An expansive 1,554-square foot, two-bedroom, two-bath, garden-view, second-story, end unit accessible by stairs or elevator, our condo offers an uncompromising comfort and a truly home-like experience including: wifi access, flat-screen TVs, full-size washer and dryer; a well equipped kitchen and a barbecue grill in the lanai kitchenette; a selection of beach gear; and a full supply of bath, kitchen and laundry products. Bedrooms include a king-size bed for a couple of your guest party members and, in the second bedroom, queen- and twin-size beds for up to 3 more.

DISCLOSURES AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION

1. Booking is not confirmed until the rental agreement is signed and we receive a copy of the guest's I.D. (driver license). We deliver the rental agreement (for the guest's review and signature) on our acceptance of the booking request.

2. In the event of an insurance claim we have to file as a result of a property damage/loss caused by the guest party, we charge a $250 insurance claim processing fee (not subject to reimbursement by insurance carriers) to defray the effective administrative cost required in what is typically a long, drawn out insurance claim processing. Not a lodging fee, and a policy which past guests agree to be fair and sensible, this is applicable only in the event of a property damage/loss caused by renters/guests.

3. Our minimum number of occupancy nights is 6. However, our rental rate structure allows for 5 or, our absolute minimum, 4 nights at a rent surcharge of $300 for each night short of 6 nights. Thus, we will modify your quote to add $300 or $600 for your 5 or 4 nights, respectively, of booking request. SHOULD THIS NOT WORK FOR YOU, PLEASE REQUEST TO BOOK ONLY FOR 6 OR MORE NIGHTS.

4. As extended bookings could severely impact occupancy in the event of a cancellation or a change, our standard cancellation and change window of 60 days or more prior to arrival date is limited to bookings of up to 14 nights. Please inquire for the cancellation window of bookings over 14 nights. And we recommend securing a travel insurance coverage as there is no refund for booking cancellations outside of the cancellation/change window. However, we will refund for booking dates we are able to rent the condo to a third-party traveler.

5. Due to recent security concerns, we have opted for a public, common-area-coverage video doorbell. There are no similar devices inside the condo.

6. While we make every effort to inform prospective guests as soon as feasible of planned maintenance and repair activities within Kolea that could impact guests' enjoyment of their stay, we cannot guarantee to be informed by our homeowners' association about such prior to guests securing bookings. However, as in other communities, these are few and far between.

7. As we update furnishings and accessories from time to time, photos shown here could be different from those in the condo.

8. Guest parking is in any unassigned parking stall in front of the building or the adjacent building.

9. Kolea's beach club does not offer food service. However, Waikoloa Beach Marriott next door and Lava Lava Beach Club are both short walks through the beach from the facility.

10. Hilton waterslide, pools, lagoon and its other attractions and amenities are accessible for a fee. Call 808-886-1234 to inquire or, to purchase a day pass, enter "Hilton Waikoloa Village" and your desired date on the search block at ResortPass.com. Self-parking options are as follows: $6/hour up to 5 hours or, if over 5 hours, the nightly rate of $39; or complimentary with a $50 minimum food and beverage purchase at Kona Pool Bar or, adjacent to the lagoon, the Orchid Marketplace. You may also opt for the public parking, almost across from the hotel entrance and not that much farther than Hilton's self-parking lot.

Water sports and activities and beach gear rentals are available through Ocean Sports Beach Hut on Waikoloa Beach at A Bay, a walking distance through Kolea's club house. To inquire, call (808) 886-6666, ext. 101, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

We LOVED this condo! Cora's place is so beautiful (even better than photos - which often doesn't happen) and well equipped and they had everything we needed during our stay. It's so clean and spacious, the outdoor patio was also very nice and we all enjoyed our stay so much. Great location and community with beautiful the beach and pool. Cora was so welcoming and wonderful to work with. This condo became our favorite and we already booked this place for our next trip and can't wait to go back!

We've stayed at Kolea several times and this was by far our favorite property. The unit is beautiful - clean, well-stocked, organized, with information posted throughout for everything you didn't know you needed. (Bathroom stools for kids? In the vanity! Spices? labeled! Laundry pods? Provided with instructions!) Such thoughtful touches for renters that enhanced our stay. Truly, an immaculate rental. Communication with Cora and her local property manager was superb. If the system allowed I would give the whole experience 6 (or more) stars.) We look forward to coming back here again.

Cora’s place was roomy, easy to access and within close walking distance to the pool and the beach. We prefer to cook and the kitchen and provided cookware made it super easy. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful beach side property with perfect pool for kids. Beach is a 2 minute walk from the pool where we saw 2-3 sea turtles every day swimming off the beach. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants in the kings and Queens market place.

Very clean, comfortable space. However the single pool and jacuzzi were too small to accommodate the number of residents in Kolea and always very crowded. We also wished there were tennis or pickleball courts nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at Kolea 15L so much! We can't wait to go back to visit the island and hope it includes staying here. The condo was wonderfully equipped especially the kitchen. We were able to put together a wonderful Christmas dinner with the well-eqipped kitchen and the built-in grill on the lanai. I loved sitting out on the lanai in the mornings enjoying my coffee and the views of the ocean to the right. Cora was very pro-active in reaching out and communicating before, during and at the end of our visit during the check-out process.

This is the perfect condo for a family visit to the Big Island! The unit is large, well-equipped and spotless, with great outdoor space. Just steps away from the beach and a plush pool club. Walk to shopping and restaurants and the amazing ocean path. Communication with Cora and her property manager was instant, and check-in process could not have been easier. Highly Recommend!

We had to communicate with Cora multiple times because our trip was originally delayed by covid a year ago. Cora was very accommodating about rescheduling, our only complaint is that their condo is in high demand so it was hard to find a good date to do so! Then we requested an early check in since we were staying elsewhere for our first week on the island but wanted to move our groceries in, and Cora worked with us on that since there wasn’t anyone checking out that day which we very much appreciated. Communication is very easy, via email before check in and then by group text with Cora and her island representative once checked in. The condo (like all Kolea condos) is lovely and in the best location on the big island. This is a larger end unit 2 bedroom unit with two master baths. There are child friendly amenities like a plastic picnic table for little kids, lots of toys and floaties, and waterproof mattress pads. We enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again.

I can’t say enough about Cora’s place, the location, cleanliness and overall perfection! My family enjoyed every minute of our time and found the proximity to the Queens and Kings shops perfect to grab food or do some shopping. We ate many of our meals in the unit as the kitchen is stocked so well that cooking was a breeze. Just a perfect trip at a perfect place!

Our stay here was amazing! The condo was very large and comfortable! The amenities were perfect, and we had everything we needed here for a wonderful stay. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious. We traveled here with two young children-4 and 6, and they loved and can’t wait to come back. Very nice kitchen setup, equipped with everything we needed. The access to the pool and beach was so convenient, and both spots were so great to visit. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful with anything we needed.

If you are looking for an immaculate condo in a perfect location, look no further. Cora understands what renters are looking for in a premier Hawaii vacation. The cleanliness of the condo is better than we’ve ever seen…and my family travels a lot. Her communication was timely and considerate. The Kolea community is in a league of its own with a beach club and pool that’s hard to leave. Arguably the best spa on planet earth looking A Bay. There may be less expensive units in the Waikoloa area but you get what you pay for.

We just returned from a week-long stay at 15L & agree with the past reviews – this is a special place! We have rented at 4 other complexes within WBR and Kolea is our new favorite. One of the unique features to Kolea is that the “wall” from the living room to the lanai opens completely, making a large indoor/outdoor room - we spent each morning and evening on the lanai. The condo is situated conveniently close to the King’s Shops & Queen’s Marketplace - from the ground floor of building 15, there is a short cut path to the main Kolea entrance road & from there, it’s a quick walk to shopping & dining. We walked every morning to get the paper and coffee and walked many nights to get dinner. In the later afternoon, it was a quick walk to the beach to watch the sunset, bringing with us the beach chairs from the condo. The condo is also equipped with several boogie boards, beach towels, etc. – everything we needed. Cora is a gracious host & very organized! She set up a group text between her, our family and her on-island representative once we landed, so any questions we had were quickly answered. Lastly, there are special touches in this condo that you don’t always see in a rental, touches that make you feel like you are visiting a family member or friend’s home, and not just a rental (full sized shampoo/conditioner & body wash in both showers, foil, Ziploc bags & saran wrap, chopsticks, chip clips in the kitchen, etc etc). These are little things, but things that make you feel welcomed and more at “home”. The first night we were there, my husband was already on Cora’s calendar checking when we can return. We hope it’s soon. We recommend 15L!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo while attending a conference nearby. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the Hilton as well as the King/Queen shopping. Beach and pool were also wonderful. Check in process was very smooth however I also got locked out the final morning. This was rectified within 20 minutes. Would stay again if in the area.

Upscale unit, close to the pool & beach. Communication with Cora was quick and efficient. The unit was better than the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped incl. Oil, Vinegar, various spices, coffee, tea, even aluminum foil, and zip lock bags, wine cooler in the freezer etc etc. Pool area was super close to the unit and had comfortable cushions on lounge chairs. We had the whirlpool to ourselves for sundown - amazing!!! Amazing ALL around! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at unit 15L. It was modern, clean and everything promised on VRBO listing (and more). Very nice lanai with sofas. Large well stocked kitchen. Unit has ceiling fans in bedrooms which is a nice touch. Only glitch was a code based front door lock that seemed to stop working last morning before official checkout so be careful not to get locked out. Very walkable community with sidewalks, paths and bike lanes. The pool area is very relaxing with nice hot tub, plenty of chairs and easy beach access. (I recommend walking over to the beach area past the rental shack to avoid rocks in water.) Unit is close enough to walk over to Kings/Queens markets to enjoy restaurants or a morning beverage. I recommend stopping at Costco on your drive up from airport if you are a family and plan to eat meals in the condo.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Cora and Roger’s Waikaloa Village / Kolea condo. This place was even better than in the pictures, and perfect in every way. Cora is a great host! From the time we booked until after our stay, she was communicative, informative, and extremely organized. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate, probably one of the cleanest I’ve seen (and I’m really picky!). The kitchen had every appliance you can imagine, along with several basic supplies (even coffee). The beds were comfortable and had quality bedding. The two full bathrooms had separate showers and tubs, were nice and clean, and had fluffy towels and bath products. There is also an excellent selection of beach items available for guest use, including chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, snorkel gear, and more. These made our beach trips simple and enjoyable! As a family of four, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed our morning coffees and dinners on the lovely lanai. After our long and busy days, it was nice to relax and watch movies on one of the three TVs. We are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in this beautiful vacation home. The “welcome treats” were a lovely surprise and were much appreciated by us all. Thank you, Cora and Roger, for a wonderful week in paradise!

We have extensive travel experience as well as experience staying in vacation units all Over the world. I can say without hesitation that this was the most well equipped unit we have have ever stayed in. Every whim or need was planned for and thought of. We didn’t need a thing as it was all in the unit. Everything had a place and explanations were easily found. I would absolutely stay here again. The pool and beach access was fantastic. The location overall was wonderful. It was a dream. I even forgot my specialized neck pillow there and Cora (the owner) offered to mail it back to me. Everything was perfect. This is a high end luxury experience. I will probably never be able to book this place again after this review😂🌸🌈🌺

Was one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed at and fully equipped with more than you need. The fruit, water, and chocolate were a very pleasant surprise. We were checked in on a couple of times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied and had all we need. This is one place where a swimsuit is all you need, they have everything else. Wonderful would go back again.

We have rented 3-bedroom units at Kolea in the past but only needed a two bedroom for this trip. This unit far exceeded our expectations, it is a larger 2-bedroom (we also stayed at another Kolea 2-bed this trip, and the 'inside' units are much smaller) with master ensuites for both bedrooms, plenty of kitchen space for groceries, and the condo had everything we could have needed, including spices and cooking accessories. Spectacular. Will only stay here, if available, in future, one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at many fine resorts. Well worth the money, extremely quiet, simply perfect. Thanks, Cora, for everything. M

Thank you Cora and Roger for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We gave it 4 Only because it does not have a view of the water but everything else was 5 stars for sure! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really appreciated the welcome fruit basket and the champagne that you so generously provided as it was our 25th anniversary! Kolea is situated in the perfect spot. It has direct beach access to AA Bay just past the beautiful pool. It is walking distance to both kings and Queens shops as well as to the Hilton and the Marriott Hotels for many Dining options. Each hotel also has their own Luaus. No need to leave the sunny Waikoloa Resort but if you do you will not be disappointed. The Big Island of Hawaii is our favourite Island. You can still have the wonderful Hawaiian experience without being surrounded by other tourists. MahaloBella & LarryCanada

We really enjoyed staying in Waikoloa at Kolea. Cora was very nice and the condo was immaculate. Lots of room and easy access to the Hilton, Marriott, shopping centers and restaurants. The surrounding property is very well kept. The private pool and beach are amazing. It was great having the towels, chairs and umbrellas supplied in the condo. Fabulous kitchen stocked with basic supplies really made a huge difference and was truly appreciated. The only thing I would change is that they need to have a hospitality book in the home instead of sending by email. The stay and condo were perfect, we hope to visit again soon. Mahalo and Aloha!!!!
