The location in turtle Bay is excellent. Enjoyed the walking trails and local surf spots. The doors and walls could use a new coat of paint. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and glassware you would need. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean just a few things required updating. Enjoyed being on the ground floor, with a screen enclosed lanai and the opportunity to sit outside on the lawn. Area requires a car to sightsee. Loved the availability of beach chairs. Ritz hotel is very nice but pricey. Enjoyed their beach area.

This condo is the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore. While I would agree it could use some TLC it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. Easy walking distance to a couple small beaches. Kiley is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return.

Nice location, 15min walk to beach alongside golf course, surf high in January, easy access to beach at Ritz Carleton. Owner very pleasant and quick response to minor issue (entry instructions).-Condo in need of updating I.e. fresh paint job needed, especially bathroom, appliances are older (dishwasher rusty) ..pretty much have to drive to shopping and restaurants (except Lei Lei’s on the golf course)..Overall, would stay again, due to location and quiet surroundings.

I stayed at this property for 9 nights at the end of December 2024. I agree with several other reviews that some maintenance could be done to improve a few interior issues, but overall i found the property was perfect for my needs.The kitchen qas well stocked,and had all of the things i needed. The view from the lanai was very relaxing.The location might be the best thing about this property. Most of the activites and sights we wanted to see were within a 30 minute drive.Overall, we were very pleased and not only would we highly recommend this property, we would not consider staying elsewhere now! Excellent experience!

It was our first trip to Hawaii - so much fun! The condo was nice and quiet, clean and suited the purpose of giving us a landing spot after a full day of being out and about. The location was good, only a 15 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Weather was great too.

We had a lovely time at this home on the Turtle Bay Resort property. The location was perfect, very short walk to the beach and resort. The golf course is right outside the back door. The space was very clean and cozy.

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the Turtle Bay resort beaches! The community pool was close to the unit and not crowded. It was great to relax there after a day of hiking! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that the condo could use some TLC.

Great floor level unit with an AC unit in the bedroom, which is a good thing in the summer months. Decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable to me. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Over-all we were very pleased with the property and we love the area. However, a couple of items need to be addressed with respect to the property itself. One, the blinds in the bedroom were missing three panels and did not close completely making not as dark as we would have liked. This should be addressed soon. Two, the AC unit in the back of the unit needed a pan underneath in order to catch condensation from the cooling of the unit. It was full when we discovered it and had to empty three more times during our stay. Lastly the shower wand was difficult to adjust and we think needs to be replaced.

My fiancé and I had a lovely 4 days at this condo, communication with the owner was excellent and the condo was equipped with all necessities, even snorkels for beach days! Gates site felt secure and the bed was super confortable! Would stay there again!

We stayed three nights. The condo was better than advertised. The screened in porch with gorgeous glass patterned table and chairs and view of trees, grass, birds was so peaceful and pleasant. We at all our meals out there and enjoyed the evenings even the gentle rain... The furniture was so comfortable and the kitchen pots and pans of high quality with all the kitchen accessories blender, vitamix, toaster, microwave excellent stovetop and on and on. The bedroom was full of light and airy and awakening to bird songs was part of the feeling of being in paradise. First floor access made life easy and the gorgeous blue tiled pool was only steps away where we enjoyed late afternoon to early evening swims with comforting warm water. Kiley was extremely pleasant, accessible and helpful. We are so grateful to the owners whose love and care of their little bit of paradise was obvious whatever direction you turned in this very pleasant dwelling. Thank you . Thank you.

Everything was very nice. The condo had all the amenities you could need from a fully stocked kitchen to towels and linens. They even had snorkels and goggles for the pool or ocean along with chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks. Condo could use some updating, but it worked great for a us.

First time staying in the north shore. The location is walkable to the Turtle Bay Resort, for restaurants and bars and short drives to food trucks, beaches and grocery stores. The property has everything you need. Snorkeling and beach gear too! Would definitely stay again!

This condo was the perfect place to stay on Oahu! The walking trails, restaurants, and beach at Turtle Bay were all within walking distance and the community was very quiet and peaceful. This is a nice condo in a peaceful setting. The screened in lanai has a nice view of the pretty golf course.
The queen bed is very comfortable and the condo is clean. The floor tiles in the entry and living room will need to be replaced in the near future due to many cracks because they aren’t level anymore.
We did enjoy our stay here!

The North Shore of Oahu is pretty remote and I was happy to be associated with the Turtle Bay Resort. Unfortunately we weren’t. The description of the condo location was misleading. It was adjacent to the resort which allowed some activities such as hiking trails but you are not part of resort. We had rain, cloud cover and cool weather for 4.5 of our 7 days so we spent a lot of time in the condo. It was comfortable but kind of run down. Rust and open spots in walls.

We had so much fun staying in this condo at Turtle Bay! Loved the fact that it is a first floor unit and very private, even though the pool is right around the corner. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 snorkel sets that are included that came in very handy and saved us a lot of $$. We rented bikes and got to ride the golf course trails in the evening and in the morning....so much fun!

This place was well stocked, lived the lanai, communication with Kiley was fantastic, and the location was perfect! You could walk up to the main resort for some snorkeling, a tiki bar with music and watch the surfers! Would highly recommend !!

The condo is located in a complex with at least two other “neighborhoods” and each neighborhood has about 60 units, a pool and bbq area. This condo is located closest to the entrance of turtle bay but also the furthest from the beach. You can walk to the beach, it takes about 10-15 minutes but there are sidewalks. The condo itself has everything needed - beach chairs, beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen as well as laundry detergent and all of the pots / pans needed.
As other reviewers mentioned, the unit is outdated - paint peeling in the bathroom, floor tiles slightly uneven, screen doors don’t close all the way etc. There is a tv in the bedroom but it only plays dvds so we never used it.
The pool area is nice, it’s not heated, but there are plenty of chairs and tables around it. We didn’t use the bbq since we didn’t want to buy coals for the grill.
Turtle bay is about 10 minutes from a grocery store and plenty of food trucks. There is also a restaurant in turtle bay that currently does take out only.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and thankful for the beach items that were provided.

The beach, golf courses and Turtle Bay Resort are all nearby, within walking distance. Walk to the resort or take the short drive to Kahuku or Laie for restaurants. This was our first stay in Hawaii and it was perfect. The condo was nice, but needs some work. Refrigerator had some rust on outside and the tile floors were all cracking. Over all it was a very nice place.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to cook a full meal. There were also beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels and more. The layout is convenient and the bed was comfortable. We didn't need the air conditioning, but there were two of them. The lanai was a very pretty, peaceful and quiet place to sit and watch some beautiful birds. We rarely saw another person. The beach nearby is spectacular and we saw many whales. Turtle Bay Resort is also close by with beautiful views and great restaurants. Food trucks and shopping are nearby. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo. Within walking distance to beautiful paths and beaches all over Turtle Bay. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the North Shore beaches; snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, and sunblock. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. My husband and I spent the first part of our trip here and we had a great time! Shopping at North Shore was a short drive, there’s lots of beaches around here to see and the condo was clean and nice. It’s a gated community and it’s pretty quiet most of the time; the pool area can be used for parties and although they can’t reserve the pool to use privately they can reserve the barbecue at the pool and almost every night it was hard to use that area because someone was having a party. So just keep that in mind if you’re expecting relaxing pool time! The lanai is beautiful and peaceful. There’s a reserved parking space and it was easy to find. Definitely would stay here again!

This unit was slightly dated in some areas but from conversations with Kiley it sounds like there’s plans to update soon.
The kitchen was stocked to the max. The only complaint I’d have was there’s only 4 coffee mugs and the refrigerator, although it works great, is extremely rusty (just an eye sore in such a nice kitchen).
We like staying in the Turtle Bay Area and this unit is a close walk to this beach.
There’s chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and more for you to use which was a nice added bonus.
Kiley was quick to respond to all questions and I’d rent from here again.

This condo at Turtle Bay was perfect for us. The air conditioning works great. We turned it off during the day while we were gone and it cooled before bedtime. The kitchen is very well stocked. The swimming pool is very close. The beach is nice as well as the Turtle Bay Resort for dining or drinks. The pictures on VRBO don’t do the condo justice. Its better in person. Hope to stay here again one day.

This was our 1st trip to the north shore area and this condo was perfect for it. On the golf course, 2 doors down from the pool and a quiet beach a short walk away that you can catch the sunrise and

We just spent the last week here-we loved the North Shore-quieter-but still lots going on if you want to! The condo itself was good for us! It was simple but super clean, lots of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs, everything in the kitchen we needed, comfortable bed, and we loved having breakfast outside in the back (facing the golf course)! We found lots of great walks and plenty of beaches(drive down the East Coast about 15 min and you find more beautiful beaches). We explored much of the North Shore-enjoyed it so much!

Perfect home-base for family. The two futons were awesome for our boys 7 and 3. Close to everything you need and very comfortable. Owners were very communicative. Loved having beach stuff and snorkel gear. Pool was a great size and we loved the night swimming. Worth planning to spend an entire day at Turtle Bay cove. Definitely hope to return!

We loved our stay at the end of May. This is a great spot to explore the North Shore and Windward side of Oahu and a HUGE value compared to the cost of the resort. We had a small issue getting into the gate when we arrived (turns out this was because the gate & fob system had recently been changed ) but the owners were very responsive and we quickly got in. No issues after that. The condo was spacious and was well equipped. We felt at home the entire week and often commented to ourselves how nice it was to have a place that was similar in size and layout to our house instead of being cramped into a hotel room. The washer/dryer was a life saver and great to wash towels and bathing suits etc. Lots of towels incl beach towels & laundry soap in the condo which we really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. I have degenerative disc issues and vacations are always iffy for me – the bed makes or breaks my days and determines whether I need pain meds. This bed was the bomb! :-) No meds and only North Shore fun. The pool is just a few steps away, which was great to cool off at night after the beach. Grocery stores and the beaches are short drives from the condo and they have beach chairs and snorkel gear there for you. Grab & go, so easy! Literally the one and only thing we hoped they had was boogie boards and a swiffer or a vaccum so we could do a better job cleaning up after us (if there was a vac , we didn’t find it :-) ). Don’t forget to try the food trucks in Shark’s cove and Kahuku (Giovanni’s shrimp!). You will not regret staying here!

First of all, it was easy to book and the communication was just as quick and easy.
It felt very comfortable and homey. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, and the double futons were an added bonus. It was great having an AC in the bedroom as well as an additional AC in the living area. We absolutely loved the pool area as well
There is no doubt we will book here again for our next visit

A nicely decorated and furnished condo in pleasant and secure Turtle Bay resort. Well equipped new kitchen and comfy bed. Great spot for exploring from Laie to Hanalei. Really enjoyed the beaches at Malaekahana State Recreation Area for swimming and body surfing. Nice dinner at LeiLei's at the resort. Don't leave without trying some truck food.

If you are looking for high end fancy accommodations this is probably not what you are looking for. If you are looking for a nice place located in the center of all there is to offer in the North and East coast areas this is a great choice. It is ready for a small family or just a couple looking to get away. There are two very nice beaches right near the property, or you can drive to one of the many beaches located within 10-20 minutes drive. There ae many local food trucks or you can shop at the local grocery store just a few miles down the road. We found this area to be the least congested and most relaxing in our entire stay in Hawaii.

Perfect spot! Very quiet and comfortable here. We appreciated all the supplies that were at the condo. We did not have to go out to buy laundry detergent or dishwashing soap. There were more than enough dishes, pots and pans cutting boards cooking oil and spices. The golf course was out the back door. The North Shore beaches were a close drive. The owner responded right away to our questions and was very helpful. This was a first floor unit which made it easy to transfer our luggage and groceries. Everything was very clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels. Thank you Kiley!
