Entering 322 for the first time is a very special experience. The stunning view of the Pacific reaches across the apartment and stops you in your tracks even before you set foot in the living room. You know instantly that you are about to have a wonderful vacation. The lanai is just 45 yards from the water’s edge and offers stunning views of the ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You can watch whales in season (December to April) and rainbows and sunsets unparalleled throughout the year.
This is a very private condo. It is a top (3rd) floor end unit. There is no one above you and only one unit next to you separated by a thick block wall. There is a complete kitchen recently remodeled , with granite counters, bamboo cabinets, stainless appliances, all dishware, and cookware. The bathroom was remodeled in 10/15 as well with a walk-in shower, granite counter, and bamboo vanity. Parking and wireless Internet are provided free of charge. Kuleana is a boutique resort. It is not a Kaanapali high-rise, high-density type resort. You will never feel crowded. You will never have to wait for an elevator. You will never have to look up to see the sky. It is a very peaceful place. Low rise condos are surrounded in beauty, on 4 acres lush with tropical gardens.
Kuleana has its own SECRET – a pocket bay, a beautiful little cove situated within the gated grounds. It is a favorite feeding ground for green turtles.
We have a very large heated swimming pool suitable for lap swimming, a newly surfaced tennis court, putting green and a shuffleboard court. In the lanai-like lobby, you will find a ping-pong table, an honor library, an activity booking desk, and reception. There is an on-site coin laundry and free parking. A popular feature of the resort is the four BBQ grill area situated on the ocean’s edge. Watching the sunset over the sea and the lighting of the tiki torches, while grilling, is a memorable experience.
Conveniently located, Kuleana is just 2 miles from Kaanapali / Whalers Village and 6 miles from Lahaina. Both provide a wide variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities. If you don’t want to drive, there is a bus to take you to both for $2. Within walking distance of the resort, there are restaurants, cafes, a farmers market, a fish market (everything caught that day!) a supermarket, and even an ABC store. Kuleana is located between Kapalua and Kaanapali, which means there are four golf courses within three miles of the condo and another ten courses within a 40-minute drive.
The kitchen and bath were remodeled with new granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, stainless appliances new tile surrounds, and a walk-in shower with floating glass doors.
