The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. Gorgeous views and a good location. The only small problem we had was the owner stopped communicating with me after we got there. There was no detergent so he told me that I would be reimbursed for buying some but I have not been. He did not respond to my questions about that or about where to find sheets for the sofa bed. Overall a great stay.

This property was as advertised and more! We were so impressed with cleanliness of our unit and the complex as a whole! The unit was very well stocked with towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a cooler, beach toys and plenty of kitchen supplies. Air conditioning was a huge bonus! The view… wow! Thank you Mark! We had a fantastic vacation and will be back!

Perfect location right on the beach with a pool and little cove to swim in the ocean without dealing with the waves (perfect for little kids). The restaurant located on the property was delicious and convenient. Everything was great.

There was a slight issue upon arrival with the room being ready but it was a communication issue more than anything. After our original booking I added a extra night coming in a day earlier and that wasn’t passed along to the cleaning crew. The next morning she was there and had everything straightened up and Mark took care of us for the confusion.
This rental had everything required for a week long stay. All the kitchen appliances, entertainment for the evenings and toys and beach stuff for the adults and kids.
Mark was super easy to deal with and I will definitely be telling people about this rental!
Besides the great view from the balcony being
able to listen to the waves at bedtime and first thing in the morning is something I have never experienced but now I want to do so as much as possible:)

The entire family had an excellent experience. There were three adults, one teenager, and a child. Each one indicated this was their favorite stay on our vacation. The listing was on spot with reality. You could see the sea turtles every day from the balcony. The ocean is just a few flights of stairs away. There is plenty to see and do within a few miles of the complex. The restaurant on-site was delicious (if you enjoy Indian food). There are plenty of towels and quite a few beach supplies available for your enjoyment.

We really enjoyed our time in the condo, and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, dishes, etc and also having two full bathrooms. Spectacular view from the lanai, in fact we ate all of our meals out there. The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable.
Also enjoyed wading in the lagoon to see the sea turtles. One of our family members is disabled and the elevators worked well .Only wrinkle was inadequate number of disabled parking spaces, many of which were off limits to us and there was one only available for 20 minutes loading, which I had never seen before.

Communication was great and check-in was simple. The location of the property was perfect a nice central location in Maui. Condo was well stocked, had two beach chairs, two boogie boards and a cooler which was really helpful. Beds were super comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening to watch the sunset and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The condo property grounds and amenities were above average with beach access and location to Kehei shops and restaurants excellent, the saving grace to the condition of the below average unit condition.
The units floors were dirty, evidently not cleaned for a long period of time. The area rugs throughout were dirty with stains. The inner liner of the shower curtains have not been cleaned / replaced - very dirty with soap scum and yellowed. The lanai is not usable due to the A/C condensor unit being located on the lanai, unless of course the A/C units are not turned on in the unit. On the day of check out, the cleaning service entered the unit without knocking at 10:40 AM, 20 minutes prior to mandatory check out at 11:00. The garbage disposal did not work and was jammed up with food which we cleaned out and made in working order for our use. If you're willing to tolerate dirty floors and some work while on vacation this unit is for you.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this unit! Perfect amount of space for two couples and an absolutely stunning view! Lots of beach supplies were provided which was very thoughtful. Having a parking space to use was super handy!

The location was great to discover Maui,
It was really close to some nice beaches; but also a great base for the road to Hana and to drive to mount Haleakala for the sunrise.
The appartment and the pool were also really with some restaurants and supermarket close by.

The condo is awesome-AC units in the bedrooms and living room which worked great, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers to use, in unit washer and dryer, steps to the pool and beach, great roof top deck with grills and easy free parking in the lot. Location is very good as well close to local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

We had a great stay in this Maui condo! The only hiccup was a late check in while it was being cleaned. Despite that, no complaints. We enjoyed the fish pond beach (with daily turtle sightings!), the pool, grill, and extras (chairs, umbrella, toys) available. Very clean and great location. Would definitely stay again!

Mark was easy to communicate to. My son, niece and I stayed for 3 nights and we had a perfect stay! Mark had everything you could need and more including coolers and beach items. The unit was clean, bright and was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax! Nice pool, roof top picnic area, shuffleboard, beach and fish pond where turtles swam into each day! Couldn't ask for a better stay!

This was the perfect condo for us. Great location. My two daughters (ages 10 and 11) LOVED the fact that they got their own twin bed. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Great pool. Gorgeous view from balcony. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We always come back to Mark's Menehune Shores condo for its location, amenities, and that lovely view. The living room TV is new; bring your passwords for your streaming accounts. This time we noted several cabinet and closet doors not closing/sealing as they should but they're nothing a handyman can't easily fix. Also, occasional deep cleanings will help keep this condo in its usual tip-top shape. We had no communication with the property manager, only with Mark (owner) and he's always great to work with. Thanks again!

This was a very clean, comfortable condo in an awesome location. It’s central to pretty much everything. The fish pond/beach next to the condo was perfect to relax in without the surf. It’s perfect if you have young children. There were always turtles to be seen on the rocks. We would be happy to stay at this condo again.

We've enjoyed staying at Mark's condo many times in the past and we still get the "sighs". What are the sighs? Every time we walk into this condo and see that gorgeous view... tension melts away from our bodies and we exhale contented sighs. The views from the balcony have no buildings in the way, no visible roads. All we see are palm trees, the deep blue ocean, the west Maui mountains in the distance and blue skies for miles. Sometimes we'll even see turtles, whales and seabirds. Lovely. We can't wait to go back to Maui and of course we'll choose Mark's condo again.

We were just here for a brief stay but loved the location and beautiful view. The wind was very strong the days we were here so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the beach or pool. However, the location was so ideal for exploring local restaurants and shopping, we were happy we were close to things in Wailea and Makena to explore. The rock wall outlining the beach area would be great for young kids, as it breaks the force of the waves and the beach sand is very nice
The unit was well stocked with beach towels and other linens. The unit is very homey and the other residents were very friendly.
If we came back we would also spend more time on the rooftop. It is a beautiful almost 360 degree view of the area and is very spacious.

We stayed here with our two kids, 1 and 3yo. The property was very easy to find and check into. The view and location are amazing. There’s a restaurant downstairs and the pool and beach are just steps away. The pool is heated and the beach has a rock wall so the waves are not too harsh, perfect for little kids. The condo itself was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach toys, boogie boards, snorkels, fins and a ton of towels. The beds were super comfy, as was the couch. Ac worked well in each room. There was no from the floor above us or other neighbors so kiddos could sleep well at night and during naps. The WiFi is a little intermittent but hey we’re on vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Checking in was very easy. Everything was orderly and clean and decor was nice. Rooms were comfortable. First time staying in Kihei and it is a little windier than what we are used to in Kaanapali, but we enjoyed staying here! Great views from balcony and main bedroom! Would definitely recommend!

Mark was great to have as a host. The hotel manager accidentally double booked Marks property for us our first night’s stay. Mark found us another condo in the same complex and reimbursed our stay for the first night. He was excellent at communicating with us about our needs. The property itself is amazing!! What a view!! The condo was extremely clean; had wonderful air conditioning throughout, and was a super convenient location. It was a perfect place for any Maui vacation let alone our first! We will definitely coming back here again! Our friends are the ones who recommended this specific condo and it didn’t disappoint. Thanks again!!

The property and grounds are clean, maintained and beautiful. The condo was lovely and well-appointed. Fully stocked kitchen with extras for cooking (who wants to buy a big bottle of oil and soy sauce for a few days cooking?). I loved the over-abundance of beach towels and boogie board varieties.
The view from the balcony is stunning and we enjoyed more than one cocktail soaking in the sun and beach/ocean views.
We’d definitely stay here again…highly recommended.

The place was spacious. 1 master bedroom with balcony access and full private bath. Another room with 2 twins that can be pushed together, and a pull out sofa. There were also playpen we saw they didn’t use. We love that they have beach stuff such as boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, etc for guests to use. We love the beach front and the sea turtles the come sunbathing every morning. Definitely will come back.

Condo was very old, dark, outdated, dirty with lots of ants and some roaches a few bugs in the bed. Broken drawers, couldn’t use fridge door for food no rails on door. Small uncomfortable couch, furniture needs updating.
I would not stay in this unit again and would not recommend until the owner upgrades the unit and cleans it up.
We did end up leaving and having to rent else where.

Me and my daughter came to Maui for a get away from after visiting Honolulu the place was very clean the condo was very spacious and the view from the Lanai was gorgeous
Every morning it was breathtaking to see the ocean waves and the island. it is very convenient not far from anything 5 to 10 minutes drive to the stores . the rooms for a very comfortable clean bathroom clean kitchen had everything we needed plus more we would definitely stay here again
