Gary’s property is immaculate. Clean and fresh. Lots of amenities like the beach mats, towels, umbrella. Shampoo and soaps included. The ensuite laundry and dryer were amazing. The Murphy bed was super comfy! Loved that every room had AC.
The wifi was strong/ TVs worked great.
Fully stocked kitchen. It’s a beautiful condo community with pool and tennis courts and bbqs. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful food nearby. Nice and quiet at night!

Great resort property that's close to beaches and away from the most congested parts of Kihei. Quiet and safe. The unit itself had no surprises and check-in was seamless. I hope I return and in the mean time I'd recommend this unit without any hesitation.

My husband and I brought our 3 (mostly) grown kids with us to Maui for the first time. The layout of the condo was perfect for us - King bed for us, twins in the 2nd bedroom for our boys and the murphy bed for our daughter. The lanai closet had everything we needed for beach days (chairs, umbrellas, sand mats, towels, boogie boards, etc). The main lanai was large and had a beautiful blooming tree beside it. It felt private and lovely. The two smaller lanais were en extra treat! Our only complaint was that the kitchen knives could use some sharpening...AND we didn't want to leave! :)

The condo was great for everything we needed, lots of beach stuff. We wished there was a better view of the ocean and that it was a closer walk to the beach. The condo is at the very back of the complex and a good half mile or more walk downhill to the beach. We just drove it. The pool is very close, though, and the kids really enjoyed it.

We found Gary’s place to be a very comfortable place to call home for three weeks. The complex is very nice and well cared for! The apartment contained everything that we needed including many outdoor and beach toys for us and our kids. The apartment was very clean and everything very straightforward with regards to booking, check-in, and departure. Gary was also very communicative and responded to any questions quickly and clearly. We recommend Gary’s place and hope to return someday in the future.

While COVID has reduced opportunities for face-to-face "Aloha" moments with staff, email and the phone worked just fine for this trip. The condo was far enough from the road that noise wasn't a problem. It was a nice walk down the hill to the beach, and a long walk for food and snacks. Right across the street from boat launch and highly recommended raft and snorkeling tours.
