January 2021 Update: We are excited to announce that our guests have the privilege to access the Ko'Olina Club Lounge at Honolulu Airport when arriving or when departing. The lounge can be accessed as a walk in or with a reservation for a maximum of two hours due to reduced capacity mandated by the City of Honolulu. Lounge is located on the 1st floor on Terminal 2, close to domestic and international departures.

NOTE: 1) Please note the Ko Olina Beach Villas will be undergoing a major painting project of both the Beach Tower and Ocean Tower starting January 10, 2022 and tentatively ending at the end of February 2023. The painting project will include building cleaning, repairs, painting, caulking, sealing and window remediation of the exterior of both the Beach Tower and Ocean Tower. During the painting project, there may be disturbances such as construction noise, visual impact and pool closures. General hours of construction are scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM and are subject to change at any time.
2) Please note the Ko Olina Resort is undergoing a significant expansion. There will be construction of new hotels on the two parcels of land immediately adjacent to the Ko Olina Beach Villas at some point in the future. There may be periodic construction noise M-F from 7:30AM-5PM. Both access to the Ko Olina lagoons and beach will not be affected. As of April 2022, the start date for construction has not been announced. However, construction may start at anytime.

Our villa is one of the premier villas in the resort, and is your best choice. Here's why:
1. Largest floor plan of all the villas at Ko Olina.
2. 3 full bedrooms. The majority of other villas are smaller 2 bedroom units.
3. Located in the Beach Tower, the closest building to the ocean.
4. Located on the sunset side of the building (no pool noise). This is the quiet side of the building, with amazing sunset views.
5. Great ocean views. Our villa is located above the trees and provides amazing ocean views that are not available from lower and ground floor units.
6. Exquisitely furnished with interior design by acclaimed Los Angeles based Bassman Blaine Home Furnishings, unlike many of the other units which are furnished with a standard basic developer furniture package.
Our Ko Olina Beach Villa is an luxurious 3 bedroom / 3 full baths villa located in the prestigious Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Our unit has a sixth floor location with 1,693 square feet including a covered lanai. The entire villa has been completely furnished with brand new furniture, paint, accessories, and bedding by acclaimed Los Angeles based Bassman Blaine Home Furnishings. The villa features contemporary luxury furnishings with a beach style theme. The comfortable living room offers a 60 in flat panel TV with Blu-ray DVD, ceiling fan, and large sliding doors opening to a spacious lanai with ocean views. The dining room has a formal table with seating for six, with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi and includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
Our Ko Olina Villa has a wonderfully decorated master suite with king bed and full bathroom (dual vanities) with a walk-in closet with custom built-in shelving. The master bedroom opens up to the lanai, and offers views of the Pacific Ocean (upper floor villas provide ocean views that are not available on lower floors).
The second bedroom suite has two twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Our Villa features extensive use of travertine floors throughout. Four LCD flat panel TVs are located in the living room, and in each of the three bedrooms. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa at no charge. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms. An indoor laundry room is located within the unit with a washer and dryer. Dual control air-conditioning creates a comfortable environment. The lanai has two sofas and two large chairs to relax in while gazing at the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Card key access is required for the elevators to the villa provides added security.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas are located in Ko Olina between the Disney Aulani Resort and the Marriott Beach Club Resort. The Ko Olina Beach Villas are located on the second of four lagoons (the Honu Lagoon) of the Ko Olina resort. A mile and a half seaside pathway connects the four sandy beach lagoons.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort comprised of 247 luxury private residences set on the world famous Ko Olina lagoons and the Pacific Ocean. Recently constructed in 2008, this gated vacation resort has 24 hour security personnel, and a front desk staffed 24/7. The resort grounds are a virtual botanical garden with tropical plants, fragrant flowers, and koi ponds. There are two swimming pools one designated as a quiet pool and the other for families, including a sand bottom wading pool. There are three outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas and a poolside fitness center with locker rooms and showers. A beach bar is open daily for refreshments and snacks poolside. Grocery service is available to stock your refrigerator with your desired foods and drinks prior to your arrival.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas is located within the Ko Olina Resort, a 642 acre master planned community which is well known among discerning travelers for its sunny climate, multiple ocean activities, and 4 famous lagoons. Ko Olina has amazing ocean to mountain views.
The resort boasts a championship level 18 hole Golf Course, which ranks among Hawaii's finest courses. The course features multi-tiered greens and cascading waterfalls, and is located right within the Ko Olina resort. The course has been named as one of Play Golf America's Top 100 Performers by the PGA of America. The Ko Olina Golf Club is also home to the Ko Olina Golf Academy, which offers personalized instruction, and the Ko Olina Golf Shop.
The Ko Olina Marina offers a variety of activities, including snorkel and dolphin tours, catamaran sailing adventures, sunset cruises, and whale watching (winter months). These events can be booked at the Ko Olina Marine Shop.
There are three spas located within the Ko Olina Resort, all within walking distances of the Ko Olina Beach Villas, including 2 luxurious spas and one more casual spa. The Four Seasons Spa is at 35,000 square foot spa located in the Four Seasons Ko Olina Resort, and the Aulani Spa is an 18,000 square foot spa located at the Aulani Resort. Both the Four Seasons and Aulani Spas offer a variety of treatments, facials, and massages. The third spa, called the Spa by the Sea, is located at the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club, and offers a variety of casual outdoor treatments in cabanas.

We had an amazing trip for our parents 50th anniversary! The villa was spacious and clean, and the view from the lanai was perfect. Jen with Grand Welcome was so helpful throughout our trip. The beach towels and chairs were so helpful. We made our way around the island, but were so happy to come back to the villa for a dip in the lagoon and drinks on the lanai.

The family and I checked in on 6/22 and left of 7/1. This property was amazing and met every need we had. The beach lagoon was amazing with calm waters clear water and amazing guests also staying on the property. My 9-year-old daughter met so many new friends she will have memories to last a lifetime. The property itself was fully stocked with all kitchen amenities you could ask for and comfortable beds in all the rooms. The property was in pristine location close to some great restaurants with short drives to Grocery stores and Costco 10 minutes away. Adventures and tours were also close to schedule. Your had your pick of ATV rides, sunset cruises, Luao's,etc. We made several drives into Honolulu for additional excursions which were also amazing as well. If you get a chance to book the Ko' Olina I would book it ASAP it is an amazing property.

The condo itself is great! It is very well stocked and very clean! The patio is lovely and the doors open wide to bring the outside in! Viewed a few rainbows out over the ocean! Only would suggest new pans as they take forever to heat up on the stove. I wish the property itself had a restaurant instead of just a bar. The owner was very attentive and addressed our concerns very quickly (minor).

We spent 10 nights over Christmas break with our family of 6. Perfect experience all around. The condo was beautiful and as described. All communication was quick and easy. The area of Ko Olina was so well kept, like out of a magazine. We ate out a few times at The Monkey Pod and the Disney Resort. One of my favourite things was the beach cove at our condo. Beautiful sand and calm safe waters! Definitely recommend to stay here…hope we get back again someday ❤️

This property is gorgeous! It was a perfect setup for 5 adults- plenty of room! The sunsets are absolutely amazing! Beds were super comfortable, plenty of bedding/pillows. Only drawback was there were no cleaning supplies so it was difficult to cleanup thoroughly after cooking.. we would definitely come back!!!!

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Villas. It is by far the best way to spend time at the Ko Olina lagoons. It is on the least busy lagoon and was a perfect home base for our family of 5. We enjoyed exploring the island and then coming back to a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets every day. Snorkeling was great! We swam with turtles and enjoyed all the colorful fish. We are just wrapping up our week in Helen's villa in Beach Tower. Love the location - we strongly recommend this side of the front building with a north facing lanai. Many of the other lanais had full sun all day, which would be useless for us. We had a great ocean view, saw several whales and sunsets, but enjoyed a breezy shade that couldn't be beat. The layout itself was similar to other 3 bedroom units. We had nice furnishings and the unit was well-stocked with beach chairs, good beach towels, inflatable toys, and snorkeling equipment. I saw a lot of baby gear in one closet. My one drawback was the primary (king) bed. It was pretty soft and may be a problem for people who need a firmer mattress.
The owner has impeccable communication. Her on-site agent Lynn has been here since the buildings were built and is very knowledgeable. We arrived at the beginning of a building refresh and expected some inconveniences but we hardly noticed a thing. Very little noise if any, and very few amenities were affected during our stay. We were very pleased. Thank you Helen!

We were looking for a spacious rental in a location that provided a few resort amenities, but without the chaos of an actual resort, and this rental worked out perfectly. Check in was seamless, the unit was spotless, and the space was exactly what we needed for our family of four. The elevators are fast, the staff is extremely competent and covered parking is a huge luxury,
Everything you could possibly need - beach chairs and towels, sand toys, snorkels - is provided and it is all well maintained. We received a mid-stay cleaning that was scheduled at our convenience, and it was incredibly thorough and much appreciated.
The pool demographic was mostly families and everyone was always respectful. The way that the pools and hot tubs are designed means that nothing ever seems crowded or chaotic and everyone has plenty of space.
The location of the property itself is incredibly convenient in that it is an easy drive to the busier areas of Honolulu and Waikiki, but then you're able to return to a beautiful, relaxing setting and the lagoons. If you are looking to play tennis, the courts at The Four Seasons (a short stroll up the walking path) are located on the top of the parking garage and open to the public for $40/hr. If you're looking to golf, the Ko'olina Golf Club across the street has a beautiful course available with great rates and service that goes above and beyond.
Water pressure is great, the furniture and beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are well lit and none of the window blinds were broken. For those that travel even a small amount, you know that these items can absolutely wreck a stay.

We spent a great 8 days in Ko Olina in this condo. The space was great for 6 adults and having 3 full bathrooms is a big bonus.
The unit location is pretty good although not the closest to the beach. Views were still beautiful and the lanai is in a more quiet and peaceful side of the building looking over the lagoon beach and towards Disney.
The outdoor furniture had some stains and needs a refresh, but the owner was very responsive and I do believe that will be fixed for future renters.
The property is in an amazing spot as many have noted. The only thing we missed was better food options at lunch because we ate out nearby at dinner. It wasn’t until the end that we saw how many great options the market nearby has for grab and go sandwiches and food. Grills are also nice on site. The bartenders were friendly and casual. But we spent most of our time on the beach because it was so clean, calm, not busy and the water was perfect.
We would go back to Ko Olina 100% and would be happy to stay in this unit again if we need 3 bedrooms.

This unit was perfection during our stay. We absolutely enjoyed the lanai and the pocket doors allowing our family to visit with the most amazing views every day. We loved the location with the short walk to the beach but also the right floor height to be able to have the beautiful sunset views as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the furnishings were gorgeous. Everyone in our group was comfortable and we all had our own space. We found the little extras to be super helpful with a packnplay, high chair, and all of the many beach chairs/toys for guest use. This unit is even better than shown in the pictures and we are already looking forward to booking this unit again in the future.
