We love this property and we keep coming back year after year. We enjoy sitting out on the porch and having breakfast. We love the beach and walk down every day. When we come back sandy, it is great having two bathrooms, so we can both shower right away. Everything is clean and easy to use. The bed is so comfortable and we love to relax and rest. The kitchen has what we need. The living area is open and joyful. For all these reasons, it is "our home away from home." We will be back again next year.

We stayed for a week and loved the location and the price was better than every other place I looked at. The owner communicated with us right away and gave us a lot of information & his cell number, which we didn’t need to bother him for anything. He also gave really good recommendations on where to eat. We loved the Paia Fish market and lava Java for coffee, which are maybe a 10m drive in a cute walkable town. The property is spacious, clean, and has a great location. The bed is comfortable. We used the boogie boards in the nearby swimmable beach, which ended up a favorite beach of ours. We didn’t notice the lanai’s noise at night while sleeping, but we always bring a noise machine to every hotel/VRBO, so there’s that. I didn’t notice it with the sound machine off during the day either. We also didn’t spend much time eating on the lanai so we didn’t notice the noise. There are a bunch of plants between it and the road. The room is not as far from the beach as we thought it’d be. We enjoyed the walk after 10hrs in planes. Right out on the lawn are grills and you can bring stuff to the pool as they have tables and a view of the ocean. A boardwalk along the coast is nearby and you can walk there. It’s fun to walk with lots of picturesque beaches, restaurants, and stops for drinks along the way while watching sunset. The end of the road is a bar at the last hotel called Nicks. It’s pricey but the food is delicious. Along the way the views are phenomenal. We really enjoyed our time here! We will definitely stay again!

What a fabulous vacation! We highly recommend. The condo is perfect, it had everything we needed and Bob was incredibly helpful. The grounds were gorgeous, and very relaxing with a quick walk to the beach and excellent snorkeling.

We had an incredible time celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and this space was perfect for our trip. The place was well maintained and Bob & Ann made sure we had everything we needed leading up to our trip. The pools, beach and grounds were so nice and beautiful. Communication was top notch and check-in/check-out was so easy. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great stay at such a wonderful resort at Ekahi. Spacious one bedroom unit with pullout bed that worked well for our family of 4. Nice outdoor patio chairs and table, easy 5 minute stroll down the greenbelt hill to the pool and beach. Owner very responsive to any needs.

The condo is as advertised: clean, spacious and with a new California King bed that we loved. Bob and Ann are excellent hosts and provided detailed and timely follow up after booking. Excellent condo as advertised. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t echo car noise this will not be for you. But with short walking distance to the beach and centrally located to world class facilities, the car noise is not an issue. Just cause I’m getting old, hope the front door on my next visit will have a keypad entry instead of battling with keys. But book it folks and enjoy.

This property meets all expectations regarding it advertisement. Lovely decoration and condition as well as a superbly equipted kitchen. Two bathrooms are a joy with lovely walk in tile showers.

The owner is easy to work with, can be reached very easily and very responsive. We had a problem with the drainage and the owner had it fixed right away. The place is nice and clean and it’s location is very close to a nice beach.

We loved our stay at Bob and Ann’s condo.
It felt much bigger than a one bedroom condo because of having two full baths. Our ten year old grandson slept on the sofa bed and seemed very comfortable. The California King bed was perfect after
a fun day in the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked with all one needs. We sat out on the patio every morning enjoying our coffee. The flowers around the condo are beautiful. One could spend all day at the condo pool or at the beach near by. We really appreciated all the advice that Bob gave us about our trip to Maui. We would definitely stay at this condo on our next trip to Maui.

This is our second stay in this condo and it was great again. Walked on beach to shops at Wailea for coffee every morning. The new pool/cabana area is beautiful, and the location can't be better. Highly recommend it.

We love staying at this property. We have been back several times over the last eight years and we are already planning our next trip. The king sized bed is so comfy. There are two bathrooms, making it so convenient when we come back from the beach or a hike. The kitchen has everything we need, and we love to have brunch on the patio. The owners are so kind and always make us feel welcome to share their home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. We actually rented 3 condos in this complex to accommodate 9 of us. Ann & Bob were quick to reply to my questions while I was securing 3 condos close to each other and couldn't have been more helpful all along the way. From suggesting restaurants, rental car companies, etc. they were always one step ahead of us. We highly recommend this particular condo and its extremely kind hosts.

Our hosts were most helpful . From the time we reserved our condo in Maui we received information and valuable tips from Bob and Ann. The condo was clean and adequately stocked with linens, towels, coffee, tea, laundry soap and kitchen essentials. There were beach chairs and boogie boards. There were plenty of hangers in the closet. We spent much of our time in the pool and pavilion area which had plenty of chairs and a nice quiet atmosphere. The beach was steps away and offered a great daily safe walk along the shoreline. The condo was affordable and the location made it easy to get around Wailea.

Nice property, but would not stay here again due to traffic noise. Also, dishwasher did not work, and tried turning off power to it for 30+ minutes to reset, but that didn’t work either.

Bob and Ann offer a fully-stocked, beautiful condo. It is a great location with access to pools and the beach. The "big pool" looks out onto the ocean. We did not use any of the three smaller pools. They offered great tips on a car rental and food! I saved $800.00 on the car, which I used on food. Nothing is cheap in Hawaii. I missed waking up and looking out onto the ocean, but certainly not a deal breaker. We would stay again. Mahalo.

This was a great condo for our one week get away to Maui. We loved the location of this condo as it is a short walk to our favorite Wailea beach for families with young children, Ulua Beach. The condo had a comfortable bed and all of the amenities needed for our family of 4. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the large back patio. The community pool was very nice, clean, and had great ocean views. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a place in Wailea.

Bob and Ann were very accommodating, providing a beautiful home, everything we needed, tips on restaurants, activities, stores, etc. The beach close by was very nice. The location is easy to get to, quiet, yet close enough to Kihei for activities.
