The home has two large primary suites located on the first floor, one with a new king beds and a separate office space and printer. A charming third bedroom off the main living area has a mountain and waterfall view. The home also comes equipped with wireless internet, washer and dryer, beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella that you can use for a day at the beach.
Situated in a gated community in Princeville, Ku’u Lei Villa is just steps away from the Makai Golf Club, which features not only 27 breathtaking holes of golf, but four tennis courts. Watch the golfers while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an open-air evening meal on the condo’s lovely lanai. The Villas of Kamalii grounds also contain a pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill area for guests to enjoy.

Please note that Ku’u Lei Villa allows pets under 30 pounds, subject to approval from the condo association, and certain restrictions/requirements may apply. Also, only two cars are allowed per condo, with one car parking in the space designated for the unit and one car parking in a guest space. Please inform your property manager if you plan to rent more than one car.
***Please also note that although this condo does not have air conditioning, it does have ceiling fans and windows that can be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of July through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.
