We would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing vacation.
The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants & shopping. The pools & bbq areas in the complex are gorgeous. The condo is so quiet, clean, comfortable and incredibly well-stocked. We appreciated all of the extras - kitchen supplies, cooler bags, beach chairs, etc.

My best friend and I stayed in Brad’s condo for 5 nights on the big island. It was a perfect spot - we adventured up and down the west coast from there. The kitchen and house is set up for smooth sailing. No complaints! Would definitely return.

Brad's property has a perfect location at the edge of a small, gated community, withing reasonable walking distance of the Kings Shops, with their multitude of upscale shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Several beaches are also within walking distance or a short drive or bike ride. We enjoyed the variety of options available without even using the car.
The two-bedroom condo was very well equipped in all respects, and it was a delight to work in the kitchen with a view of the golf course and Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa mountains in the background. As our lucky timing would have it, we could see the recent Mauna Loa eruption from our second-floor bedroom balcony. Talk about "added value for the money"!
We also enjoyed the common pool and hot tub only a two-minute walk from the condo. It was never crowded and there were also several gas grills available for guest use.
Brad's instructions for the various gate and property access codes as well as instructions for the features in the condo were spot-on and helped us feel "at home" right away.
We are certainly looking forward to returning to this property on our next visit to the Big Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The owner has stocked it with everything you could possibly need. Location is perfect and after long days of exploring the island, it was nice to come back "home". Close to restaurants, shops and fantastic beaches, this condo is truly a paradise retreat. The size was perfect for our family of 4, the kids loved the room downstairs and we loved the lanai off the master bedroom. Owner communicated in a timely manner and provided excellent tips for our stay on the Big Island. This was so helpful being this was our first trip to Hawaii. We plan to return in the future. Mahalo!

What a perfect space to relax and become a home base for adventure on the Big Island. The outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee and long evening visits with drinks. The kitchen is well stocked. An easy drive to A Bay for sunsets and turtle watching. We totally recommend this home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay in the hosts’ second home, which was very comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. As we love to cook and eat the islands’ fresh fish and produce, we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The location and beach gear were perfect for many local beach adventures on the North Kohala coast. Owners were very responsive and thoughtful. We would be happy to return in the future.

The condo far exceeded our expectations; the size; the beautiful decor, amenities available, view, closeness to shops, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, and Starbucks :), There were two minor issues (coffee maker & washing machine) that we contacted Brad about. He took immediate action to resolve both. We were totally pleased with our experience in this beautiful condo! :)

We stayed for 3 weeks in this condo. It is in an excellent location. It is close to shopping centers and restaurants - Queens Market, the Kings Shops, Waikoloa Village, and the Mauna Lani market and shops. There are clear views from the condo of Mauna Kea, and the nearby golf course. Within this gated complex, the condo is close to the tennis court and the community center and pool.
The areas around are beautiful, lush and well maintained so there are many areas to walk, cycle or drive.
The condo itself is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The information provided in advance of arrival was detailed and helpful. Brad responded quickly to inquiries.

Brad provided a very nice place for us to stay. I appreciated the very detailed instructions on how to make the most out of our stay. My favorite part was that he had bikes in almost every size, so we could cruise around! The air conditioning was broken for he first few days of my stay, but once I contacted Brad he had service out right away and it was fixed the next day. My only real complaint was that beds in the 'guest' bedroom were pretty uncomfortable. I gave my mother the master bedroom and she had no complaints, however my sister and I did not enjoy sleeping on the twin beds downstairs. The sheets were scratchy and the beds were worn out and squeaky. I found that sleeping on the couch with a blanket was more comfortable. Not a problem if you only plan on using the master bedroom.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Brad's instructions were super detailed and clear - I wish all hosts were this organized and thoughtful. He really made our vacation stress-free. We especially appreciated the garage full of outdoor toys (and a clothesline). The villas are quiet and really nicely maintained. The pool area is especially nice. The location was very convenient to food, shops and nice beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this townhome! It was a perfect location...close to the beach, shopping, and not too far from Kona. The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, and totally comfortable for 2 adults, and 2 teens. It was extremely clean, and they even left us a well-stocked "welcome" basket! That was a very nice touch! The property was also beautiful: 2 very nice pools, tennis courts, gated community, and right on the King's Trail! The community property was very well maintained, and manicured. It was truly like staying in our home, which made it very comfortable for us. We had a fantastic time during our stay and would definitely stay again, and will refer the property to anyone we know that is planning on visiting the Big Island. Thank you for sharing your second home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed the big island and our stay at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Brad's place was perfectly located, close and convenient to shopping, beaches and nearby resorts on the Kona Coast. It was great to have all the little things you need so that you don't have to rent them (beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc...) not to mention things like sugar and spices that you end up throwing away or bringing home. The complex was quiet and clean. The pool and tennis court is very close as well. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to the big island.

Brad’s property is wonderful! So many amenities to fit so many needs.
We used the boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel flippers. Rode bikes to the shore to see the sunset, which was beautiful. We used the ninja cooker one day when were out all day and came home to yummy gumbo! So we took advantage of all the great stuff Brad had to offer!
Waikoloa village is a great place to stay if you want more of a quiet atmosphere. It’s an easy drive to Kona which is about 30 minutes away.
Also getting to Hilo from the townhouse is easy also.
I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again.

Just back from 10 days in this great house. We had the best time! Such a lovely property and area, we almost had the pool to ourselves as well. We have rented a lot of houses/villas in the past, this was by far the best equipped ever. Everything we could ask for in the kitchen, washer/dryer and not at least the bikes. We biked several times a day, enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thanks for renting us this beautily property, we would love to come back. Mahalo!

This was a great condo, we absolutely loved it. Kitchen/fridge is really well stocked, garage has great and included beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, boogie boards, bikes, snorkel, golf clubs, etc. Pool and hot tub are both nice. Book it, you won't regret it!

This town house is wonderfully comfortable. It is in a great location for traveling the island to see the sites. Brad is a wonderful host providing all the information you need on the rental. There are bikes and beach toys if needed. Grocery stores and two outdoor malls means everything is close when needed. You can walk or jog the area very safely. The Kings trail is right next to the property which is fun. The town house is comfortable and clean and nice to be able to make meals and wash clothes when needed. Means you can pack lighter if that’s ever possible!! We highly recommend Brads place and thank him for sharing his piece of paradise!

This was our third and final accommodations on Hawaii - what a great way to end our trip! We drove over from Hilo and contacted Brad to clarify a few things. He was super friendly and helpful on the phone answering our questions.
The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is spacious and clean, there were mac nuts, Kona coffee, and info waiting upon our arrival, and the property was quiet and beautiful. The top floor master bedroom looks out onto grass and lava. The pool is lovely - really nice lava rocks around it. We rode the bikes one day and explored two beaches in particular that we loved that were extremely safe for kids when we visited: Hapuna and Kula Bay, which are 10-15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked - it had just about everything! We appreciated all the dishes and the dishwasher and only had to run the dishwasher upon our departure. Who wants to spend their vacation doing dishes after every meal? Not me! We would definitely come back and recommend it highly if you'd like a peaceful place to hang out that is close to lovely beaches.

We just spent an amazing 13 days at this unit. It was centrally located to all of the day trips you would like to do on the island. Everything you needed was provided, bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, to spices and condiments in the fridge.
Totally felt like your home away from home. Pools where lovely (complex has 2), close to the tennis courts.
I would highly recommend this for a family or group of up to 4.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo is fully stocked witj beach supplies, bikes, coolers, water, full kitchen, bathroom items from needed, sunscreen, great washer and dryer and all supplies needed. It was a home away from home. It is a short distance for a few restaurants, ABC for grocery, and shopping. It is also 1 to 2 hours from a few other fun activities. I would recommend to anyone visiting!

Property was just as described. Maintenance came on our first day to repair the door on the laundry room that was reported to them by the cleaning crew. Obviously, this unit is taken care of by the owner and all the support staff he has in place. We have never stayed in a VRBO unit with so many extras. The garage is filled with any toy or beach item you would need. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are loaded with everything from spices to band aids, sunscreen etc... This truly is a home away from home.
The condo location is perfectly located within the resort and very quiet. Directly across from the tennis court and very close to one of the pools. Very safe for morning runs or walks throughout Waikoloa Beach Resort. Thank you so much for making this condo more than just a condo but a great place to come back home to after a day at the beach or exploring.

This condo was enthusiastically recommended by friends, and we now understand why. First is the location; Waikoloa gives one great access to the Big Island. The condo sits on the edge of lava beds facing Mauna Kea, which made for glowing sunrises. It is located next to the tennis court and very near one of the two swimming pools. But still it is extremely quiet and private.
The condo is spacious, with two bedrooms and a pullout bed in the main living area. It is extremely well appointed with everything our family needed to take care of cooking, washing, sleeping, and especially playing, (snorkel gear, bikes, umbrellas, beach mats). Brad is the perfect host, sending detailed instructions before the trip, and being accessible for questions that may arise during your stay.
In the immediate Waikola area, there are beaches, shops and restaurants to take care of the needs of those who just want to stay in the immediate area. Note: the sunsets at "A" Bay are among the most glorious on the island. However, even within an hour's drive you will find many amazing places to visit.
We hope to return soon to the Big Island, and to stay here again in the future.

The condo was perfect for us! The unit is spacious, beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed evening swims in the pool under the stars. So relaxing. Our daughter was married at the beach in front of the Marriott so the location of the condo was perfect. Brad is very organized and I was impressed with his attention to detail in making our stay enjoyable. He sent us an instruction booklet by email before our trip that we lovingly referred to as "The Hawaii Manual". Even included personal reviews on restaurants in the area. Can I just mention that the washing machine and vacuum cleaner were top of the line? Being a mother and cleaning on vacation isn't really on the itinerary - but if you have to, it might as well be enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental to families with teenagers. Ours are in particular are moody - and it was so memorable to hear them laugh and see them smile again. Will rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

This was our first VRBO rental. I chose this property because of the excellent reviews and because of all the amenities listed that came with the condo. The kitchen utensils were amazing.Our trips to the beach where fantastic because Brad provided beach chairs, umbrellas,mats,cooler bags,snorkels,fins etc. We also made use of the bicycles. This is a great central location. We will be back again.

This was our first time using a VBRO property and we were amazed at how much more relaxing our stay was. The condo was every thing as stated in the listing. Neat, clean and comfortable. Very great location close to ever thing you would need. Beaches are close, getting to other areas of the Island is easy from this spot. If you like to cook, the kitchen is great. Brad is very responsive to any questions, always answered emails or calls in very timely manner. When we go back to the big Island this is where we will stay again.
