This is a great condo! It seems to have been updated / remodeled not too long ago. Everything is very current. AC and WiFi were excellent. Laundry machine was very convenient. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need except for food. All the spices, pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, towels, beach things, flashlights, bug spray, sunblock, etc. This place had it all! What I really liked was the location. It is just minutes from the Kings and Queens shopping areas. You can walk to the Kings shopping area from the back door over the golf course in just 2 or 3 minutes. Super close! Joe, the property manager, was also very responsive by text. Everything was fantastic!

I loved the travel books they had in the home since it helped us decide on what we were going to go see while we were there. Everything was updated and just like you see in the photo's. The temp is set at 72 degrees which is on the warm side for us, but with all the ceiling fans it worked out fine. Close to the stores and only 20 min from one of the nicest beaches in the world!

The condo is very clean and comes equipped with everything you would ever need. Great amenities, close to beach’s and Kings/Queens markets.

This was my first time to Waikaloa and it was so wonderful! The location of this condo is great. It’s only about 3/4 mile to the swimming beach. It was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is to swap out the sunscreen for reef safe stuff. :)
But honestly the pictures do not do it justice. Loved it and can’t wait to go back.

This large two bedroom condo was the perfect place to stay on the Kohala Coast! It had everything we needed, including an excellent selection of beach gear. Having breakfast outside on the lanai, waiting for the sun to peek over the volcano, is the best way to start a morning! The pool area was lovely, too. The area was very quiet, which we appreciated.

The rental was great and was in a great location.. It was located within walking distance to the Kings and Queens Marketplace. There was even a shortcut to get there. The rental was extremely clean and the decorations and furnishings were very nice. The checkin process was very smooth and we had no issues with the unit.

We stayed for two weeks and this property was perfect for us. They've obviously renovated recently and the condo has been beautifully furnished. We were able to walk to A beach and the shops and my kids really loved the swimming pool. Joe was easy to communicate with and texted directions before our stay. Thank you! We had a wonderful trip!

We were very impressed with this condo! The pictures do not do it justice! Loved the design & aesthetics. Loved how rooms & windows could be closed up with panels for privacy or opened for tons of natural light. The Vista Waikoloa condo complex was very quiet. We used the pool several times and really enjoyed it - was never crowded. We did walk to A Bay the day we arrived and decided it was not a walk we’d want to do carrying beach equipment, so we always drove to the beach.

I took my 17 year old daughter and 2 of her friends for a week. The condo was really nice, it had lots of natural light and it was very clean.
The kitchen was well stocked and my questions were answer promptly by the property manager. The location was great! We would definitely stay there again!

This condo is beautiful, inside and out! The setting on the golf course is so peaceful and quiet. We walked in and were wowed - it's even better than the pictures! We had a great 3 week vacation staying in this room. We always stay at Vista Waikoloa but this was the first time in this room. Very thoughtfully stocked with spices, dishes/silverware and nice pots/pans. Really nicely decorated and furnished throughout!! Joe was available instantly for any question we had. We enjoyed the location, comfortable decor, and amenities in this unit. We have stayed in many of the Vista units over the past 18 years.
The host texted us a few hours after we had unpacked, which included trithalon gear, (so our belongings were a little bit complicated) and asked us if he could take all the master bedroom furniture out in 2 days and replace it with new furniture.
We said yes even though we had just gotten settled. When we returned after the new furniture was in place we immediately noticed a very potent "finish" smell. We set up the all the fans available and opened all the doors and windows. The smell was still too strong to sleep in the bedroom that night. We slept on the couch in the living room. We contacted the host late afternoon the day of deivery, and he texted "There was no smell from the new wood furniture when it delivered today. I have no idea what you could be talking about." I said he was welcome to come and check out what we were experiencing. Later that evening we arrived back at the unit after having dinner with friends. Before we even opened the front door all 3 of the friends remarked about the strong odor coming from the condo. I asked what compensation we could expect from the host. His reply was "You can check out and I will refund the rest of your stay." This was received in the evening, of course we couldn't move to another place. We felt that this response was rude and basically calling us liars.

Joe made the check-in process easy. This home is modern with beautiful decor, tile bathrooms, and modern appliances. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They had every amenity you could think of (coolers, games for the kids, every item for a kitchen you would need, beach gear, and many beach towels). It has a beautiful view of the golf course and east walk to the beach, shops and food. We would definitely stay here again!

The golf course view from the lanai was very relaxing. Walking distance was short for Dolphin Quest, King's Shops, ABay beach, Queen's Marketplace and more.

Well located especially for access to the Kohala coast. Well stocked. We had a most enjoyable visit. Very nice sunrise views over Mauna Kea and apt golf course scenery. Full kitchen with nice appliances. Dishwasher was a little tricky with the controls. Washer/Dryer in unit works well. Internet and tv worked well with no issues. This ground floor unit also has a nice selection of beach gear (various chairs, boogie boards, noodles, several coolers, etc.). Vistas at Waikoloa has easy access to Anaeho'omalu Bay and close to the King's Foot Trail and the Waikoloa Petroglyphs (worth investigation) Easy walking distance also to the King's Shops and the Queen's Marketplace. We used the ABC store (best one in the whole chain) in Queens Marketplace for supplies, quick food, and gifts for our grandkids back home. Great parking. Only disappointment, we were caught in the middle of replacement of some furniture and while we did have a new sectional, we were missing a dining room table for the entire two weeks which would have been used. Joe did offer to move the outside table inside, but it is great for morning coffee while enjoying the views outside and so we declined. BTW AC is really loud but livable.

After a long delay due to COVID and time to allow for travel recovery, we are finally back to the Big Island and our condo stay was great. We always select Vista Waikoloa for our vacation, but this was the first time in this particular unit. The condo was clean, well stocked with all of the expected amenities and the property manager was great! When we needed assistance, we received an immediate response. We definitely recommend this unit for Big Island guests. And, don’t forget to try the new coffee place at the King Shops! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Everything was just perfect. Lovely large master and second bedroom had a connected bathroom. Patios sit right on the golf course. You can walk to most of the shops and restaurants within 5-20 minutes in case you don’t want to drive. Excellent stay.

September turned out to be a good month to travel to Hawaii. I've never gone on vacation in September in my 30 plus years of going to the Hawaiian islands. Aside from the covid19 issue for travel restrictions our trip was excellent. Great weather, fewer people and generally better all around. The condo in Vista Waikoloa was perfect for our needs aside from some construction that was going on. It was well stocked with everything you need for a vacation in paradise. I've stayed at 2 other units here, but unit F102 was updated and better situated on the golf course. I'd recommend this first floor condo for anyone, small family included.

This rental exceeded my expectations! It was very spacious, modern, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that their was central AC. The only thing to consider is that the AC unit is very loud. I thought there was a loud washing machine spinning out a cycle when I arrived to realize it was the AC. Luckily we all had earplugs.

This is a clean, modern condo with plenty of space for a family of five. It was my first time visiting the Big Island and originally wanted to stay in Kona but ran into this gem of home. It turned out to be a great location to relax and venture to Hilo and other nearby towns for farmers markets. We will definitely rebook this condo for future visits. Centrally located. Well-stocked. Great property manager! Our most enjoyable visit (we have visited six consecutive years now). Great sunrise views over Mauna Kea. Excellent golf course scenery. Full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals (strict dietary needs). Washer/Dryer allowed us to return home with a clean bag of clothes. We used the television sparingly, but it was internet-capable with Netflix and other applications available for signing on. This unit was a ground floor unit and worked out well for us because we had two large bags (although an elevator is available). We used the swimming pool on the last day, what a gem (salt water pool with two hot pools, not just a tub, two small hot pools). We did not use the fitness center or the outdoor grilling area, although available. There was also a nice selection of beach gear (chairs, boards, noodles, coolers, etc.). This unit is part of the Vistas at Waikoloa. Easy access to Anaeho'omalu Bay (public access between the Marriott and Kolea Kai Circle). Also, close to the King's Highway Foot Trail and the Waikoloa Petroglyphs. Easy walking distance also to the King's Shops and the Queen's Shops. Reserved parking space is very near the front door to the unit. Trash dumpster is no more than 30 yards from the front door.

If you want to stay in a place that's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, near shops and restaurants and clean, this is a great option. As others have said, it needs renovation and the beds are not that comfortable. Joe was responsive when we had issues with the AC.

Obviously fitted out as a rental, with all necessary appliances, etc, but not high end as we expected.
Comfortable except for the foam mattresses--please replace with a regular one. One of us slept in the second bedroom because we couldn't stand bouncing on the foam,
Heard it will be refurbished next year which is good.
From the standpoint of location and views, great. Parking close to unit. Close to all Waikoloa shops and restaurants.
Except for quibbles above, it worked for us and the manager Joe was incredibly responsive.

Very clean condo that made for a great place to end our big island tour. Two good sized rooms and bathrooms with comfortable lounging areas inside and out. Decent views of the volcano when the clouds disappear. Within walking distance of a couple decent beaches and a short drive to some very nice beaches like Hapuna. One great aspect of this rental was the beach toys that were included (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers, ice packs). It really made it easy to go relax on the beach all day. The kitchen was also well stocked and allowed us to cook nearly the same as we do at home. No onsite grill but the complex has a bunch in a common area that did the job just fine.

We absolutely loved the condo, the setting & the view was wonderful, only wish we had more time there. It was accurately represented by the photos and in a perfect location within the resort. We would book this again without hesitation if we return to the Big Island in the future.
