Very nice place. Front door was a bit of a problem- should be looked at and fixed. Toilets could also be improved as it took 2-3 flushes to empty. Other than that it’s a very nice and well kept place . This was my second time there and would do it again

This property had everything…. Spices, full kitchen, beautiful grounds, everything we needed for beach days!! Such an amazing surprise!! The listing had everything mentioned and more!! Made for such an AMAZING vacation!!! Highly recommend!!❤️❤️

This was a great place for our trip to The Big Island. The owner was so helpful and even delayed her arrival by 1 day to accommodate our needs. The house is stocked with everything you need. There is no air conditioning but lots of fans and breeze. Would definitely stay again.

This unit is an exceptional value. Total cost was just over $180 per night. The unit contained all the essentials in the kitchen and beach gear. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. It has a limited ocean view, which means you can see the ocean (5 miles away) from one area of the back porch. We drive to the beaches anyway so this is fine for us. Nice place. Nice price.

i LOVE HAVING A QUEEN BED IN THE SECOND BEDROOM AND KING IN THE MASTER. ABOUT 5 MIN TO THE VILLAGE MALL AND 15 TO HAPUNA BEACH. JUST PERFECT, WE'LL BE BACK!!

Was very impressed with the homey and comfortable feel of the condo. Very clean. No A/C but fans helped keep air circulating. Nice pool and bbq area. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoyed the beach chairs.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We have stayed at other locations in the Waikoloa Villas and enjoyed them all. This condo is a bit dated and should be updated. However, does it really matter when you are spending most of your time away from the condo? Best part, the owners and condo management were very supportive and attentive to our needs. They made things right and made our stay comfortable. Thank you.

We love the location in Waikoloa Village and the view is very nice. It is much cooler and less crowded than at the coast. However, the entire condo needs major updating. Some people have said you don't need air. That would be true if you could leave your windows open. However, the noise from the parking lot and multi-condo entrance area is excessive requiring closing windows and thus requiring the need for a/c.
There are nice places to take a walk and many great places to visit a short drive away. The pool is a very short walk and not overused. The condo is well stocked... plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and beach accessories.

For the price, it was a wonderful home away from home. All was clean and comfortable. Amanda was immediately responsive to every inquiry. The missing star is only because of the level of sound that traveled into our hearing from our neighbors. Construction of buildings did not take noise suppression into consideration. If this is not an issue you are sensitive about, I highly reccommend Amanda's place.

Wonderful overall rental experience! Golfed 5 of 7 days at various courses. Location made it convenient to try different courses and for afternoon sight-seeing. Relaxing to come back to quiet condo with nice owner/neighbors in evenings. Condo has everything to allow us to cook if wanted. Good grocery store available nearby.

I loved the location of this property. The back looks out over the golf course and there is a very nice sunset view from the lanai. Plus I liked that the unit was on the ground floor. Plus the owner seemed nice. I would stay here again - but perhaps not until it is renovated. The kitchen cabinets were so bad as to be partially nonfunctional. The front door lock got stuck (locking us inside!) and needed to be replaced. This wasted a fair anount of my time. The guest room had some issues. There were some bugs at night plus the guest toilet got stuck a couple of times. I was also a bit annoyed that the next door neighbor would smoke outside on his lanai every afternoon and the people upstairs made a fair amount of noise at night. Still - despite these things - I did really enjoy my breakfasts and dinners on the lanai and, as I've said, I liked the location very much.

Amanda's place was an amazing for our family's week away on the big island. It's very close to the grocery store, gym, gas station, and in is a pleasant neighborhood with lots of amenities. The condo was incredibly clean, and especially loved sitting out on the lanai. Have the bathroom in one of the bedrooms was also a huge plus! Thanks for making this place feel like a home away from home.

After my husband was injured here on the island we had to extend our stay for two weeks. I was very happy to find availability At Amanda’s condo. She was very helpful when we had questions regarding the door lock. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed spending time on the lanai. The entire condo community is very quiet and a wonderful place to stay.

This property is right on the golf course (9th hole) so it has a nice view with a peek a boo view of the ocean. Here's my analysis:
Pros:
Plenty of room
Nice view if you don't need to be on the ocean
Lots of glassware, pans, pots, nice cutlery, some spices that have been left..we needed more so added to the collection
Comfortable master bed (didn't use the other bedroom)
Plenty of towels for the condo and beach
Plenty of beach equipment with chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, boogie board
Walking distance to grocery and Pueo's Osteria
Very close to the pool and BBQ area
Full size washer/dryer
Cons:
Upon arrival (after about 18 hours of traveling) I wanted a shower and there was NO bath soap or gel! We would have preferred shower gel to the hand sanitizer on the counter. Even low end hotels have soap for the shower.
On the surface the condo looks really clean, but there is scum in the rails of the shower door (easily cleaned) and other places had mold starting.
There is a bad odor in the second bathroom. We bought and poured bleach down the drains which helped a little, but the smell needs to be addressed.
Carpet needs cleaning
Walls could use painting (closets are unfinished)
It was quiet the first week then the gardeners planted nice new grasses and flowers but they were literally walking around on the lanai at 7:00AM right outside the bedroom. We had the doors open for the breeze and this was very awkward. The golf course crew starts at 6:30 so there was no sleeping in.
The unit above has started a remodel. I totally understand how this goes since we just remodeled our rental condo. Warning the guests is essential. I had a zoom meeting and it was difficult with the saws running most of the day. At least they didn't start until 8AM. We had to leave for the whole day every day to get away from the noise.
Overall the condo is fine. It simply needs an upgrade to earn five stars.

Great centralized spot for exploring north end of the island. Clean and comfortable suite, with everything you would need for you Hawaii vacation. Pool and cabana areas were great.
We had originally booked for Hilo, but due to weather we changed last minute to stay at Amanda’s place who promptly called to discuss our stay as requested :) We appreciated her attentiveness.

Sunrise walks in the beautiful quiet safe neighborhood ended with amazing sunset views from the lanai in the evening. Peaceful surroundings. Condo was as listed. Loved having pickleball courts near by as well as the market and restaurants. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer were ideal. Loved the large gathering area off kitchen for games and family time.

My husband and I stayed at this Waikoloa Village condo recently and we loved it! The location was spectacular, close to shops and the grocery store and only a short drive to the beach. The condo was very spacious, and was well supplied with anything we needed. It worked out very well for us. The only minor issue we found was that the carpet has some stain spots on it. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The property was exactly as presented. Nice big lanai right on the 9th hold of the Waikoloa golf course, which is in excellent shape by the way! The master bedroom holds a good quality king sized bed. We did not use the second bedroom so cannot comment on the comfort level of that room. The living space is so open and big - not your typical long narrow condo layout. All in all - we really enjoyed our stay here. We're very realistic in our expectations and while this is not a five star property - we enjoyed a five star stay. Thank you Amanda for being helpful in every way.

Be aware that it says that it sleeps 4. But there are only 2 beds, a king bed and a queen bed. Fortunately my grandchildren were staying with me so it worked out.

After a small bobble with check-in (housekeeper forgot to leave door unlocked) we had a fabulous stay. Very clean, super comfortable beds and all kitchen needs very well met our needs. Pool was very nice and hot tub a welcome treat. I love the higher elevation with the wonderful trade winds and quieter atmosphere from down in Kailua or even in Waikoloa proper…KTA Super store within a quick walk or drive. First time staying in this area, certainly not the last. All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

We really liked the location of the condo bc it was quiet and close to the other northern areas of the island that we wanted to visit. There was a supermarket around the corner and gas station which made it a breeze. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was a simple and easy place to stay. No Air conditioning but the normal Waikoloa breezes were great with the windows open. Its an older unit that some would prefer upgrades too. However it had every thing you would need. The owner was very helpful! The price was right as well!

Really loved the location. The property was also very nice - a bit dated, but very cozy. The property had all the amenities as listed plus see a beach toys, 3 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and even a couple golf clubs and balls. There was one boogie board, but it was broken, so we had to buy one and we actually left it it at the property, so next guest will have a new one :) The kitchen was very well staffed while a bit dated, the washer and drier were super new and good. Overall excellent stay - would definitely come back and recommend it to a friend!

The space is a nice 2br 2ba first floor condo with W/D and dishwasher and access to pool and grills. It was clean, well furnished and well stocked. The construction of the condo was done well, so there's very little noise transfer at all from the other units. I've been in other ones, where you can hear everything and being below others is really noisy, but here you would barely know someone was above you.
It was nice to be away from things in a quiet condo association, but a quick drive down the mountain to great beaches. The place also had nice beach equipment to help the beach stay more enjoyable.
Personally, I liked locking the securing door and keeping the front door open (which doesn't point directly into the unit, so there is privacy), allowing for a nice cross breeze when the wind is happening.
Communication was quick and positive.
