Beautifully appointed condo with everything we needed. Everything in the condo worked well - A/C, fans, appliances, washer/dryer. Nice furniture, we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the back patio. And so close to all the fun - the pool, beaches, and a nice walk to the ice cream store :-)

MK is in a great location at the end of Kam III. We chose this unit because of the close proximity to the large pool with spa, and because it has an actual bathtub which is important for our daughter with mobility issues (there are a few stairs down to the unit, but nothing like the long steep staircase up to the upper units). The unit is very large, had everything needed for beach fun and cooking, and it's beautifully decorated with a sailing/mermaid theme. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and we had no complaints about the sofa bed from our teen son. The feel is that the owners must love to be there themselves! The back patio is lush green flowering area with many birds to listen to and watch, we enjoyed eating out there every day. The owners and management are responsive, and the punch in code lock on the door, no keys needed, was very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in this huge one bedroom condo. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for trips to the beach close by. It has 2 patios- one in the front with a lovely view, and one off the master bedroom.

This unit was true to its description, but larger than photos show and more than I expected after renting other VRBO's in the past. Very clean, stocked with spices and several condiments in the kitchen. It was my 1st experience with AC on a timer, but fans helped a lot. Property manager always responsive and helped us get WiFi working. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights in June 2022. We arrived to an immaculately clean and cosy apartment.
The location is perfect: 5 min walking distance from the Kamaole III beach, 10 min walking distance from the shops and restaurants of South Kihei. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots in Maui. We saw cautious turtles in the water from the beach and, whilst snorkelling, saw morae eels, needle fish, and all the tropical coral eaters on the rocky outcrop on the south end!
The property itself is larger than we expected from the pictures. The main living area has a comfy couch and two arm chairs with a big tv equipped with all the streaming services via Amazon Echo. The living room and dining room/kitchen are in the same space which makes preparing meals together easy.
The kitchen was fully equipped and all of the appliances were clean and modern. The bed is true king-sized.
There are two bathrooms, each with showers and toilets. The water pressure was good in both.
3 big bonuses of this property:
- There are two AC units: one in the main living space, and one in the bedroom. With the high humidity and temperatures on Summer nights we found these essential for a good night's sleep. The AC's are connected to timers, so you can set them running for up to 4 hours at a time.
- There are 3 closets lining the hallway that are jam-packed with useful things. One is full of beach equipment including snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The second has stuff for a day at home including puzzles, books, cosy blankets. And the third has towels, extra bedding and a washer-dryer. It was so great not to have to buy extra stuff and be able to wash our clothes before leaving.
- The main living space opens onto a backdoor patio + garden. The garden area is shared with the complex but unlike in most other units has a lot of privacy as it faces a fence (~20 m away). The patio is lined with local plants including frangipane, banana palms, and bamboo. This is the perfect place to have a morning coffee. Every morning it was filled with egrets, chickens, and myna birds. We also saw Japanese white-eyes and cardinals here!
The hosts were very responsive. On our first night there was some confusion with the parking spots and they got everything clarified immediately.
Highly recommend staying here. Worth the price!

This was a very cozy home. It felt like we were borrowing at a relative's home. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer in the unit with hangers, an iron and ironing board, so many beach accessories, hoses to spray the sand in both the private and back patios, vacuums, there were condiments in the fridge and spices in the cabinet. If I needed a pair of scissors, a pen and paper, a chip bag clip it was in the drawer. They already had a Netflix guest account set up and the swivel chair in the living room was the most comfortable.

Unit was roomy, big bedroom with very comfortable bed. Ground floor with pretty lanai perfect for morning coffee. Close to best beaches on island. Only concern was living room carpet had several large dark stains. Overall truly enjoyed our stay.

This condo felt like home to us right away. It is well equipped with everything you need for the beach, in the kitchen, and has a great king size bed. It is well located with access to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We like to walk so the small distance to the shops, cinnamon bun heaven, and coffee kiosks was perfect. Our hosts went above and beyond when we had an issue with a hacked credit card, and immediately available when ever our door code glitched. We hope to make 104B a frequent part of our visits to Maui. Thank you!

The condo is in a great location, right across from the lower pool. The grounds are beautiful! The condo is extremely well equipped with what you'll need for a nice vacation. The only thing is it's a little tired and will soon need a update. I would recommend it to all looking for an overall great vacation condo.

Great location - several dive operations departed from boat launch across the street.
Very dark, even with drapes open and all lights on. This will deter us from repeat rental.
Could use some updating, especially carpet and drapes.
Need non-stick (Teflon coated) cookware.

Location is exceptional and they had all the comforts of home including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc.

This was the most well stocked and organized condo we have stayed in (beach chairs, coolers, etc., etc). The size of the unit, the location, the furnishings (except the swivel chair in the living room needs replacing), the tool kit (I repaired the arm on one of the beach chairs) were perfect. We would like to thank the Wright's for sharing their place and making our vacation so relaxing. We would like to visit this unit again on our next trip to Maui!

We enjoyed our stay . The condo is huge and has all the amenities. We were particularly impressed with the closet that has all the beach toys you could possible want- even snorkeling equipment . The only thing I wish were different was that the tv access was very complicated. There needs to be clear directions so that you don't have to call the property manager.We would definitely stay there again.

I rented Ken and Helen’s condo for most of the month of July. The condo is well equipped and organized - you can find everything you need for the beach including chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear which is a nice touch. Small miscommunication up front, but Ken and Helen were able to resolve it quickly. I’d love to visit again soon!

This is an awesome property. It was very spacious for a one bedroom. My two adult daughters and I stayed there. They shared the king size bed and I stayed on the extra mattress, which was very comfortable. Everything you need is at this condo along with extras. The outdoor areas were wonderful, we spent a lot of time there. Ken, the owner was on Maui while we were there and stopped and said hi. He was very kind and helpful. He even brought his extra food to us before he left on his flight. All in all, this was a 10 out of 10 experience.
