Great experience...all the necessities and then some.
Examples :Beach chairs , boogie boards, Tommy Bahama umbrella, roll up beach pad.
Kitchen Accesories were plentiful, i.e . Toaster, coffee pot WITH extra filters, pots & pans, plenty of paper towels, paper napkins ,pots & pans, plentiful glasses, plates, bowls, glasses, plastic cups (for the pool). Unit also had EXTRA rolls of toilet paper, and cleaning equipment.
Two swimming pools, nice Lanai/ patio chairs. Close to beach (like 250 yards away. Lots of barbeques dispersed throught the grounds
Also, downtown Kihei is nearby with many amenities.

Great condo with all the amenities in a nice complex across from the beach. Easy access from the unit to the pool and parking, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Host is great with communication and information sharing. Super easy to find and check in to unit. Host was very quick to respond to all inquiries and easy to arrange details with. Overall a great stay in a great unit.

Maui Kamaole is a beautifully landscaped, manicured and maintained property on the hill in South Kihei. This unit is conveniently located close to the upper pool. The unit is clean, well kept and well supplied with consumables. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Having two bathrooms in a one room unit is a very nice amenity. The owner was very engaged to ensure all our needs were met.
The entire unit is dated, with the living room wicker sofa worn out, dirty and uncomfortable. The wi-fi functioned well as did the basic cable service. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to work in. The refrigerator has an ice-maker. The washer and dryer worked well, but the washer is making noises indicating its end is near.
The unit was quiet and peaceful with the exception of some pounding from upstairs on several occasions (which we have experienced at every lower-level Maui Kamaole unit in which we stayed over the years).
The bed was a pretty stiff queen and the pillow options were less than ideal which resulted in some unexpected neck and back pain each morning, but that may be due to our age and personal preferences. It has two small wall A/C units which functioned well but, due to their locations at ground level, they blew directly on you if sitting on the sofa or when in the bed and they made their usual noise (constantly turning on and off), and they are very close by. There were lots of towels, two Bogie boards and a cooler, but it could use an additional beach chair or two and a newer umbrella.
In spite of the suggestions for improvement noted, we would gladly stay again for this unit easily met all our needs and desires, ensuring our stay was fun and restful.

21 family members traveled to Maui and of the 6 condo units rented, ours was BY FAR the cleanest, most luxurious and most beautifully appointed of them all. Nothing was overlooked by the owner to guarantee a wonderful stay while in Maui. We ♥️ It! Maui no ka oi!

This condo was very clean and neat and was great for my husband and I to stay in. It has all the amenities we needed and Susan was a great host. She was proactive with timely communication and was even able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful.
The facility is nice and the upper pool was nice spot for reading or gatherings. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and it is a nice healthy 15-40 min walk to a number of restaurants

We love Kihei, and that part of Maui. The condo was just perfect for 4 all of us, spacious, sparkly clean. It is on the first floor, which I liked very much, 5 steps from the pool. We had a great relaxing 9 day vacation.

The property was great! Clean and just steps away from the pool and hot tub. The communication with managment was wonderful and timely. The grounds crew and everyone we ran into were pleasant and polite. The location to Wailea and Kihei was excellent. You can't go wrong staying here - it was an excellent location for us. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach and "downtown" areas but we drove everywhere we went without problem. Thank you for a property as promised.

Well equipped and clean condo with plenty of amenities. Have everything we need for a relaxed day at the beach (beach chair, umbrella, beach towels etc). Kitchen is well-stocked for us to cook small meals. There is a pool and grill area right next to the building. Property is in between Kihei and Wailea, and is a short drive to the restaurants there. The beach is a short walk away.

The property is in an excellent location. It’s very clean, private, and everything was provided I mean everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and maps! It was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms as one of us is an early riser. Susan checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and she followed up with me after we returned home. We would absolutely stay here again if it were available. 5 star rating for sure! Thank you for making it one of our best vacations!

We had an incredible family getaway! We'd always stayed in Wailea before, but took a chance on Kihei and are so glad we did. The complex was gorgeously landscaped, the beaches were stunning and we loved relaxing in the tropical pool. I particularly want to thank Susan for being a generous and caring host. She always responded immediately and provided a ton of great tips before we even left the mainland. My only suggestions would be to replace the thin coil mattress on the sofa bed and to dust the decor. The homey rooms were spotless, but the lamps, art and floral arrangements could use a thorough wipe. We wouldn't hesitate, however, to stay here again. Mahalo!

Amazing experience at the Maui Kamaole! K103 had great access to pool and felt hidden away and private. In a hidden away part of Kihei, yet close to everywhere you needed to go to. And Susan the host was wonderful!

Excellent place for around 3 people. Quiet located next to the pool with a back yard that is very private. Quiet, you wouldn’t know you are around others. Excellently located near the beach and shops and restaurants. Will stay again!

We had an absolutely great stay at Susan’s place. The house was fully stocked. It was like you wish for something and you magically find that in the house. The property was right off the beach and very close to the pool. Our 1.5 yr old enjoyed all the pool time she could. The backyard is lush green and you’ll find a lot of different kind of birds in the morning. We would highly recommend her place for whoever visits Kihei.

We had a delightful week on Maui. The K-103 condominium meet our needs perfectly. It was comfortable, well furnished, well equipped, tranquil, and the setting withing the Maui Kamaole complex was charming with the footbridge, tropical garden, and easy access to the upper pool. The whole experience was almost like a dream.
We love the location on South Maui. We enjoy the ocean and spent time every day swimming, snorkelling and strolling the beaches in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena. During the hot midday hours we explored Kihei and Wailea. The two communities offer a huge variety of dining and exploring adventures.

This was our second stay in this unit, the 1st time was 5 years ago. The unit is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The complex is landscaped and well managed. The Beach is a 7 minute walk through the tropical flowers. The owners are very nice people who are informative and totally trustworthy in their customer interactions. We had a wonderful week on Maui. I have recommended this condo to my family and friends.

This unit was just great. I loved the way the owners have it decorated. Very comfortable and spacious. There are many personal touches that make you feel more at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Everything was in top condition and immaculate. The hide-a-bed is amazingly comfortable. This unit is very close to the upper pool and spa and the beaches are just minutes away.

I spent 9 days here and loved every minute. The complex is awesome and the unit was fantastic! It was everything I needed, super clean and right by the pool. The owners even called to check and make sure everything was in order. I plan to go back as soon as possible!

We have been fortunate enough to have travelled to the Hawaiian Islands six times and visited 3 different islands. On ths trip we spent a week in Oahu and the last week in Susan and Marks beautiful condo. We have stayed at the Maui Kamaole before and were familiar with the K complex so we were thrilled when we found this ad! This was our first time renting directly from the owners and what a great experience it has been. Susan and Mark have done a wonderful job decorating their condo but most of all it is so well cared for. New fridge, washer and dryer and everything you need to feel like you are at home. The lanai is a beautiful accent and we spent every chance we could enjoying it. The additional personal touches that include all the essentials are very classy and appreciated! This is by far the most well cared for property that we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be booking again and again. Thank you to Susan,Mark & Steven for sharing their piece of paradise. We are looking forward to next year already!

We can't say enough about this beautifully appointed condo. It is very well kept up with all the conveniences you can imagine. The owner is very easy to work with and even called us the day we arrived to make sure everything met our expectations. The condo has a very private and well-landscaped and paved lanai - great for morning coffee and enjoying the lush bougainvillea. And just on the other side of the flowers is the pool and hot tub. The location is very central, just across from the Kihei boat ramp. Beaches are within easy walking distance. Restaurants and shopping in Kihei or Wailea are just a short distance in either direction. Snorkeling at the Ahihi Marine Reserve is only 20 minutes away. This condo complex is quiet and very well maintained.

We recently returned from a wonderful family vacation to this condo. The garden setting was perfect with beautiful views of the tropical flowers and palm trees surrounding the tropical pool area. It was very peaceful and a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee and family dinners.
The condo is set up with everything you need for your vacation; the kitchen is fully stocked, there are plenty of beach toys, chairs, mats etc. Truly, the only things you need to bring are your beach clothes and a good book. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable and stress free.
I would highly recommend this unit and, in fact, will likely book through them again whenever we are able to return. Susan is very easy to work with, and responded very quickly to any query we had both before and during our stay. She even called to ensure we had settled in ok.
The only issue we had was with the Wi-Fi connection. It worked quite sporadically which could be frustrating when we were trying to plan our daily adventures, however, it's not something that would affect my overall rating.

My husband and I stayed in K103 for the second time this December and really enjoyed our stay again! The condo is a great size, clean, very comfotable, and very well equipped to do anything you need. It was a wonderful place to go back to after spending the day exploring Maui! I highly recommend this property as a quiet, comfortable place to stay while in Maui. It has 2 great pools, is close to amazing snorkelling and quite a number of nice beaches. There are great restaurants close, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. My husband and I will definitely rent from the owners again and return to this same condo!

We had a wonderful time in this spot. The unit is incredibly comfortable and quiet. It was a joy to wake up every morning to the glorious sound of the birds outside. The place was really clean and well equipped. Yes - Thank you for the teapot! Hard to find in the U.S.A. sometimes. The landscaping was lovely and the pools beautiful. I loved the Lava rock, sandy bottomed hot tub. Only little problem was with the wifi - if you have an ipad it's a bit complicated so check with Susan beforehand. No problem if you have a laptop or phone with sim card but the ipad was tricky. Susan and Mark were just awesome helping me get it set up. They were really patient with all our questions. Great stuff there too for the beach - chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards - everything you'd want. My biggest complaint was not having enough time. It was so lovely I wanted to stay for at least 2 weeks. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Our family just returned from our first trip to Maui. The entire trip was fantastic, each day better than the next. Our stay at Maui Kamaole K103 was perfect. The condo is very clean, well stocked and close to one of the pools. Our kids swam at the pool every evening! We loved the condo having all the beach stuff we needed, that was a perk not to have to bring or purchase beach gear! We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay here again.
