Newly renovated one bedroom condo nestled on the world famous golf course - Arnold Palmer and George Fazio, steps away from white sandy beaches and breath-taking views. 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Located on the North Shore of Oahu, this lovely modern vacation home includes a king-size bed, ample closet space, a full kitchen and bath, dining area, an Italian leather sleeper, 2 flat-screen TV's, high-speed wireless internet, cable, air conditioning & living room with an enclosed patio facing the Turtle Bay Golf Course. This fully furnished home, located in the gated community of Kuilima Estates West, can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. We have a king size bed, a sofa bed that opens to a very comfortable Tempur-pedic queen size bed & 2 fold up bed that we will bring upon request.
Free assigned and guest parking is also included on the vicinity. Some of the best surf spots in the world are just a short drive away, including Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Rocky Point, Waimea Bay and Laniakea (known for the large groups of turtles swimming by its shoreline).
Out of every window in this home you can see the majestic Ko’olau Mountains, glorious sunsets, and beautiful stars. There are great restaurants and bars in walking distance ranging from high-to lower-end, as well as spas, tennis courts, swimming pools, horseback riding activities, helicopter rides, hiking, surfing, snorkeling, yoga classes, massage, a wedding chapel, a barbecue gazebo and much more! The historic Haleiwa town and Polynesian Cultural Center are a short driving distance away. How lovely is it that there are so many options available for your convenience to make your Hawaii vacation all the more of a fantastic adventure!
We provide a starter set which includes shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper and paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and two tissue boxes.

Our family loved the condo in Kuilima Estates. We were close to the amenities at Turtle Bay, but it also afforded us a quiet place to sleep at the end of our busy vacation days.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We loved having access to the Turtle Bay pools and appreciated the use of boogie boards and beach chairs for our trips to the beach. It was extremely helpful to have washer/dryer right in the unit. The pull out and roll away beds were not terribly comfortable, but the kiddos survived.

With Turtle Bay raising even their discounted rates to 800/night, this is the best way to stay on Turtle Bay property. As long as you are ok with five times more space than a cramped hotel room. You also have to be ok with a king sized bed in your quiet retreat of a bedroom (if you have kids). You also have a nice pool to relax in, and, because you aren't at the resort pool, you don't have to share it with 50 other people, maybe just two or three - but most times you will have it all to yourself. The 1bdrm unit is very clean and the living room has the most comfortable pull out bed I have ever slept in. We can't recommend this place enough and we are already planning our next visit!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My kids liked the pullout sofa bed and the rollaway bed (and the option to not have to share a bed!) Orly was really quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had! I would love to come back for a future visit!

Great location and quiet area.Had friends who rented another unit in the complex and road cycled together.Property was nice and was clean.Comparing to the units our friends had,our unit had pretty sparse supplies.Blender that did not work,no cheese grater,no jug to mix juice or drinks.No plastic food wrap,tin foil etc so you pretty much have to buy everything even if you only need a bit.Our unit did not have an outside patio area to sit nor any chairs to use on the grass outside the sliding doors so we ate dinners at our friends unit that did have outdoor areas to sit at.The unit itself is very nice and the owner/property manager is very nice to deal with.

We had a great stay in Orly’s unit! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, had a well stocked kitchen, and was super comfortable! We attended a family wedding on the North Shore and had about 20 units rented amongst us. Orly’s condo was the cleanest and most updated of them all. We enjoyed all five nights and will visit again! Thanks to a relaxing and enjoyable stay Orly!!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. My family of 7 adults rented this unit and were assured there was plenty of space and we would all be comfortable in the size of this space. Upon arrival we learned we would be cramming 5 people into a small living room. There were also NOT enough beds even provided in the unit to sleep everyone. A major reason for renting the unit was for the kitchen, as we began to explore and open drawers we found the kitchen full of bugs, cockroaches. We then found roaches in the bedding provided as well. Upon notifying the owner she said she could send over a blow up mattress and call an exterminator. We decided we did not feel comfortable staying there and left. The next day we called the owner telling her we did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and that she falsely advertised the unit for 7 people and that we did not want to stay somewhere with bugs in kitchen drawers and sleeping on the floor. We pleaded for her to give us some kind of refund, cleaning fee, something back for this and she essentially said that she knew there were bugs in the unit and she “didn’t care” and then hung up the phone on us. Additionally, the unit was confusing to find, was pretty filthy upon arrival, and the ad for the unit states a deck/ patio and outdoor furniture and this is false as there is nothing. I’m sure she is going to have her side to say back to this review, but I hope people read this before spending the money on this place. I hope to save others from being burned as bad as my family was. Safe to say we won’t be renting from VRBO in the future.

Very safe and clean place.
Owner of the property always respond or delegate a person to take care of any concern.
Some small issues at arrive to the property. The unit number it wasn't listing in the email provided with the property address.
The AC unit on the room need to be update it for one less noisy.
Overall it is a safety and warm place to be for family vacation.

There were some difficulties with check-in. Directions to finding the correct unit were not clear. There was an apparent miscommunication with the cleaning crew so the unit was not ready for several hours after we were supposed to check in. Owner worked hard to correct the situation and make it right. After that it was a great location to stay in.

This particular property will not sleep 7. The living room couch mattress was not clean.
We had a complaint about the living area AC and a new one was installed (very thankful for the kindness and professionalism that the young lady showed).
There were also roaches in the unit.
This is not meant to be negative, however, maybe this will help others when coming to this beautiful island!

We liked the location and the property was spacious for the two of us. The manager thankfully responded quickly, but we were frustrated we had to reach out for basic info. Make sure she gives you the unit # and the pool code, the info book at the condo is out of date with incorrect codes and minimal info. The AC units were outdated, loud, inefficient window units, which was disappointing. The curtains don't cover the windows, so you have parking light and sun blazing into the bedroom, and open spaces in the living room where people can look directly in, which is an issue if you have family sleeping in the pullout couch. The unit is on the ground floor, so we had noisy family upstairs. It has no outdoor space, so not only can you not sit outside, but you can't put wet towels or snorkel equipment out to dry. The pool and grounds were nice, but small pool deck with only 3 deck chairs, so not really a nice place to spend any time. 10am is way too early for check out, Covid cleaning or not. She also asked the night before check out if we would wash the dishes, take out the trash, strip the sheets and put in a load of towels in the wash, what is the cleaning fee for if not for those things. Overall, it was fine, but also a little annoying, may not consider VRBO in the future.
