Convenient location close to shops, cafes and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was well set up with a big fridge freezer and washing machine / dryer.
We did find it a little noisy at times - one of the downsides of being so centrally located.

This was our opportunity to return home for a long overdue visit. Jane’s apartment was in the perfect launching point so that we could do that. I had family mostly in Honolulu but other events in Kaneohe, Kalihi and Nuuanu. Needless to say being somewhere centralized was important. The unit was spacious, clean and the larger balcony was perfect to relax with a lovely view of the Ala Wai Canal and the night lights of the mountains. I would highly recommend Janes place and appreciate her calm demeanor when our rental car would not start on the day we were to leave and had to scramble to arrange for the car to be retrieved from the rental agency along with getting to the airport just in time for our flight! Disaster avoided!

The property was very clean. The parking garage is very confusing very little signs. But parking stall was very small between 2 pillars. But adequate. The amenities were beyond our expectations in the condo. Security people were outstanding. Since we are not city people we definitely will not stay by Wakki again. Way to much noise and traffic but that we expected. But would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a fantastic stay. It was super easy to get in and the check in process was a breeze. Having free parking in downtown Honolulu makes this place so convenient. It is easy to get out and enjoy the island or stay in the heart of the city.
We loved having all of the amenities. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. The building is clean and in a safe neighborhood. We loved the location. All of the shops and restaurants are just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
We would stay here again in a heart beat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s condo. Conveniently located in Waikiki a close walk to beach, shopping, and dining. Included parking was great but garage can be a bit tight. The sofa bed may not be ideal for two people so we also used the available air bed.

Jane is the perfect host. Kept us well informed from booking to exiting property. Condo is well maintained and what you see in pics is what you get. Very clean. Has everything you will need to make you feel at home. Only a few blocks from Waikiki beach and within walking distance of most areas if you like to walk. Free parking space is a big plus if you have a rental. Rooftop pool and lounge area well maintained and give you great views. Will definitely book again if available. Thank you Jane.

Apt is clean and well stocked. Location is great. Two blocks away from Waikiki beach. There are many restaurants, bars and convenience shops in a short walk distance. We absolutely enjoyed the stay.

Smooth experience using VRBO. Communication with host was prompt and detailed. Unit was well equipped with everything including beach supplies. Unit is located at the end of the hallway and isolated. Parking spot is large and protected by 4 pillars. Unit is located away from the busyness of Kalakaua which is a good thing. Will return.

Communication was great. Even had an escort to get into the building when the call box was under repair. Unit is just as described in the listing and the A/C units work well for the space. Took a bit to get warm water one morning but not an issue at all. Short walk to beaches, food and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again. Even had beach chairs and gear.

We have been to Oahu several times but this was our first stay in the Waikiki area. This condo is in a terrific area, close to The Bus and walking distance to all of the key activities. The check in process was seamless and Jane was just the most accommodating host. We obtained a bus pass for the duration of our stay and used it constantly but did rent a car for 2 separate days to tour the island. Picking up a vehicle from the International Marketplace was just so convenient and having a parking spot included with the condo was hassle free. The rooftop pool was just beautiful. Great trip!

The condo is in a great location super close to everything. You can walk and access to the highways was a few minutes drive. The included parking space was great as most hotels charge extremely high rates for daily parking. Would definitely stay again and recommend 100% to anyone looking for a great stay in Oahu.

Overall if you are looking to stay in Waikiki, the proximity to the beach and shopping are ideal! The property is listed as sleeping 4 people, but if you have teenage children this might pose a problem as the pull out sofa is best for one full-sized adult or 2 kids 10 and under. Initially getting in to the parking garage was a bit confusing, but was resolved with a quick phone call to the owner who was always responsive with any questions I emailed to her as well.

You have everything you need for a great stay in downtown Honolulu area! It is about a 9 minute walk to the beach, about half a mile. Places to eat and shop is about a couple blocks away.
It is furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There is a cool breeze at night. The balcony is a nice place to hang out and have coffee early in the morning and enjoy the mountain views.
Current renovations are ongoing as mentioned in her description of the place. This did not detract from our having a great stay. We were mostly out during the day when water shut offs were necessary.
A place we will definitely book again!

Very clean and comfortable condo within walking distance to the heart of Waikiki. Jane was very responsive, we went to the wrong entrance when we 1st arrived and she answered on the 1st ring. We were very impressed and have booked the condo for later this year! There is a huge lanai - the view isn't the greatest but the condo makes up for it. Definitely recommend!

We LOVED staying at Jane’s condo. It was clean, the two wall a/c units were more than enough to keep the place cool during the warm afternoons, and it was stocked with everything you could need! We were so impressed with how clear the instructions were and all of the information provided. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The condo was quiet and the bed was so comfortable! Such a great experience renting this unit from Jane. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. We stayed here as a family of four with a 3 year old and a 1 year old and they loved it. The couch converted to bed was easy to transform and comfy for the kids. We had everything we needed provided in the unit: a parking stall, 2 air conditioners, towels, cooler, hairdryer, vacuum, washer/dryer, a large kitchen space with full size fridge, 2 TVs (so we didn’t have to be stuck watching cartoons everyday) and even beach toys - which we ended up contruibuting more to!
All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely try to book this place again for future visits to Waikiki! Mahalo Jane for the great stay and the very efficient communication. 10/10.

We loved our stay at this Condo. It was exactly as advertised. Close to everything in Waikiki. It has very well stocked kitchen and many extras for going to the beach which was a 5 minute walk from the condo. The bed was very comfortable. It is a corner unit so we had a great breeze going through the unit and did not need the air conditioning. Having a parking spot was definitely a bonus. After reading other reviews we were a bit concerned about the size of the parking spot but we had no trouble getting in or out and the car was very well protected from door dings from other cars. Jane was quick to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo!! It’s the perfect spot! A 5 minute walk to the beach and shopping centers and PARKING!! We did not have to worry about parking! Building is a little older and was under some renovation, but Jane compensated accordingly. Condo is updated, very nice and very clean. Jane also has some beach gear that was nice to use. Having parking spot was Huge, as we were in and out numerous times as we moved a kid to U of Hawaii. Highly recommend this condo if looking for something in the Waikiki area..

Couldn't ask for a nice place for the price. Same price as nearby hotels, but triple the space. The full size laundry was awesome. Pool on roof really cool and never crowded. 1 block away from stores and bus stops, and just 3 blocks from the beach.
