We were so pleased to find that everything we thought we might need for our visit to Kihei was in this place. The apartment was well furnished, tastefully decorated, and had as complete a kitchen as one could hope for.The complex is about a mile from the centre the town, so close enough to get anything you need but far enough away that the hubbub doesn't get to you, which was great. Nice pool. Excellent outdoor grilling area.Hosts were very responsive and checked with us a couple of times to be sure everything was exactly what we needed.

Actually did not stay because of the fires. Despite the fact that the payment was not refundable under the policy that we agreed to as renters, the owner was opened to make an arrangement due to the circumstances. We will definitely be rebooking at a later date. I would trust these owners eyes shut.

Our first trip to Maui and this was a must-stay. Condo was very clean and well-maintained. I loved waking up, grabbing my morning coffee and walking across the street to the beach. The central location, close to main highways made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The property was really well taken care of - beautiful and quiet pool, clean grills to use and easy parking.

The property gardens are well-maintained, the unit is dated, and has an old air conditioner that leaks. If you are looking for a quiet stay then this location is not for you, Street noise all day long when you sit on the patio or go to the bedroom. Roof repairs were happening at the same time as we stayed (should be done in a few weeks from now I assume). No Pub or grocery store, or restaurant nearby (within walking distance). We have been a few times to Maui but this is or location is not for us, Good and has short access to the beach. Owners have been very helpful and friendly

This property is a simple condo in a simple property on south Kihei Rd across from many beaches. While there are better beaches a bit down the road, the listing is accurate. I have no complaints about this rental. Everything was as advertised. I will share that there is some road noise because it’s right on south Kihei road but it didn’t bother me but wanted to note that. Most condos in Kihei are on the road and I knew that. It’s not loud though. Beyond that this was a VERY clean condo and well taken care of. The owners are super friendly and were incredibly responsive and caring. King bed was comfy and the lanai was wonderful. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation here. It is truly right across the street from a beautiful beach. There was everything you needed to have an afternoon at the beach. The water was warm, the view gorgeous and beach towels and chairs were in the condo! Thank you, Greg and Mary!

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Great layout, has everything you would need/want for cooking in the kitchen. Has so many beach toys/gear and we're pleasantly surprised to find an umbrella stroller in there that helped out a great deal. Was a great home away from home for our family with 2 kids. Beach right across the street had so many turtles and was so easy to walk to. Parking was a little ways from the condo, which made it kinda hard to carry groceries and such, but the plus side was your balcony didn't overlook cars and rather a nice landscaped lawn. My only complaint is that I wish the a/c was on upon arrival, coming from a much colder climate and off a plane to a very hot/stuffy condo wasn't the greatest first impression.

The condo was clean and stocked. The description is correct, the beach is right across the complex. One suggestion would be to have a couple of extra blankets. Location point of view, was excellent, has good restaurants, groceries stores, etc. not too far away. We all liked it and enjoyed the stay.

The condo was in a perfect, quiet location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the fish pond. There’s a cross walk just up the road to get across the busy street. The condo itself was extremely clean and well taken care of. Lots of extras for cooking and eating at the condo. We loved eating on the balcony. If you enjoy quiet and solitude, this is the place for you. It’s not in the busier section of Kihei. We even watched deer out the bedroom window. There’s also a nice sunset from the fishpond!

Excellent affordable unit, well equipped and conveniently located for visiting all the sights Maui has to offer. Heavy rainstorm several weeks prior to our visit caused significant damage to small beach across the street from unit, but most other nearby beaches were not affected. Owner and manager responded immediately and quickly resolved minor problem near the end of our stay.

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. The property grounds are also very well maintained. It has a great (clean) pool and hot tub that have never been over crowded in our experience. The owners are super responsive and great to work with! It’s a 1 bedroom with a pull out queen sofa bed. We had our two younger boys with us and the sofa bed worked perfect for them.
The location is literally right across the street from a small beach.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Kihei!

Truly a home away from home. Beautiful, clean property that had all the resources to make a very comfortable stay. Owners were very responsive and timely with all communication. Location is prime to be able to explore all of Maui. Walking distance to the beach and very easy and close to drive down the island to shops and food, go up to Lahaina, get to the airport, or go explore the rest of the island like Hana (with a little travel).

We loved the location and proximity to the beach. The quaintness of the community fits what we needed as a base location. It really had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and fun. Wife loved the included washer/dryer, natch. Also, the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was much appreciated.
The 1 bedroom/1 bath unit was more than adequate for me, my wife and my 15 year old daughter. The unit was clean and the bed in the bedroom was super, super comfortable.
A side note, the air conditioner is a window-type unit located in the living room but not in the bedroom. It was okay with me, but not for those looking for centralized air and uncomfortable sleeping without it. I slept in the bedroom with the fans and slept comfortably with the ocean breeze providing cooler temperatures by early, early morning. With the windows open, I woke up to the sound of the ocean waves and roosters crowing, lovely for me as it reminds me of my childhood in the Philippines!
This unit represents a great value for those conscious about cost.

This condo worked wonderfully for our one month stay on Maui. The condo was clean with everything we needed. The complex is very quiet and well-maintained. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach for paddleboarding, canoeing, and walks on the beach. The Kihei afternoon winds were fierce for watching the sunset but still beautiful. So glad we chose this place. Was perfect for our little family of 3. Recommend stopping at Costco for groceries after you get off airplane as the stores are so expensive! Nice to have the kitchen, laundry and parking. There was a hose/water in parking area to use. Also had beach supplies for us to include towels, chairs, umbrella & toys. We ended up driving north most of our stay but we didn’t mind. We spent several mornings walking along the nearby beach. Thanks Greg & Mary!

Location: located closer to the Maalaea Harbor than Wailea, the location was great. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and food trucks. The beach is right across the street.
Cleanliness: The condo was very clean except for the bath mats in the bathroom. They were not clean and smelled musty. Probably an oversight by the cleaning service. We threw them into the washer and that solved the problem.
Amenities: The condo was very well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear etc. The kitchen had all appliances and also basic condiments. Plenty of bath towels and sheets for the bed.
Condo Owners: The owners were great. All inquiries were replied to very quickly. They were also genuinely concerned about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Overall: I would definitely recommend this rental. We will consider it again for our next trip.

This property was great! Extremely clean and the unit actually looked better in person than in the photos! The bed was comfy and the place had all we needed for a great stay, including beach gear, snorkel gear, laundry, and the pool/hot tub. Convenient walk or drive to everything you'd want to do in Kihei. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the nice beach right across the street. The fridge/freezer was not quite as cold as I would have liked but that was a minor problem. All I all, we had a great stay.
