This property is in an amazing location with a wonderful view. Great set-up inside the condo. Condo is convenient to everything in South Kihei, yet very quiet. Condo has just about everything 2 or 3 people would need for a week long vacation. Easy access to pool, beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Sunrise and sunsets, will take your breathe away. And Mary the owner is friendly and was always available for help and guidance. We plan to come back in the near future.

This is an older condo centrally located in Keihe. Close to dining and shopping. The condo has been updated and parts remodeled, overall very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo is well supplied with linens, towels, kitchen, utensils, beach, chairs, and umbrellas, beach mats, some food, items, and coffee. Staying here saved our family quite a bit of money as we were able to eat a lot of meals at home. There’s barbecue grills available on the seventh floor, along with seating and dining, and a place to watch the beautiful sunsets. The property manager was very pleasant to deal with, and easy to communicate with. we highly recommend this property, and we intend to come back again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Property was nice, kitchen had everything we needed, view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable & the bed on the lanai was such a great addition! Close to restaurants, stores, and very short walk to a nice beach. Short drive to a couple other great snorkeling beaches as well. Tons of turtles that swim right by you. Mary was very fast to respond to any questions I had & was nice and helpful. There were 2 things that were minor annoyances. 1. All towels need to be washed, dried and put away when checking out. I would have enjoyed showering the morning that I left but didn’t want to wake up an hour and a half early just to do laundry. 2. The strong emphasis to not bring any sand inside. I was reminded several times and I completely understand why, maybe there has been issues in the past BUT we are on an island surrounded by beautiful beaches so as much as you rinse yourself off, some sand might end up inside.
Overall I would recommend staying here & we still had a great vacation!

I’m so glad I booked this condo! The place is beautiful, the beach is just across the street, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets right off the Lani or rooftop. We enjoyed using the rooftop grills available. Check in was super easy. Mary sent us an email of the must see things to do or places to eat. This was so helpful to us during our stay. If you have the option to choose this condo ,look no further!! Mary is an amazing host. Thank you Mary for making our trip so enjoyable!!

First and foremost are host, Mary, provided us with an excellent introduction to Maui. She is a warm and gracious host.
We really enjoyed the accommodations. Just the right size for us and all of the comfort of home.
The location of the property put us right in the middle of some of the finest snorkeling. Also groceries and restaurants very accessible!
My wife and I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent location in the heart of S. Kihei - easy walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Short drive to Wailea and all our favorite snorkeling spots .The rooftop lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of wine and meet some of your neighbors. Next time we’ll use the BBQs up there, as well.Our host, Mary, was great with communication before, during and after to ensure arrival and checkout was smooth and all our needs were met (thanks for having the espresso machine available! ).The dishwasher wasn’t working well so dishes needed some attention by hand, but not a big deal for just two of us. Generally had coffee & breakfast at the condo, packed a lunch and ate dinner out.The decor is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was quite comfortable.It was a really nice change from staying at hotels. We missed some of the conveniences of a hotel (like poolside service or a nightcap at the bar ) but very much enjoyed the extra space, having REAL coffee in the room, and the leisurely pace. Nothing worse than waiting in line or missing breakfast when you’re on vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

This was our first time in Hawaii. The host was a great resource for information and providing recommendations. She really helped maximize our time. We loved the view of the ocean and the location. The apartment also had all the necessary beach amenities like chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, and mats. We would love to come back in the future.

We were very comfortable for our 3 week stay. The decor is retro and fun. The location is awesome, just a short and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even a big pool noodle were provided. Kitchen stocked with necessities. The AC looks old but it worked great and the apartment was cool even on some really hot days. Beautiful views. We loved it. Easy Easy Easy and relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to eat at great restaurants and spend time at the beach, so we were perfectly located for both. It had everything we needed which was wonderful and appreciated. The ocean view is fantastic from the condo, perfect for sunset viewings. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location for a relax home away home. View of the ocean, mountain, and sunset everyday. Nice place. Next to a coffee shop, bakery, fish and chip restaurant, gelato, Mexican restaurant, Sushi, Pizza hut, and souvenir shop. Right around the corner for 24 hrs gas station ABC store. All furniture are new and modern. Property Owner (Mary) is very caring and address all needs that arrived.

Loved this condo! Well stocked kitchen. We cooked breakfast most mornings, and enjoyed the rooftop grill area as well. Mary was an excellent host; she communicated clearly and promptly and was warm and friendly. She helped ensure we had groceries in the condo when we arrived per my request bc we arrived late and wanted to be able to relax in the next morning. She made sure the sofa bed was set up for our son. It was comfy for him, but he chose to sleep in the bed on the lanai the rest of the week. Was a great park to have a bed out there. The one thing that might be of note: the bedroom window was right by the elevator, so early morning we could hear the elevator ding from people using it. Otherwise, this is a great place to rent in Kihei. I highly recommend it!

The view was amazing and I loved enjoying it from the daybed on the lanai. Having a full kitchen to make dinner was great after shopping at the local farmers market and Mary was great with communication throughout. This would be the first place I check for availability if I get the chance to go back!

Condo was very clean. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Linens and towels were lovely. King bed super comfy, pull-out pretty good. The daybed on the lanai was amazing. Shower door in the bathroom needs to be replaced. It’s old and ill-fitting. Fridge is giant - actually too large for the space so freezer access is limited. The location absolutely cannot be beat. And the sunsets were epic.

This suite is located on the 5th floor. Don't worry there is an elevator. It is very nice and clean. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and during whale migration you can see the whale blow holes going off. There are chairs, an umbrella and coolers available for you to take to the beach. The kitchen is great if you plan on making meals instead of eating out. Will definitely stay here again!

What a great spot in Kihei. Right across from Kamaole 1 Beach... next to tons of great restaurants, shops and cafes. Mary was just great. We had an easy check-in. There was a plumbing issue when we got there which was quickly resolved by a friendly service tech. Soon after we were enjoying the wonderful one bedroom suite, beautiful day bed and expansive vistas from the patio. The roof top patio was a special treat at sunset as we bbq’d a romantic Christmas dinner at dusk with the rooftop all to ourselves! During our stay we had some trouble with the hot water. Mary was so upset upon hearing about this she offered to give us credit on our current stay, give us a special rate on future stays, buy us dinner and even delivered a little gift basket. Things often come up when renting and to see an owner take so much pride and ownership of the situation was so very surprising and appreciated. We would love to rent Mary’s place again, she is an owner that will make sure your stay is the absolute best it can be.

Great location across the street from Kam I beach. Very nice view from the Lanai of the water, and a little direct view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The description of the condo is accurate. It is a clean and well maintained 1 bedroom with a nice breeze that keeps it cool during the day. It is well equipped with everything needed to cook, and with beach items such as towels, chairs, coolers, etc. The lanai has a small table where we had coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings, and it has a small day bed that is a great place for a nap.
We stayed for 10 days in October, and there it was 85 degrees every day with no rain in Kihei. The complex was quiet, and the pool is clean and well maintained. We have been to Maui several times including staying twice in Kihei, and we would stay here again.

It was my first time using VRBO but because were attending a wedding near Keihi and there weren't many hotel options nearby, we tried this service. The condo owner was very easy to work with. We called her with a quick question while we were there and she was happy to take my call and help me out.
The condo is right across the street from Kamaloe Beach 1 which is by far one of the best beaches in all of Maui. It takes just a minute to walk there and there is a crosswalk right there so you don't need to dodge traffic like you do on other parts of S. Kiehi Rd. The color scheme of the condo fits right in with Hawaii and is well laid out. The bedroom has a king size bed that is 10x more comfortable than my bed at home. The condo was clean and the kitchen was older but well taken care of.
Everything you need for hanging out at the beach is available in the condo. There are a couple of chairs, coolers and several quality beach towels.
If you are thinking of staying at Kihei Alli Kai which is just inland from this condo, choose this one instead. You don't have to walk up a hill and unlike most of the condos at the Alli Kai, you have an amazing water view.
I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to be within walking distance to everything, needs to actually see the water from their condo (that was important to us) and a very comfortable bed.
