4 GUESTS MAXIMUM: We accommodate up to 4 guests maximum, including children and infants.

INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS AND CHILDREN: Our bedding furnishings and casual dinning area with high bar stools are not designed for toddlers and children. We will refer you to a crib and highchair rental company. The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers and children. Keep toddlers and children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors closed at all times.

HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE: All vacation rentals do not have daily housekeeping service. You are renting from a privately own condo unit. There is no cleaning; no housekeeping; no room service; no laundry service; no towel & sheet changes during your stay. This is a standard operating practice for all vacation rentals. The one-time cleaning fee is to pay the cleaning company to service the unit after your stay. Mid-stay cleaning, which includes fresh sheet and towels, is available for a fee through a third party cleaning company.

PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning to party, do not book this suite, as guests will be evicted.

WASHER & DRYER are located on the 8th floor of the condo and accept credit card payment only. The laundry room is open 6AM-10PM. Detergent is available at ABC Store across the street.

SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in loss of security deposit. Hawaii State Law & the Ilikai Marina Condo Association By-Laws prohibit smoking in the condo and on the condo balcony. Check with Security Office for the Smoking Section.

NO PARKING COMES WITH THIS RENTAL: All the units at the Ilikai Marina do not come with a parking. The guest directly pay the IIikai Marina Garage $8 for up to 10 hours with single in-out privilege or $23/day with multiple in-out privileges available 24/7. It is located in the same tower as the accommodation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Due to unforeseen emergencies, you may need to postpone or cancel your vacation. We strongly recommend that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we have cancellation policies to comply with.

The pictures accurately depict the unit with one exception - the floor clearance around the base of the bed to the wall is about 12 inches. I only share, because It was a little challenging walking around the beds at night. Otherwise, I felt like I was staying in a posh condo.

Working with Ron and Kelly made this trip very enjoyable. From the very beginning with the Welcome Package; there were a wealth of information on where to go, what to see, highlight main attractions on the island, taking care of the unit (which had all the amenities you expected and more). I'm not your typical visitor to the island. I was born and raised on Oahu, I have family and friends throughout the island. I was impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the unit and the abundance of information they provided their guest, It is what you see on their VRBO description. Great communication w property owners and Team. Condo had everything we needed to live at the beach during the day...and a broom to help manage the sand we inevitably bring home. The place was neat, perfectly furnished and within walking distance to anything. I dream if returning to that place already.

Unit is modern and clean. Great view. Decent walking distance to Waikiki. The only issues we had was the building had A/C maintenance on 2 days but we didn't know that and kept trying to figure out why the A/C wasn't working. Would have opened the windows but told to keep them shut since birds have flown in before. And the last day we had no water so we couldn't shower or even go to the bathroom. Had to find a bathroom in the restaurant downstairs which was horribly dirty in the morning. I left $200 in hair tools there and was told 3x by the Host's Mgr that she'd send to me (I'd pay for shipping & her time of course). But it never came. I didn't pay new tools hoping it would come but after a month I gave up. All that said, I'd probably stay again but the 3 building maintenance events in 7 days would probably change my mind.

The unit was very smart remodeled. There is a problem independent of the owner, the AC. Is connected to the whole building and is not controllable. Everything is like is posted. For a good price we’ll visit again. Thank you Kelly for your prompt responses!

We have given this property our highest rating: It is clean, has a well-appointed kitchen, good a/c, good shower, comfortable beds, good and easy to operate tv, good Wi-Fi, superb view, easy access to superette, beaches and restaurants. A big plus: the owner’s agent was very helpful, meeting us, getting us into the unit and showing us how to make use of unit’s features.

The unit is modern and was very clean. Cleaners use several methods to sanitize and disinfect. They even ask you to leave out the appliances you use so they can make sure to clean them before the next guest’s stay. Would have liked it to be a little more quiet. There was a lot of noise from the street and surrounding units. One helpful tip…park on level 4 so you’re not carrying your bags up a flight of stairs. If you’re looking for something convenient with quick access to Waikiki, Ala Moana etc this is the place.

Everything was perfect. Frances, the host, was so helpful and friendly. My brother and I stayed there for our annual family visit to Honolulu. We have stayed at many places while in Hawaii but this tops the charts. The condo was very well appointed, very conveniently located and most of all it was very clean. The parking garage and parking staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular! It looked out onto the marina, the Hilton lagoon and the blue ocean. This could not have been a better place for us and we will certainly return. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

The view from the condo was amazing. Even perfect rainbow over the ocean. Condo is very clean and couch and bed very comfortable. We didn't cook much but kitchen had basics things we needed. Excellent location to walk everywhere. We did not rent car for most of our stay and walked everywhere .. Zoo, Diamond head, Duke Kahanomoku beach. Chart house located at street level of the building was awesome. Best Pina Coladas. Check out Goofy's cafe..best breakfast, brunch and cocktails. Lagoon was great for our 11 year old. Magic island park right next was also great for walks/runs and has one secluded small beach and another fun beach. Lots of shopping around. Grocery store too. Our host was the kindest. Vacation and our stay was above and beyond.

My vacation was above any expectations I had! The parking garage staff was incredible. The parking spots were large, and the staff was very friendly. I felt very safe leaving my rental car there and walking to the elevators, it was well worth the daily fee. I also felt safe having a security office on the first floor by the front door opening. As others have mentioned in their reviews the panoramic views were outstanding, and the washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. So was the use of beach chairs and mini cooler. The location of the unit was perfect for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Wikiki. The beach, shops, liquor store, groceries and restaurants were just steps away. For anyone who likes to exercise there were bicycle rentals nearby and plenty of places near the beach to walk or jog. Finally, thank you to Francis for filling me in on where to find things in the unit and pointing out that the ABC store sells more than just alcohol. I have never had a host take the time to talk to me about where things are and I have rented many condominiums in the past. :)

We stayed here while conducting business on the islands. The condo is in great shape and well appointed for two people. The kitchen was great for preparing meal especially considering Hawaii’s draconian COVID rules. Lots of shopping nearby and lots of opportunities for walking and running during my off time.

Ron and Francis were wonderful hosts and communicated well before, during and after our visit at this clean and beautifully appointed condo overlooking the Marina. The water and chocolates welcoming us was a nice touch! The condo was central to many restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby. We rented a car to visit places outside Waikiki: Hanauma Bay, Hiking Diamond Head and Manoa Falls, Kualoa Ranch and Waimanelo Bay. At the end of each day, we enjoyed a cool beverage watching the gorgeous sunset each night! We had a fun and memorable week at this condo in Waikiki!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was as advertised and more. The location was perfect. They arranged for us to get in a little early which was great. Carolyn was a wonderful host, so friendly and she had wonderful suggestions. Check-in was a breeze. We rented a car so we used the garage. This was very convenient. Well worth the cost for us. We were so glad we rented a car so that we could explore the whole island. We would definitely return to this condo if we ever return to Oahu.

Even though we were there during Covid, the communication about the property, along with the flexibility of the host to allow us to re-schedule our visit from 2020 to 2021 were terrific and much appreciated. The pictures do not do due justice to how nice the condo really is. The view from the sliding glass door is unbelievable. Our favorite activity was watching the sun sets and the surfers . Carolyn was just delightful in helping us.

The pictures in the posting did not do justice to how well situated this condo is. The condo is incredibly well equipped, we especially appreciate the attention to details and extra accommodating touches. For instance, there are high quality appliances, including an electric rice cooker with various rice settings and integrated steamer. Good KitchenAid blender meant that we had delicious smoothies daily. A large fold out drying rack is really convenient for air drying bathing suits and beach towels. We appreciate that the condo has a rule against hanging items on the balcony as we wouldn’t want to obstruct the perfect view of endless ocean. Steps from Waikiki beach and Ala Moana beach park makes this the perfect location to catch breathtaking sunsets. We really look forward to the spectacle every evening. The balcony and large windows allows us to enjoy the Friday evening fireworks. We were welcomed into the condo by Carolyn, whom is so kind and cheerful, she immediately set our vacation off on the perfect note. Carolyn attended immediately to all of our inquiries. Being aware of our love of beautiful sunsets, she even alerted us when there is a super sunset so that we would not miss it. Ron is the most courteous and thoughtful property manager we’ve encountered. His communications are always prompt and very informative. He’s considerate and ensured that our stay at the condo would be comfortable and worry free. We can’t say enough about how wonderful Carolyn and Ron have been throughout the entire experience. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arises.
