It’s that time to say…A Hui Ho to my island Maui. My family enjoyed our time here. The unit provided everything we could ask for….clean, good location, amenities such as a pool, bbq area, beach right across the street where you could see many turtles.
I’m very impressed with Kevin our host as he made sure the unit was ready to go. Kevin provided that local aloha vibe and checked in on us periodically to see how we were doing or if we had any questions at all. I loved that.
My family and I were able to have dinner on the balcony and take in the smells tropical flowers and the fresh ocean smell. My son truly enjoyed the pool time, too. It was perfect for the three of us as my wife and I slept in the bedroom while my son slept on the pull out futon. Kevin also provided a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards that we definitely took advantage of.
Thank you Kevin for letting us stay in this beautiful condo and for providing your warm aloha. We will definitely stay here again — no doubt about it!…until then Maui… Aloha!!

We just returned from our 8 night stay at this property. I’ve stayed in many properties through VRBO and this was by far one of cleanest most organized ones ever! The area was convenient to everything Maui has to offer, and with a great beach right across the street! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and always a nice way to wind down after a long day exploring. Kevin is a great host, communication was excellent. He reached out the day we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to stay here, I would definitely stay again!

From the point of booking, everything went smoothly with our stay. Kevin was always prompt in responding to our questions. We contacted him after the fire to make sure it would still be appropriate for us to come. He alleviated our concerns and encouraged us to still come as tourism is so important to the island. The check-in information was clear and easy to follow. The condo was perfectly furnished and well stocked. We loved the location being directly across the road from the beach. The road is a main road north and south along Kihei and the beach but the condo sits far enough back that you never hear any traffic. The pool is right at the bottom of the steps. We used the pool and hot tub every day. It was never too busy or too loud. We loved the eclectic vibe of Kihei. There are tons of restaurants and shops and something for everyone. Kevin provided us with a list of recommendations for where to eat and things to do, which was very helpful. He also let us know where to find sea turtles (Kalepolepo beach across the street!) My only regret with our stay is that we didn't plan to stay longer.

When we arrived, the TV was not working properly (no YouTube, etc.) In all of our communication, Kevin, the owner, seemed helpful and responsive. All of his messages ended with "If you need something during your stay, please let me know, I live 5 min. away." So, with this in mind I tried to contact Kevin. A once responsive owner, was now silent. After messaging, and calling several time, Kevin finally called back.
Now, the carefree, helpful, mahalo facade revealed a very rude individual. After an unnecessarily long conversation about the TV problems, where I was lectured for watching TV in Maui (Hey, its my vacation, and I'll do what I want), he reluctantly came over to fix the problem.
While Kevin was working with the TV, my wife was in the kitchen making dinner. She had been noticing how dirty the condo was. She had already swept the sandy floors. While preparing dinner she noted that most of the dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before use. This level of dirtiness is with a VERY EXPENSIVE cleaning fee!!!
I'm okay with paying a cleaning fee, so long as the VRBO is clean. Why are we paying a cleaning fee, if we have to sweep the floor upon arrival, clean all of the dishes before use, and then take out the garbage and wash all of the linen before checking out? What are we actually paying for? NOTHING!
Upon mentioning this to Kevin, he became very angry, yelled at us to get out of his condo. He said we had 5 minutes to pack and kicked us out!

We spent one night in this location on our short stay on Maui. It is conveniently located close to the airport and to the start of the Road to Hana, which is why we were on Maui to begin with. The beach and restaurants are also close by. The condo was clean, furnished with everything a family would need for a day at the beach, and the check in process was flawless. It was absolutely perfect in every way.We all enjoyed every second of being there. Kevin is so prepared he had thought of everything. Down to details of things wed need and didnt even think of. My only regret is we didnt leave more to pass on. We tried to leave some helpful things to add like a skate board my kid bought off a guy lol, for the skate park, and our younger son left really cool water shoes we bought while there, to hopefully help out a future guest and 2 long handled shovels which were perfect for the beach! Kevin called me b4 we even left and calmed my fears about sharks.. i never met the guy but he was just awesome and we are soo very appreciative for having such a beautiful place to stay at. Our 1st trip there we were at the worldmark 🙄 do yourself a favor and stay at kevins condo instead!
So thank you Kevin! And your of course we right lol it is incredibly easy to find once you find! And def easier when its not dark outside lol we had a blast going just across the street@! Turtle cove! Wow wow wow hands down quietest and most peaceful spot. I barely even saw anyone except in passing in the parking lot. I loved all the detailed instructions so my kids HAD to abide and not give mom any smack lol like the trash out and laminated codes chart! Genius. it was just perfect for us in every way. Kevin was an amazing host! The property was GORGEOUS and lovely! The bathroom was great, balcony for sunset was wonderful, pool and hot tub about 10 steps away. Kihei was also the best spot to stay in terms of location between things to do and an adorable town. Stop scrolling and book this place!
Ps. Absolutely go rowing with Kihei rowing club, and walk across the street from the property for the best sunset view and to see turtles playing in the morning!!

We had a great week in this unit. Even before we arrived, the owner was involved and responsive sending us a list of his favorite things to do in the area. We were also fortunate enough to be allowed to check in a few hours early, which was convenient following an early morning flight.
The unit was clean and has obviously been updated. The kitchen has most of the comforts of home and there were many “pay it forward” offerings. The property is fairly quiet and the grounds were well maintained. This unit was centrally located which made it convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Bottom line: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay here again.

From start to finish the condo was perfect for our trip to Maui: the location is fantastic, the ease of checking in, the communication with Kevin, parking, and the ample “supplies” in the condo….the beds were very comfortable and we loved the spaciousness of the condo. This place is immaculate, furnishings and color tones are welcoming and relaxing. Very clean and shows that it is maintained. Lanai has the perfect love seat AND bar table for relaxing outside. Biggest disappointment is that we didn't spend much time there! Multi-port power station was extremely useful. Outdoor showers are well-placed to come back from either the pool or beach. Beach and day trip supplies were perfect. Big walk-in closet. There are plenty of extras of everything/anything that might be needed. Kalepolepo fish pond across the street provides easy and numerous turtle sightings. We did all of our eating out, but if you eat in, the pay it forward stock provides all the extras you need. Keyless lockbox is the way to go. Do yourself a favor and drive all the way back to park close to the unit. Communication, instruction, and recommendations on the island provided well in advance.

We loved this second story, end unit condo with a lanai balcony that overlooked the pool and hottub. The host thought of everything! Plush towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, swim noodles and a unique practice of "paying it forward" by using and adding food items such as condiments, seasonings, drinks, coffee, oatmeal, energy bars, etc. etc. as a convenience for the guests. The host, Kevin, is very responsive to any questions you have before or during your stay...like your personal concierge. He provided a list of activities and restaurant recommendations which was very helpful. We began on vacation at the pricey Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa and this is also a great place to stay, and affordable, on Maui! We absolutely loved it!

My husband and I had an excellent stay here on our honeymoon! Everything is clean and well equipped. The apartment has easy access to beaches with everything you could want of a cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and beach towels. It is close by to a number of restaurants and the free parking is convenient. We saw the pool and hot tub are cleaned daily. It was well stocked with high quality pots and pans and any utensil you could imagine. Included is a washer and dryer, which was much appreciated. The pool is right there and the beach is steps away. They had me at CLEAN! They sure delivered! I'm a bit OCD and this unit was one I felt very comfortable in. When we arrived we were welcomed with a cool unit which was SO wonderful from being out in the afternoon heat. That was such a thoughtful touch. Kevin was an Amazing host. Most Excellent communication from start to finish. The unit was close to many stores and eateries. Never had issues with parking regardless of how late we came back in the evening. Central to all the other areas we wanted to visit on the island. Close enough to the airport so we didn't have to wake up too early to catch a morning flight. It's very quiet even though we overlook the pool. The beach was just on the other side of the street although we didn't get a chance to walk across. So many positives! Just to name a few...well stocked with necessities, beach gear, use of laundry, tasteful simple decor, plush towels, huge closet filled with nice hangars and plenty of outlets to plug electronics (a must)! Will absolutely come back to stay here when we return to Maui. So do me a favor...keep it clean for me :)

Spent the last few days of our Hawaii island tour at this beautiful condo in Kihei and could not have picked a better spot! The condo itself was neat and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! It was right across the street from the beautiful sandy beach where we were able to snorkel, see some giant sea turtles, and watch the beautiful sunsets. There were plenty of awesome restaurants and shops within a mile drive down the main road serving the best food on the island! Kevin was an awesome host and I can’t wait to come back and visit his place again!

Communication with owner pre travel was on point! Questions were answered right away. Location and unit was easy to find with the information sent. Upon entry I was excited to see the nice upgrades. Everything about this 1 bedroom unit was perfect for my quick family vacation. My son enjoyed the pool in the day time and loved walking less than 5 minutes to the beach for night time crab catching. Everything we needed was in the condo already. I would definitely recommend booking this Kihei Condo to friends and family. I also loved that it was at the beginning of S. Kihei so I didn’t have to deal with all the traffic but close enough to get to Ululani shave Ice or down the road to The Cinnamon Roll Place. Awesome little condo. The owner has thought of and provided everything imaginable. It truly feels like you are at home.
As soon as we arrived on island, the owner was kind enough to send us an email saying that the condo was available for early check in, which helped to get our vacation started early.
The condo is conveniently located close to everything, but far enough away so it is private and quiet. The condo is tastefully decorated and definitely has an island vibe. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare, fix, serve, and store meals. The linens were very nice throughout the condo. The place was super clean. There was even a small washer/dryer combo with detergent. The owner had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, foam noodles, and a cooler for going to the beach. Speaking of which, the beach across the street is a great place to see turtles every night. The turtles come into to sleep in the pond in 12 inches of water. At the complex, there is a pool, hot tub and the cleanest BBQ grills that I have ever seen.
The owner was also extremely helpful in making small recommendations on fun things to do, great local food trucks to try, and places to see.
I cannot thank the owner enough. We had a great trip to Maui and his condo played a huge part in making that happen.

The hot tub and pool were a great bonus, and being right across the street from a quiet beach was great for morning walks (and seeing lots of turtles! It was also great to have access to the beach towels, chairs, etc so we didn’t have to think about bringing anything with us. Kevin was very responsive and welcoming. Will absolutely stay here next time I visit and can’t recommend it enough.

This was such a wonderful rental unit and really made our stay in Maui. My partner and I had everything we needed and having access to laundry was so helpful! We really appreciated the Tony Bahama chairs left for us as we took them to the beach every day. The bedroom was very spacious for our giant suitcases and the bed was super comfortable. The condo complex was beautifully landscaped and felt like we were staying in a resort. Additionally, the complex was very quiet, with the relaxing sounds of birds greeting us each morning. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and we enjoyed having such easy access to the beach just across the street. Kevin was an attentive host, making sure that everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided and checking in with us on our first day to see if there was anything we needed. Kevin’s property was an excellent way to spend the end of our honeymoon. It was so helpful having a washer and dryer in unit to do a light load of laundry before we left for the airport. Perfect location, just a hop over the street to the beach! This condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The beach gear the owner provided was just the cherry on top. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
