Furniture was worn out, uncomfortable and needed a cleaning. Mattress in main bedroom was also overdue for replacement. TV in living room had terrible picture - was all blue, purple and pink! A/C in living room “screeched”, so couldn’t be used. Management team was very nice and tried to be helpful, but part for A/C never arrived before I headed home (16 days).

Found door code too long, one of our party didn't memorize it. The metal bed frame had fallen apart, we attempted to fix it. Unit had lots of extras would definitely stay again.

The apartment was exactly as we were expecting a good size for our family of four. The location was amazing, close to restaurants in Kihei and a view of the ocean from the patio. Nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids to use. Check in process was seamless, we would go back again.

Though dated, the unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-stocked. It is very centrally located. There is no ocean view from inside, but there is a view from the outside portion of the patio table and chairs. The patio is large. Excellent, easy access parking. I would stay here again if I stay in Kihei.

This is a very, very clean and well kept property. The on site manager is doing an excellent job. The unit, like most in this complex is a bit dated but still very functional, well kept, and everything worked in the unit. Stayed with my family (2 adults and 1 child) and my in-laws. One bedroom has 3 beds (double and a single) which works perfect for a family of 3 and the other bedroom has 1 king bed and an on suite bathroom, The rooms are well separated so as to not bother one another if someone is up early. The pool deck area is very clean and a source of fun throughout the day. We observed whale spouts from the pool area and even enjoyed the Siamese cat Tiki that we were told lives nearby but spends her retirement making friends at the complex and looking for pets and treats. Rentals Maui was a pleasure to deal with and when a small repair was needed it was completed within hours. Highly recommend this location!

The apartment was plenty spacious enough for our family of five (two adults, 2yo, 6yo and 9yo). The pool was beautiful and so easy to just step into from this ground level unit. Beautiful sunsets from the pool deck, and the neighbours were all so friendly and welcoming. The beach toys were a nice touch and the kitchen was well set up.
The location couldn’t have been better. Great beaches, restaurants, grocery store and shaved ice stand all within east walking distance for our family. Loved our vacation here…hope that we can come back again soon :)

This community is so friendly and well maintained I felt almost inadaquet. At first i thought we would be on the beach but better be across to see surfers and sunsets.Go and have a great time.

This was a great rental. Clean, great view. Only negative aspect were the beds. They seemed old and somewhat cheap. Often woke stiff and sore. But other than that was a great rental.

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures show. Everything was perfect in the unit. I was here with my daughter and son-in-law and we each had our own room (separate sides of the unit) and bathroom which made it so easy to get ready for the day in the morning and each have our own space in the evening to relax. There were plenty of notes with instructions and the place was very well stocked. I would definitely stay here again! The property was very clean and kept up daily. We just had to walk across the street to the beach and great little shops a couple of blocks down.

Great place to stay. Location is excellent and there is space to spread out. The patio with the ocean view is amazing. Place is fully air conditioned and showers are great. Simple parking and quiet at all times. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are a few beach fronts to choose from. Great selection of eats in walking distance. Highly recommend!

There is no better place to stay than at the Shores of Maui in this condo! Very convenient location within walking distance to many shops and Charley Young beach. Kalama Park is just across the street with a nice walking path, skate park, sand volleyball & a playground.
The condo provided everything we needed for a beach vacation. There were plenty of beach towels for the 5 of us who stayed. A few beach chairs, beach mats, beach bags and some snorkel masks were also provided. The bathrooms had plenty of bath towels, great water pressure & plenty of hot water! The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. We had a wonderful time and give this condo a 10/10!

We stayed here for a week for our twice delayed family vacation. Absolutely loved it. Great location. Great set up. Wonderful pool area. Easy to get to restaurants up and down Kihei rd. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grilling area is really well kept overlooking the ocean. Wife, family, and I all agreed we will go back.

We always have a great time staying at Shores of Maui #105. The condo is in a great location, close to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We like to cook at home and we had everything we needed. We have been to Maui many times and we always stay at this condo. Many happy memories here.
