Beautiful condo, beautiful property, beautiful ocean views! There is a small sandy beach, (tidal dependent) super cool lava rock tide pools, lots of turtles, amazing views from the bbq’s. There are 4 back pack style beach chairs in the bin on the lanai that we loved using. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, very well appointed, there could be more towels for the bathroom. Overall fantastic place. We will stay here again for sure!

Great location near Lahaina, this condo also had a beautiful, clear-water private beach with enough trees for shade which made a day at the beach really comfortable. We snorkeled with tropical fish and sea turtles right in front of our condo. The property was beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Our room was cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing time!

We stayed at the Kuleana 206 for 7 days. We were very pleased with the condo itself. It was well appointed with everything that we needed. The rooms were very spacious and had plenty of space for two adults two teens. I felt like the furniture was basically brand new, the linens were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and had a lovely counter to store our stuff on, the sofa bed was fabulous and extremely comfortable for my children, the decor was very modern and beach. The air conditioning works WONDERFUL and cooled us down after a long day! Finally, the condo patio was very big and provided a gorgeous view! The patio also had a deck box with beach chairs, a cooler, snorkels, boogie boards and other beach toys. It was so nice to have!!
The condo itself was fabulous. I also really appreciated the great communication throughout the months , weeks and days prior to our trip. Check in/out was very easy.
The Kuleana itself was also beautiful! Tons of parking, GORGEOUS grounds that were well manicured and a beautiful clean pool. The only downfall of the Kuleana was in the listing there are various pictures of a beach. There are no beaches at Kuleana! Apparently there was a beach a while ago, but due to erosion, it has not been there for a few years, according to locals and full time residents. I understand, but also want others to know so they can make an informed decision. Sometimes it’s just nice to come “home” to a beach, take a walk, have coffee early in the morning…..
Overall I would definitely recommend this condo to others. I would also not hesitate to rent from the property managers again. We were very pleased.

The place smelled of mold, I developed a significant back ache from sleeping on the mattress after day one. The mattress needs replacing. The water flow in the shower was below average and inadequate.I would not come back to this unit nor could I recommend it to anyone else.

This condo was super clean, well-appointed, and had a beautiful view. Loved having breakfast on the patio every morning and the very well stocked kitchen (with sharp knives, when does that ever happen in a rental?) My one critique would be the management's apparent desire for guests to stock toiletries and extra toilet paper themselves, which seems like an unnecessary and silly way to save costs when stocking those necessities would save your guests some time and energy. Also, please figure out the booking system so you're not sending 300 emails related to a reservation--It was very hard to sort through all the emails I received and find the relevant instructions and check-in/check-out information. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Kuleana 208--this is the second time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it! The condo is quite spacious, it has the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever seen, the views are even better than they look in the pictures, the pool is amazing, and it's close to all of the West Maui attractions. Can't wait to visit again =:^)

We had a nice time here. The bottom of the fridge glass shelf was broken - so was awkward to fit food in - but wasn't a big deal. The road noise was sometimes apparent, but it didn't bother us. Nice clean place - and thank you for the addition of the boogie board and beach chairs! Very nice touch. We will stay in these units again. Thanks.

This unit was super clean and fully equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Between the couches and chairs there were enough seats for 16 people to sit down. We had family staying in other units and a couple nights we had them over for dinner. With a little moving of furniture 10 people had dinner, something the others would not have been able to in their units. Everything needed for the beach was there. Really close to parking.

We were so pleased with the unit. The views are as wonderful as they appear online, the unit was spacious, and the grounds of the resort were beautiful. Coffee on the lanai every morning was an absolute treat. The location is perfect too - close to shopping centers in Kaanapali/Lahaina, but far enough removed. Great beaches (Airport, Napili, Kapalua, Slaughterhouse) nearby too.As noted in the listing, the AC is only in the bedroom, but that didn't present any problems. Living room got hot during the day but cools off at night and there's a ceiling fan. There were extra fans provided, too. Also, the unit is very close to the parking lot and road so there was some light traffic noise but it wasn't a problem for us. Will certainly be coming back!

*Great view of the ocean from your Lanai - The pictures don't really do justice. *Very small private little beach right in front of the property. Good chance of seeing giant sea turtles in the morning, afternoon and evening! Look carefully, sometimes they are sneaky and look like big rocks ;) - Although there can be some fairly decent waves coming it, it's not really the best location for boogie boarding because of all the rocks. Nice to lounge though. *The condo itself was clean and had all the items needed for our stay - Dish soap, dishes, pots/pans, coffee, sugar, spices, condiments, bags, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, boogie boards, beach cooler, beach chairs, umbrella etc...Can't name it all. There was a good amount of bathroom towels, but only one set of beach towels..I think a 2nd set would be nice. Although there is no in-suite laundry, there is a laundry room just steps away from this unit which was super nice and convenient. *Nice pool, usually very quiet, just a couple people there at any given time of the day. *The condo could use some updated furnishings...the living room furniture is a bit outdated and the tiling on the floor throughout the unit doesn't make it the most cozy. The bedroom (which has A/C! Not the quietest in the world, but still cools nicely) is very close to the main Lower Honoapilini road and can get a bit noisy at times. There are also these wooden shutters (?) that are next to every door, and they cannot be closed entirely, and the only thing on the other side is window netting. Anyone could easily reach their hand in and break into any of these units at Kuleana. Crime can happen, even in paradise! This sort of setup also lets outside noise in quiet easily. The noise didn't bother us, or our 10 month old baby, but it could be bothersome for others. On our first night we found some dead cockroaches in the unit..but, it's Hawaii what can you do. We stayed December 24-January 3. The condo is great! The views are amazing! It has everything you need from silverwear to beach chairs. The furniture is comfortable it is very clean. It is very close to everything and walking distance to a coffee shop and farmer's market. Just a short drive to Lahaina and all of the restaurants and bars. We would love to stay at this condo again!
