The condo was very comfortable and truly special. It offers stunning mountain views in the front and a small beach with ocean views right from the back porch—such a unique combination. We were lucky to see turtles both resting on the beach and swimming in the water, which made the stay even more memorable.There’s always a lovely breeze, making it incredibly relaxing to sit on the porch and take it all in. We noticed a few people snorkeling nearby, though we chose to go to a nearby airport beach for snorkeling, which was absolutely amazing. We also really enjoyed the uncrowded beaches in the area, especially Olowalu Beach.The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated.The location is super convenient, very close to Times Supermarket, a snorkel rental shop, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, and a great food truck courtyard with plenty of options. We also made the drive to Monsoon Indian Restaurant, and the food was excellent.Overall, a wonderful stay—we would definitely come back.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right next to the water!! We got to enjoy the sunset every night and the kids loved it. We really liked all the “extras” in the room including an ice chest, chairs, umbrella and beach toys that made it feel extra special. Room 400 was definitely a little nicer than 403 but you rent these room for the locations and the views! Having AC was really nice too. The hosts were great and the communication was excellent!Highly recommend!!!

This Condo is Beautiful. Had all the essentials we needed. We were impressed with the Location-(Oceanfront), Sunsets, Stunning Views, Turtles, Seals, Pool was nice, we saw a beautiful rainbow right outside our patio. Had such a great time. The view is stunning. We lost track of how many turtles we saw from the lanai. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and a grocery store. Close to lots of beaches but the beach in front of the condo is just as great as any of them. This was our second time at Nohonani and we will definitely be back.

Everything you could want for a great vacay! Front row, gorgeous ocean view overlooking the beautiful beachside pool. You get to choose: sandy beach or refreshing pool, both just steps away. John has done a great job making his condo spaces warm, comfortable and inviting with important attention to details. Great updates throughout the living spaces. Very comfortable beds and quality bedding. John was quickly responsive to any questions or requests we had. A really terrific place that made for a wonderful week.

Everything was great. We saw turtles on the beach, and whales spouting! It was great to sit on balcony with the great view of ocean! We enjoyed all the extras that were available. Snorkel masks, noodles etc. pool was clean and warm!

Incredible views and amenities! The condo was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as towels for beach. We saw tons of sea turtles from the balcony and got to watch the sunrise each morning. We will definitely be back and recommending to anyone who visits Maui!

We stayed for a week in this property and would love to stay again if given the opportunity. The views are outstanding. Whale sightseeing is easy--they sometimes appear right up close. Sea turtles are also frequent visitors. The condo was clean and inviting, close to a beach/park with a local coffee shop and bakery. The kitchen is small, but well stocked. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed studying the local lizard population. There are plenty of pool and beach supplies as well. Really it was the perfect arrangement and wish we could have stayed longer. Mahalo!

The place is cute and comfortable. Condo is very well stocked with all the beach things you’ll need! It was noisier than expected with the waves crashing against the cement wall out front. At high tide, it was hard to have conversations on the lanai or with doors open. Even when storm was done, it was loud. They may not be a concern for everyone, though.

Nohonani 201 was a lovely two bedroom unit. Super convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Great to have two full bathrooms. When the kids came up from the pool, it was easy to strip them down in the front bathroom and put all their wet suits and towels in the shower. Right above the pool was a great location. Ocean views from the lanai, living room and master bedroom were unobstructed. Got to watch whales breaching from the comfort of our vacation home. Kitchen well equipped. Full size refrigerator. No complaints of any kind!

The location of the condo was fantastic! We loved having beach access on the property. The condo does not have AC which we really didn't need. The only problem was sleeping with the windows and sliders open was impossible because the ocean was so loud. Never thought I would complain about the ocean being so loud. That being said, it was great and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfectly suited for our family of five. It provided easy access to all the activities we had planned for our time in Maui. Although we didn’t use the beach at the condo because the tide was high and reached the seawall most of the time, we still enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. It was a highlight of our trip and something I’ll miss the most! Initially, we were concerned about the noise of the ocean waves, but we quickly adjusted and will miss it when we return home. We were worried about the lack of air conditioning, but we slept comfortably. The condo had great fans and ocean breezes that kept it comfortable for sleeping. Beds were super comfortable, too! We were thrilled to spot whales and turtles right outside our condo, which was exactly what we had hoped for! The laundry in the unit was great for keeping towels and clothes clean throughout the trip. The hot water heater struggled to keep up with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens), so we had to be strategic with showering and leave plenty of time before dinner reservations, but it was fine once we figured it out! Overall, we highly recommend this condo!

We had an excellent stay! There were several thoughtful touches--our favorite was the coffee. Loved being right on the ocean and our view. We were there in mid-November and swam and snorkeled every day. We saw turtles every day, small manta rays twice, a small octopus once, and maybe a dolphin? Would definitely stay again. And extra thanks for the flexible check out as we had a late flight departure. We really got to enjoy our last day of vacation.

We had an excellent stay at Nohonani 300! The property was great, right on the beach with gorgeous sunset views and the sound of the waves were the perfect backdrop. The condo was well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we definitely appreciated the provided fans. We especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and chocolate to welcome us. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples or a family. The location was also perfect. We could be at multiple beaches in just a few minutes and we were close to both walking trails with just a short drive. We enjoyed lunch and dinner multiple times at Whalers Village. The host was extremely easy to work with and they communicated quickly and were so extremely kind with every communication. We would happily choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week here Nov 2025. We had both units for a larger group. The condo’s were completely stocked with seasoning, coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and more. The host was prompt and easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable! The condo and property were very clean and well landscaped. The pool was heated and fabulous! The tide was in most of the week and didn’t get much beach time in but was able to use it a few times. The only con was, one room didn’t have air conditioning…the breeze was wonderful and the couple slept great, not sure how it would be in the hotter months though. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!
