If so, Kaleialoha 415 is the perfect property for you. This stunning ocean front, corner unit condo features spectacular ocean views! Enjoy Maui's blue waters with a cup of coffee while watching sea turtles, whales and all kinds of sea life! You can even see the islands of Lanai and Molokai either from the lanai or from the comfort of the main living area. This one bedroom, one-bathroom corner unit is located on the fourth floor of the Kaleialoha oceanfront resort. If the views aren't enough, you'll be amazed by the gorgeous travertine tile floors throughout the main living area and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes granite countertops and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom as well includes travertine tile flooring, granite countertops and a stone tile tub/shower. The bedroom has excellent light and a nice breeze; it also includes a comfortable California King size bed and plenty of storage room for your items. There is also a new memory foam mattress on the Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has free WiFi and cable. There are NO additional resort or parking fees. This unit also includes a washer and dryer; we've got you covered! There is no AC in this unit, however the ceiling fans throughout the unit keep it nice and cool as well as ocean breezes. The resort of Kaleialoha features fantastic common areas such as BBQ's, lush gardens and a solar heated pool. There is also a great sandy beach located adjacent to the resort which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The sand levels at the beach can vary based on the conditions. There are also many Maui top 10 beaches just within minutes! Kaleialoha is conveniently located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua; you'll be nearby several shops, restaurants and other beach activities. We'll also provide the following necessities: Dish soap Laundry soap and dryer sheets Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler Guest book Concierge services This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company. As of 9/16/20 Governor Ige of Hawaii has re-opened the islands to off-island visitors no longer subject to the 14-day quarantine beginning 10/15/20. Visitors will be required to take a Covid-19 test and show negative results within 3 days of arrival on Maui. If you are looking to travel and stay prior to 10/15/20, please contact us directly regarding accommodations and note that if you have already completed a 14-day quarantine on the island, we will need proof of this. Any inter-island travelers, please note that we will require proof of residency. Should a guest need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays. In the event that the traveler tests positive for Covid-19 3 days prior to arrival on Maui, My Perfect Stays will issue a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
