The view, the deck incompatible! The condo was well appointed with everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The beach equipment was invaluable, we used it every day. Watching the sea turtles playing in the water at our feet was amazing! We loved falling to sleep every night to the sound of waves lapping at the shore. The location is fantastic, so close to so many things yet private enough to feel like we had our own stretch of beach. John was extremely responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed the location and the view, it is right on the beach, with waves coming right up to the property. It was a very nice touch to have our own private washer and dryer. Having 4 separate beds was nice. This could be a 5 star stay.
Unfortunately there are issues mentioned from way back that have never been dealt with, it just feels like no one really cares about up keep on this place. For the price it really seems like there would be plenty to go towards a few simple updates.
-The third step is still loose and a trip and fall hazard (others have mentioned this, but it still is not fixed). Please be cautious if you stay here, it would not be fun to fall and break a leg on holiday!
-The loft ceiling fan does not work (Others have mentioned this, and it gets hot upstairs with no AC)
- The kitchen is very tiny, you need to open the fridge door in order to open the cabinet drawls next to it.
- The curtain on the downstairs balcony door is, old, stained and coming off the track, and not big enough to cover up all the glass. This allows all the light in very early in the morning.
- Light switches are confusing and hard to find. The kitchen light is under the stairs on the trim board between the closet doors. Make note of this if you choose to stay here so you don't spend as much time as we did looking for it.
- Downstairs bedside lamp doesn't work
- There is a big hole in the door to the downstairs bedroom, no intimacy when there are kids in the house.
- The pictures on the website show the pool chairs lined up on the beach however there is a sign posted that we are not allowed to move the pool chairs to the beach. So if those web picture look like you can relax on the beach and you are looking forward to that, bring your own chairs
- It would be very nice to have a ceiling light in the living area. The middle of the room is so dark to play games or work on puzzles.
- The sofa bed upstairs has braces out of place or something isn't right on it. It was so uncomfortable that our son had to sleep sideways on the bed. (This was mentioned by others, its time to fix it)
- AC would be a very nice addition, depending what time of the year, it can get a bit warm especially upstairs and for sleeping at night. We were there at the end of May beginning of June and it was borderline too hot to be comfortable.
- The only dinning place is on the balcony and there are only 6 chairs, so if it is a rainy day or you have more than 6 in your party there is no place to sit and eat
- It is nice to be right on the beach, but the beach area is very small and when the tide is up you can not walk anywhere but right by the pool area. When the tide is out you can walk on down the beach.
If these issues do not matter to you, then you could have a very nice stay here. I just want others to be aware so you can make a good choice on where you choose to stay.

OMG!!! This place is absolutely fabulous!!! It was very clean, great location and very easy to get around the neighborhood. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. No A/C but didn't need it anyway. ABC store within walking distance, along with bakery, coffee shop, and various other shops. The view, let me tell you about the view...AMAZING!!!! We saw sea turtles everyday at all times of the day. We even saw a huge seal sunning on the reef at low tide. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!!! I WILL be booking this condo again. We were there in May and the price was great, weather great, super friendly folks in Lahaina. Aloha!!!!!!

Thank you John for an amazing experience in Maui! Our family of 5 are all adults and we found both the communal spaces and bedrooms were large and accommodating. Several of us like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. The in-condo laundry units were used daily.The location was magnificent. We saw turtles every day, no whales as they've already left for the season but we could imagine seeing them right from the balcony. The grocery store, coffee shops, bakeries, ABC store, etc... were all very close. The beach chairs were used daily! And we were so happy to have our own beach as well as a pool. We never had a problem getting a parking space. John was extremely responsive and pleasant! We did have a clog with our garbage disposal and all I had to do was text him and help was on the way. A little more help was needed the following day, which was Sunday, and a repair person came and took care of the problem! We really appreciated the responsiveness and help, especially on a Sunday.My husband and I had been to Maui about 25 years ago and stayed at the Sheraton, just down the street. We had drinks there this time and watched the sunset over Blackrock. While the property is lovely, we were so glad to be coming back to our slice of heaven. No crowds, plenty of space on the beach and pool, and an ocean front view. We are so glad we chose this property for our vacation and left wanting more! We would/will stay here on our next trip to Maui.

Nicely renovated with cute decor. We loved the proximity to the beach. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. Our only concern was that the 2 bedrooms are not air conditioned. If you and your family are okay with a consistent 81 degrees Fahrenheit all day and all night in bedrooms, then this is perfect for you.

Got there around 5ish. We had 6 adults and rented 2 vehicles. Was never informed that there was a 1 car limit until we got in the unit. I called Bree and asked her why werent we advise of this prior to us renting. She apologized and i asked her does she have any open spots and she said no. She was going to call a property down the road and i can park my van there. Went there on business due to us owning our own roofing company. Stayed there for 23 days. The condo wasnt cleaned well. I lift up the carpet to sweep the floor and there was a pile of sand that came out. The neighbors were falsely accusing us of smoking pot more then once. Mind you we were the ONLY LOCAL family there. We had guest over which was my grandchildren and Bree said we can have guest but the amenities were only for the guest. Which doesnt make sense. They were complaining about the kids being in the swimming pool. Complaining about us bar b quing hamburger patties and we took the tank from the other grill and that was stealing, when another guest took it because our grill had no gas. Very PETTY... Other than that the view is BEAUTIFUL. The owners there are racist so be careful.

The view is beautiful but the property is old and run down. Most of the pool furniture is worn and broken. The property provided many amenities but two of the three bedrooms were very hot with no air conditioning making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The fans and screens were extremely dirty so opening windows was not a great option. This was a wish trip for two of our adult children who are ill, so cleanliness, being hot and dust were a big issue. The kitchen is well-stocked, but small. The air conditioner in the main living area was freeezing up and we had to shut it off. We did let the property manager know these things early in our stay and he said the air conditioner was just repaired. He offered to come in a clean, but I already had spent two mornings cleaning all the fans.The beach area was small but nice and full of turtles. The location is great close to many nice areas to hike and sight-see. Grocery stores and restaurants are close and convenient. We had many choices for the same money, so I would not return to this property. We enjoy and appreciate life, and do not like to complain but this property was disappointing.

This was our third time staying at this Nohonani condo, and it was amazing as always. It's the perfect spot for our family (we have two kids under 4). The beach and pool on the property make it easy to relax without ever having to pack up the car. We also love that there’s a great park, a coffee shop, and a fish market all within a short walk. It’s become our go-to place on Maui—highly recommend!

This property and vacation was everything I had hoped for. The two units fit our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) perfectly. We had a bedroom for each couple and one for the kids. The views are amazing and we watched turtles pass by the balcony 24/7. One turtle decided to beach himself right under our balcony for the afternoon. We saw whales, dolphins, and even a monk seal stopping by to check out the turtle. The only thing missing was one of the parking passes but a simple phone call and they immediately dropped it off. They were very prompt with our request and checked to make sure we didn't need anything else. We snorkeled daily right outside the complex and the kids played endlessly in the pool and on the sandy beach. Not all of the complexes have a sandy beach so this was a bonus. We BBQ'd several meals and made use of the pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers for our excursions. I would highly recommend this location and hope to make this a regular trip. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.

Such a wonderful stay. Unit was spacious and cozy. Lots of turtle sittings and a few dolphins as well. We got lucky and saw a momma whale and baby from the balcony. Pool is so warm and the beach access was great with a nice path to snorkel. Can’t wait for our next trip back to Maui!

This property looked fantastic and we were excited to stay here. We saw a bug or two and thought it was maybe because a door was left open. A day later we realized that there were roaches in the property. I immediately brought it to the attention of the management company by calling and was forced to leave a message, even though it was during business hours during a business day. I received a text back instead of a call back (I still have not received a call from the company to this day), and they apologized via text and I told them the unit was uninhabitable and that I was forced to get new toiletries because the roaches had been crawling on mine. The company did mention that I would not be charged for the days we left the condo, but nothing of the inconvenience of booking another accommodation at a much high price, or having to buy a new tooth brush, comb, etc. I was going to not write a review, but this company charged a cleaning fee (I was shocked!), never returned my calls, and overall was extremely subpar as far as I am concerned. STAY AWAY!

You’ll likely never get this close to the ocean with anywhere you’ll stay in your lifetime. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and stayed at other condos in Florida, and the proximity to the ocean there does not come close to matching the proximity here. And that stunning turquoise water will absolutely mesmerize you and make you never want to leave your balcony. The views of Lanai and Molokai are also quite amazing. You’ll probably see a few sea turtles, and also you can even spot some whales in the distance during whale season, which we did. The condo itself has everything you need and was perfectly sized for our family of four. The kitchen also comes in quite handy for preparing meals. The two beds in the bedroom where the kids stayed worked well to keep the kids separated, and the queen bed in the other bedroom was definitely large enough. It was so peaceful listening to the waves at night. This condo does not have AC; however, the fans provided were enough to cool us down, and the ocean breeze did the rest of the cooling. Don’t let that deter you from staying in one of the most amazing places you’ll ever stay in your life. The oceanfront pool was also a great addition to the property. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Top notch location that is away from the main touristy parts of Maui. Beautiful view of the ocean (the pictures online match what we saw in person) and surrounding islands. Turtles/whales/dolphins every day. The adjacent pool was a great touch for little kids. The Condo: clean and very well stocked (kitchen utensils to beach chairs/snorkeling gear). AC is great for the afternoon heat. Management: John was great throughout, easy to reach with good closed loop communication. Overall: highly recommend and will stay here a gain.

This property was perfect for our group: Family of four, plus our two kids each brought a friend.The views were fantastic - whales and turtles were constant companions, and we even saw manta rays on two separate occasions. The kids loved the pool and we all really enjoyed snorkeling the reef.The condo itself was lovely. Plenty of room for all. Bright and breezy. The lanai is a place I could spend hours and hours. The sunset views between Molokai and Lanai were just fantastic.The rental was very clean and extremely well-equipped with everything you would need; from the well-stocked kitchen to all of the "other stuff" (binoculars, beach chairs & Umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.).We loved every minute of it, and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again: we hope to!!Thank you John for being an excellent communicator.11/10 if I could.

Our stay at Nohonani what is the perfect location, well decorated and gorgeous views of the humpback whales 300 yards off our balcony. Our grandchildren loved the beachand the rock formations in the surf attracted grazing green sea turtles. We enjoyed the pool and grill, which were an excellent condition. We snorkeledon the reef with the sea turtles (maintain 10’). John was very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend renting from this host!

The condo was very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Our host was very quick to reply and very accommodating. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were included as they made our beach days much more enjoyable. Our favorite part was the location - close to Lahaina but a bit away from the touristy resort areas. Also being on the fourth floor on a corner was amazing - our son loved watching the whales and turtles from the deck every morning and evening. Would highly recommend staying here.

If you’re looking for a Hilton Stay- find you a Hilton. This is an intimate space with everything Maui. No AC was not a problem. It was 80 degrees in February and the afternoon may have got a tad warm but the breeze!!! Watch the turtles and whales in the ocean from your lanai. A few turtles even come up to the sand by the pool to sun bathe. They have coolers and beach chairs for you to use. Property manager was easy to reach and very helpful! Sweet gifts left for us too!

New appliances but refrigerator is to big for the space do to open all the silverware drawers you need to open the refrigerator door to pull them out. Investing in new deck chairs and table would make the area so much nicer.Also the listing said there are beach chairs which there were know do we had to rent some beach chairs . Also no bogie board that was listed.

This complex had its own beach which can be hit or miss based on property photos, with lots of turtles! Primary bedroom positioned perfectly to hear the waves crashing all night. We had so much fun - beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. Clean, well equipped, great location. We were here for a week in January and saw many many whales and turtles every single day from our balcony. It was lovely!! We had one issue with the electronic lock box battery dying (totally normal) and the host couldn't have been quicker to respond and help us out. Will definitely stay here again!!
