and the island market were most frequented and extremely convenient. Lastly, the view of the beach from the balcony was so beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Great stay, had everything we needed and a great location to explore the whole island. Our only feedback was that the washer wasn’t working well or we weren’t using it right. It would start to run and we’d have to go continue or restart to get it to drain and spin. Otherwise, couldn’t have chosen a better place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kapa’a. The condo worked out really well, was very clean, and centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on the island. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the washer and dryer were so nice to have and we were really pleased that the unit had beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler!

Had an amazing stay. Located across the street from Safeway which was a huge plus. Great spot to tide pool at low tide right out front. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was essential! Overall great experience.

Beautiful location, great setup for the size of our group (5 adults). We extra appreciated all the beach chairs. There were two bikes but the wheels needed to be filled to use. The washer/dryer don’t work great (it said to put water in the vent box but there isn’t one).

The property was very well equipped and in a perfect location right on the beach. It was also a very short walking distance to the grocery across the street, several retail stores as well as multiple restaurants. We reached out to management 2 separate times and both times they answered immediately and were very responsive. We’d definitely come back.

This place was great. The appliances were fantastic as we saved money on food and laundry, the pool was nice, no one was too loud at night, and the proximity to the beach was a huge plus.

Our family of four loved staying at this condo for our 2-week Kauai vacation. The location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our older kids were able to walk go out and explore on their own. It was the first time we stayed at a place with an ocean view and we were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher. The snorkel gear and boogie boards were great to have too. The unit only had one beach chair, but when we called, the management company brought us 2 more. It would be nice if there was a cooler/ice chest included with the unit for day trips. The internet went out the last 3 days we were there, but it was nice to be forced off of our devices.

This was a graduation trip for my daughter and her friend. Four of us stayed here for 8 nights and it was as close to perfect that we could get. The location was right on the beach and the shops across the street were convenient. (Grocery, souvenir shop, ice cream, Hawaiian ice UPS store etc). The rental included a few things which were unexpected. They provided 4 nice sized beach towels, a beach chair and umbrella, boogie board, snorkels and masks, and two bikes. The kitchen had all the cooking pots, pans and utensils you need. There was an over/under washer dryer. I know… my reaction at first was uh oh, this isn’t going to work for us, but I was wrong. That machine was a tank and very efficient. They did not provide laundry detergent but they did provide trash bags and dishwasher detergent. The refrigerator/freezer had an ice maker. I filled a ziplock bag with ice every day and used the provided cooler to take drinks and snacks with us each day. A real bonus was the digital door lock. There was no key to keep up with. They assigned us a code prior to check-in and it was so nice not having to dig for a key everyday. The apartment did not have a broom and I couldn’t stand the unavoidable sand on the floor so I sent them an email and within 2 hours I had a broom. The communication of the rental company was quick and professional. I would stay here again! It’s not often I say that beds in rental units meet my standards, but the beds were comfortable.

This is a modest property, good all around for the money. We liked being in Kapa’a, mid way between exploring Poipu and Hanalei. While it doesn’t have a large beach area nearby, being oceanfront is perfection.
