We enjoyed the location and amenities provided at the condo. The pool was nice, and we appreciated the towels, beach chairs, and snorkel gear provided. Also, nice big TV! The place could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was the perfect place to stay on Oahu! The walking trails, restaurants, and beach at Turtle Bay were all within walking distance and the community was very quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed how close we were to the restaurants and sightseeing locations on the North Shore. The host was amazing and super quick to answer any questions we had! Would stay here again for sure!

This is a nice condo in a peaceful setting. The screened in lanai has a nice view of the pretty golf course.
The queen bed is very comfortable and the condo is clean. The floor tiles in the entry and living room will need to be replaced in the near future due to many cracks because they aren’t level anymore.
We did enjoy our stay here!

The North Shore of Oahu is pretty remote and I was happy to be associated with the Turtle Bay Resort. Unfortunately we weren’t. The description of the condo location was misleading. It was adjacent to the resort which allowed some activities such as hiking trails but you are not part of resort. We had rain, cloud cover and cool weather for 4.5 of our 7 days so we spent a lot of time in the condo. It was comfortable but kind of run down. Rust and open spots in walls.

For 6 days, the family above us were playing ball, stomping around from morning until night, the noise was very excruciating, did not get any relaxing time unless we left the condo. Property was great but must not let families stay on second floor, very very noisy to the renters below!

Our stay was excellent. The condo was super clean with every convenience to think of. The lanai was relaxing. Just a short walk away from all the luxuries of turtle bay resort with beaches and trails. The host responded quickly to our inquiries.

We had so much fun staying in this condo at Turtle Bay! Loved the fact that it is a first floor unit and very private, even though the pool is right around the corner. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 snorkel sets that are included that came in very handy and saved us a lot of $$. We rented bikes and got to ride the golf course trails in the evening and in the morning....so much fun!

This place was well stocked, lived the lanai, communication with Kiley was fantastic, and the location was perfect! You could walk up to the main resort for some snorkeling, a tiki bar with music and watch the surfers! Would highly recommend !!

The condo is located in a complex with at least two other “neighborhoods” and each neighborhood has about 60 units, a pool and bbq area. This condo is located closest to the entrance of turtle bay but also the furthest from the beach. You can walk to the beach, it takes about 10-15 minutes but there are sidewalks. The condo itself has everything needed - beach chairs, beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen as well as laundry detergent and all of the pots / pans needed.
As other reviewers mentioned, the unit is outdated - paint peeling in the bathroom, floor tiles slightly uneven, screen doors don’t close all the way etc. There is a tv in the bedroom but it only plays dvds so we never used it.
The pool area is nice, it’s not heated, but there are plenty of chairs and tables around it. We didn’t use the bbq since we didn’t want to buy coals for the grill.
Turtle bay is about 10 minutes from a grocery store and plenty of food trucks. There is also a restaurant in turtle bay that currently does take out only.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and thankful for the beach items that were provided.

We enjoyed this well-stocked condo and the amenities available in the area. Having access to the pool nearby was great. The beach, golf courses and Turtle Bay Resort are all nearby, within walking distance. Walk to the resort or take the short drive to Kahuku or Laie for restaurants. Kiley was an excellent host with prompt responses to our messages and friendly service.

Overall property was as expected. Clean, convenient and affordable. Dishwasher and refrigerator have seen better days. Both could use a good upgrade. I would stay their again. Great experience and beach umbrella and chairs were an unexpected but wonderful perk!

This was our first stay in Hawaii and it was perfect. The condo was nice, but needs some work. Refrigerator had some rust on outside and the tile floors were all cracking. Over all it was a very nice place.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to cook a full meal. There were also beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels and more. The layout is convenient and the bed was comfortable. We didn't need the air conditioning, but there were two of them. The lanai was a very pretty, peaceful and quiet place to sit and watch some beautiful birds. We rarely saw another person. The beach nearby is spectacular and we saw many whales. Turtle Bay Resort is also close by with beautiful views and great restaurants. Food trucks and shopping are nearby. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo. Within walking distance to beautiful paths and beaches all over Turtle Bay. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the North Shore beaches; snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, and sunblock. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. I love that this place gets you away from the crowds.

My husband and I spent the first part of our trip here and we had a great time! Shopping at North Shore was a short drive, there’s lots of beaches around here to see and the condo was clean and nice. It’s a gated community and it’s pretty quiet most of the time; the pool area can be used for parties and although they can’t reserve the pool to use privately they can reserve the barbecue at the pool and almost every night it was hard to use that area because someone was having a party. So just keep that in mind if you’re expecting relaxing pool time! The lanai is beautiful and peaceful. There’s a reserved parking space and it was easy to find. Definitely would stay here again!

This unit was slightly dated in some areas but from conversations with Kiley it sounds like there’s plans to update soon.
The kitchen was stocked to the max. The only complaint I’d have was there’s only 4 coffee mugs and the refrigerator, although it works great, is extremely rusty (just an eye sore in such a nice kitchen).
We like staying in the Turtle Bay Area and this unit is a close walk to this beach.
There’s chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and more for you to use which was a nice added bonus.
Kiley was quick to respond to all questions and I’d rent from here again.

This condo at Turtle Bay was perfect for us. The air conditioning works great. We turned it off during the day while we were gone and it cooled before bedtime. The kitchen is very well stocked. The swimming pool is very close. The beach is nice as well as the Turtle Bay Resort for dining or drinks. The pictures on VRBO don’t do the condo justice. Its better in person. Hope to stay here again one day.

This was our 1st trip to the north shore area and this condo was perfect for it. On the golf course, 2 doors down from the pool and a quiet beach a short walk away that you can catch the sunrise and
sunset from. Crowded beaches, hiking trails, the PCC and groceries are fairly close. The condo is well appointed and Kiley was quick to reply to my questions. Thanks Kiley!
