The property itself was just as described. There were lots of pots and pans for cooking, spices, saran wrap, 2 complimentary starter coffee packets, serving dishes, and paper towels. There were no facial tissues or napkins. The freezer had ice packets to use in their picnic coolers. A lot of snorkel gear, umbrella, beach toys and 8 beach chairs in the garage. My only complaint was that the final price for the condo was literally double the advertised price online. This is not the owners fault, it is just all the cleaning and taxes, etc. fees. I loved the location, condo furnishings, Hilton Pool Pass, etc., but it was the hidden fees that we were not pleased with. I am not exaggerating when I say the final price was doubled. We were there 5 nights.

The property we stayed in far exceeded our expectations. It was just perfect for our family. Sherry was very instrumental helping us plan our activities to insure we made the most of our time in Hawaii.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property to another guest. We would like highly recommend Sherry as a host.
If we have an opportunity to return to Hawaii in the future this would be our property of choice.

No issues at all with the stay. Appears to be mostly rental units in this condo area. Property is managed by Resortica Hawaii and I didn't have any interaction with them outside of checking in and out. This unit is higher priced than other units in this same development. The Shell gas station that is close to the development is way overpriced ...try and fill up elsewhere. Pool was great and the close by restaurants / market were walk-able from this unit.

Loved this place! Would stay again, but a couple of pieces of info: Road noise was louder than I expected, internet signal stinks— make sure you screen shot your gate code/condo info because it took us like 40 minutes to access the info, the property mgt company closes at 4, and we couldn’t check in until 4 so they were no help. However, the condo was excellent, and me and my family were so relaxed. The pool was great too! Hilton pool passes wind up saving like 80 per day with parking and admission! Great deal!

This was our first time on the Big Island. The townhouse was very spacious . It gave us room to spread out and grandchildren had plenty of room to play. It was nice to be near the pool. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance which made it very nice. Hilton pool pass was a big plus. We enjoyed going there. The owners Sheri and Lars were absolutely awsome ,they replied back very fast on any questions we had. We had such an enjoyable time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas . I would definitely recommend this my family and friends!

We had the best experience staying in this property. Close to pool, walking distance to beaches and easy access to Hilton Waikoloa. Loved having a day pass to Hilton for the pools, dolphins and we saw turtles in the lagoon. Dinner at Lava Lava Club with beautiful sunsets. Also, property was a 5 minute drive to golf. Thank you!

The location was great- easy to get anywhere. Not far from front gate- so easy to walk to both Queens Market and Kings Market. Community pool practically right out back door, so the children loved it. We REALLY appreciated the pass to go to the HIlton pools- THANK YOU. The only thing that was lacking was the parking pass- we parked in an unmarked spot, and thought it was ok, but got a warning notice. But we went to management, and they gave us a pass to put in the car window. But that was minor inconvenience. We can't say enough nice things about staying here.

The property was easy to find and everyone around was very friendly. It was in a nice gated community right next to a shopping center that is within walking distance.
The house was easy to check into and the communication with the owners was excellent. They provided us with a list of activities that we could do in the area as well as were very helpful and any questions that we might’ve had.
Overall the place was very nice and had everything that we needed including laundry soap, garbage bags, and additional things that you were unable to travel with.

The condo functions very well especially in terms of the layout. It’s rare in Hawaii to find three bedrooms with queen beds and three bathrooms and the common spaces are large enough for everyone to comfortably gather. The kitchen is quite well equipped, though FYI it doesn’t provide spices or condiments. The location is very good—close to the pool and across the street from the shopping center and close enough to the beach to walk there. Another nice benefit is the Hilton pool pass for six people. The main caveats are that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling consistently and the blinds in two of the bedrooms don’t work well and let light in. Other than that, the condo worked very well for our family.

I was so glad I booked this condo. It was just the right size for our family of 8 adults. Everyone had their own space and if they needed to get out they could go to the nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and there was lots of beach gear. Would definitely book again!

Property was excellent and the perfect size for the 6 of us. The grounds were beautiful and the unit was quiet, even with the pool being so close. We did not hear any noise. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The Hilton pass was a plus and we used it several times for the kids to snorkel in the lagoon. Having the Queen's Marketplace right across the street made everything so much easier for groceries, eating out/or takeout and general shopping. We also enjoyed the public beach area just a short distance away. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed four nights at this lovely home. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the pool is right outside the back door. We enjoyed grilling on the patio and having cocktails there in the evening. A high-end shopping center is right across the street with restaurants/bars and a fantastic grocery store. A perfect beach is just a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The home had everything we needed for a great stay.

We are a family with 3 kids and an au pair. The house was perfect for us. I loved that we could walk across the street to the shops and grocery, and had day passes to the Hilton (kids enjoyed the pool!).
The location was also really great in terms of weather - for sure the driest part of the island but that meant lots of sunshine.
Easy to get to other parts of the island; we did a few driving tours and nothing felt too far away. Very close to some of the most beautiful sand beaches.
Owners left a guide book and print out of their favorite spots which was super helpful.
The house itself was comfortable and big enough for all of us but great value. I liked that it was a very quiet HOA neighborhood. Very safe.

We stayed in the bedroom downstairs and my daughter’s family were upstairs in the other two bedrooms. The living area downstairs was very spacious and we never felt crowded.

The property worked very well for our family of 4. Plenty of room and everything we needed. There is only 2 areas which need attention sooner than later. The dishwasher bottom rack was extremely touchy and super annoying. The other is the carpet. It’s stained and warn on the first floor. You take your shoes off upon entry but the stains on the carpet are certainly from spills. I realize this is 1st world problems but thought I would share. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

The condo was perfect it could use some updating on the furniture, but it did not bother me much. It had everything you needed for a perfect vacation. The manager was great at communicating with you.
The only negative comment I have is that the showers needs to be updated. The showers have low water pressure making it difficult to take a relaxing shower. The dinning chairs must be replaced as you can’t sit on them anymore. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside the condo so it did not bother us a lot, but it could be very inconvenient if you were cooking and wanted to do a family dinner.

We had a fantastic time! Access to everything all in walking distance so you never have to leave the resort area, but we did and it was a perfect location for exploring the island. House was turn-key and we needed no additional supplies. Propane was low and promptly replaced when requested, we never ran out. Hilton access was seamless, along with local beaches. Everything was easy as a vacation should be!

We stayed with our 4 kids ages 2-9, plus grandparents. This was a perfect place for us! There were 2 bedrooms plus a loft with a pull out bed upstairs- enough room for our family of 6. Grandparents enjoyed some separation downstairs.
The location is perfect, an end unit with access to grassy areas for the kids to run around. Starbucks and the local mall with grocery store was within a couple minutes walk- we walked there nearly every day.
A great selection of beach supplies in the garage allowed us to explore many of the beaches in the area. We used the Hilton passes a couple of times which was great, but this was a perfect home base for us to explore the island. We would 100% stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. It was within walking distance of nice shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Having access to the Hilton swimming pool and other facilities was a definite plus.
The pool next to the condo was under repairs, but we knew this going in as the owners informed us as soon as they found out and offered us the choice to cancel or be refunded some money. We opted for the refund. There is another larger pool on the property, just a short walk away. I only mention this to point out that the property owners were very pleasant to work with and communicated with us quite often leading up to our stay, a very nice touch.
We had one issue, the AC system. It was running but not cooling the night we arrived then stopped working at all the next day. I called property management, left a message, and they promptly got back with me. They suggested some possible fixes, but that didn’t work. I told them this. This was all around 9 pm. The property management people set up a HVAC service call for the next day. We went to the beach the next morning. When we got back in the afternoon, the AC was working again. When I initially called property management , I also sent a message to the property owners. They too got back with us saying they were ensuring the property management people were on top of this.
One small issue arose, parking. There is a one car garage detached garage with the condo. This is fine; if you only have one car. We were there with are children and grandchildren and we both rented cars. The way the garage is situated, you can’t park just outside the garage door so you have to park in open spaces of which there are very few available. A couple of times we had to park quite far from the condo. This was an inconvenience but did not take away from enjoying our stay.
We definitely recommend this VRBO condo!

We came for a month to get some rest. Friends came for part of the stay. It was perfect! The pool is right out the back door and everything you need right across the street.
The kitchen is as well equipped as our home. The outside kitchen is fantastic!
We rented e-bikes and got a good walk or ride in each day. The Waikoloa area is great for that. Guys played golf.
We missed our kids and grandkids and would love to bring them to this place someday!

This property was so amazing! It had amenities such as pool access, washer/dryer, pool toys, and beach umbrellas. It worked well for our group of seven comfortably. Being walking distance from the King & Queen shopping area was a plus, and we appreciated being in a gated community. We hope to book our stay here for next summer!

A beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. It was great to walk to the pool, run over to the Hilton for waterslides, or visit Hapuna beach.. It was also convenient to great shopping and restaurants. Beware that covid has changed a lot right now. Limited hours and capacity restrictions around the island. Many of our plans changed, such as coffee tours and dining, due to limited hours and staffing.

We had a great stay here. This is a very nice place with a great kitchen, huge comfortable living room with a big tv, awesome built in outdoor grill (it gave us ideas for our own home!), big spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. A great living room for the whole family to watch the Olympics in the cool air conditioning after a morning spent at the beach. We didn't even use the Hilton Day pass but we walked through the property and it's huge. One could easily spend a day there. There are restaurants and shopping nearby and also a great walking/running path accessible right out the front door. All in all a really nice and well appointed place, we had plenty of dishsoap, garbage bags etc which just makes the VRBO experience so much better. We've done a lot of VRBOing over the years and it was a real treat to not have to buy those things. Another major bonus is that this property uses a linen service. This is the way to go! All of our towels and linens were fresh and clean and no trace of that mildew smell that inevitably occurs when things sit in the washing machine too long. The garage was stocked with boogie board and all the beach essentials which was so convenient. This is a really nice quality place to stay!

This property was a very nice place to vacation in Hawaii. The location and Hilton passes were wonderful, as well as the amount of beach gear (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). The house was really nice as well. I will say that I never found instructions on the garage door opener and had to figure it out on my own. The kitchen could be a bit more stocked with baking pans, cooking spray, storage containers, etc. The cable was not working super well (guide didn’t work right) and there was no Roku remote for the upstairs loft. That being said, we spent most of our time outdoors or playing games, so that wasn’t a big deal.
The condo pool was great as well. The proximity can not be beat. The location to groceries and restaurants was great, as was the food. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We literally had the most relaxing and easy trip. Sherri and Lars have made this home our go-to rental property whenever we come back to the Big Island.
