Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

This property lived up to its description on VRBO. Place was clean and had the amenities listed. The property management company was responsive and accommodating. The view is nice and the location suited us perfectly. The only comment is the A/C needs to either be serviced or replaced. It is very loud when operating whether you are sitting on balcony or in suite. Bed was comfortable and all appliances worked properly. Interior could use a few touch ups that is largely cosmetic but a new shower head should be high on the list for replacement. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The futon was ideal for our daughter and there was enough room for the three of us, especially on the balcony.
We could easily walk to Mall and the beach but we were also very comfortable enjoying our meals and entertainment (fireworks and ocean activities)from our own balcony .

the condo was clean and was nice. It had everything you needed. The beach is a short walk. It has shops you can walk through like a little village and restaurants. ABC stores are close to buy anything you forgot. very happy with this pick.

horrible. A/C unit had 2 noise levels, ear piercing and Louder. Could not open drapes without sweltering in heat. Could not turn off a/c without room getting to 100 degrees. Shower takes 10 minutes to get hot water. “sleeping” futon was harder than the kitchen countertop. Ice maker in fridge non functional. Other than that room was very pleasant. Unit owner should be ashamed to charge ANY amount of money fot this unit.

Loved the property and the views. There’s only 2 complaints: the elevators have no air conditioning and our condo only had 4 towels. I understand it’s a condo but I shouldn’t have to wash towels 3 times in one week to have clean towels. Other than that it was great!!

The location and view from the balcony was amazing! My only complain is the AC, it is so noisy and it seems its being like that. When I read the reviews , other people had the same complain. I wasn't able to sleep well because of the noise.

This condo is amazing. We love staying here. Our second time. Sherry was once again very easy to deal with and arranged a lovely gift basket for us which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The condo is very homely with everything you would need for a stay. We stayed 9 nights this time. Plenty of items in the kitchen. It feels like a home. There is heaps of chopping boards, knives, cups, plates, flatware which doesn’t sound like much but most other condos are not like this. It feels like home away from home.
We met Karen, the on island contact who was lovely. Made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
Can’t wait to start planning our next stay here.
