We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and the property was nice and clean. The only issue was that the patio doors (living room and bedroom) were not able to be locked. We tried numerous times to secure the door but you could force them open with moderate pressure. The area felt really safe and secure but always a concern that the patio couldnt be locked properly.

The condo looks the same as the pictures and was clean. Location could not be beat! You can step from the condo to the pool or the ocean. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. There is no AC, so it got a bit hot on some days, but the condo had lots of fans. Really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. Lots to do within walking distance. Try the food trucks!

My family rented this condo for 8 days. It was in a perfect location with the beach right outside so we could snorkel every morning. We were also able to have breakfast outside every morning and see the whales. The condo was clean and had extra towels, beach toys, chairs and more. The condo was in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants and a food truck park. We used the washer and dryer in the unit and it worked great. We would love to stay here again! You cannot go wrong with this condo.

This condo has a stunning view of the ocean! The sound of the ocean from the room was so peaceful although could get a little loud at night but was still well worth the view. The property and room were clean and very well kept. Having a washing machine to keep up on laundry was a great bonus and helped up pack lighter for the trip. My kids loved the place and we would happily come back again.

We spent a week here during the first week in November. The location was great. Beautiful views!! The 4th floor condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, kitchen (well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc), comfortable living space and lanai overlooking the water, pool and beach. The parking lot was small but never had an issue finding a spot. The only downfall is there is no air conditioning. For the most part, it wasn’t an issue but had a few shorts periods where it was pretty warm in the condo. We made it a point to get out and explore in the afternoon hours. Definitely would recommend this place.

This place is incredible. Right on top of the water, and has a bedroom, bathroom and pull out couch on each level. Perfect for traveling with a large group. Me and my husband brought our 4 teen daughters and let them use the upstairs level.
Another thing I love about this is the view from the loft at night. Full sky view! Highly recommend.

This condo is by far my new favorite place to stay in Maui! Everything about it was perfect. No need for AC here. The ocean breeze and the large open windows were glorious. I was sad to leave.

Condo was very nice. Oceanfront, nice balcony and awesome view. Sea turtles and a view of the last few remaining humpbacks leaving for Alaska could be seen from balcony. Nicely equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linens very nice. Could have used AC at times but fans were usually enough. The afternoon sun really beats down on the place but they also have sun blinds on the balcony which help but then blocks the view. Neighbors were at times very noisy. The balconies are close to each other and people tend to talk loud and party on them. Pool and beach small but nice. Not a great swimming beach as there are lots of rocks underneath the water but you can go in and snorkel if experienced and play in the waves if brave enough. Some beach toys like a bougie board and tubes would be nice. Nice small sandy beach though. I would say the place could use a good deep cleaning especially floors and bathroom. Parking lot small with small tight spaces. Pricing per night reasonable but all the add on extra fees way too much! Host fees especially high!

The suite is as it appears in the photos. The view is great and the location on the island was perfect for us. We were able to snorkel off the beach and get to nearby snorkelling areas. The big disappointment was in the cleanliness of the suite. Clearly they only cleaned superficially because when we pulled out the couch to set up the bed we found food underneath. In addition, in the bedrooms there were clothing items and garbage left from previous guests. The kitchen was also very dirty. Dried on food on surfaces. We stay in rentals all the time around the world and we have never encountered such a poorly cleaned suite. It was disappointing that we had to spend our vacation time cleaning the place.

We had an amazing time in Nohonani 300! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children (7-12) and everyone was blown away by the view (and sea turtle sleeping on the beach) the moment we walked in. The beach and pool were perfect for the kids (and adults). Coffee and equipment rentals are a quick walk and Lahaina and Whalers Village are short drives away.

Our stay was wonderful. JD, the Nohonani Manager, was friendly and helpful. The location is close to many fabulous snorkeling spots and the snorkeling in front of the condo is decent too. We saw lots of turtles swimming by while we were sitting on the lanai.
Wish the screen door to the lanai worked so we could have had some air circulation in the kitchen and living room but other than that we liked the condo.

The place was well maintained and the location was amazing. We were near Boss Frog and rented snorkeling gear and able to enjoy the ocean by the unit. We could used AC since we are from Vegas and used to the dry cool hot weather but the unit had enough fans and open windows to have breeze during the day. The host was very prompt on responses and we appreciated the welcome amenities.

Stayed for 14 days. Great area, but a couple things to consider if renting this unit...the furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture, the beach chairs were both broken, and the patio and bedroom are right next to beach entrance and outdoor shower. So, if u are looking for a more quiet unit, this is not the one. The unit was very clean, and the property is great! The beach is amazing, and the whole experience was wonderful!

We even seen a sea turtle beached here! The perfect place for a sunset every night. Beach towels are provided also so that’s nice to not have to pack the bulk.
Cons: the beds were terrible. The deck/Lenai was over crowded with furniture and made it difficult to move around.
All in all; I’d come back; but the beds won’t allow an extended stay for me…

We had a lovely week here. Yes, the condo (bathroom and kitchen) seems small at first glance and needs the popcorn on the ceiling scraped off. You notice the sliders are very difficult to open and are weathered, Then you realize it's because the unit is literally as close to the water as you can get. Yes, loud, but a lovely view. Sunsets with a cocktail nightly. Then, you notice the other details, including the kitchen supplied with nice dishes and cooking utensils. Small things like plastic wrap, plastic storage containers, nice knives, laundry pods, dish soap are supplied. We cook a lot, rather than eat out constantly and breakfast on the lanai was wonderful. Towels are nice and large, bedding and furniture adequate and clean. There is a small beach here that the other condos in the area do not have and it was swimmable when the beach at the high dollar and very crowded KaAnapali Beach was not due to rip tides and undertows. While we were on the beach, a huge Hono turtle crawled out of the water to nap while his buddies snacked on the reef. The pool is nice and warm and clean. It is a small problem where to store your suitcase since the closet is jammed with chairs, towels, toys, ironing board, boogie boards, etc. We took a beach chair to the beach and discovered it was broken. I called Your Perfect Stay management and we had a new one delivered to the condo before we got back from our outing so they were very responsive. They also left a nice welcome bag with startup coffee, candies, etc. and since we arrived very late, without time to go to teh Safeway down the street, we appreciated teh morning pot of coffee. We would stay in this area again, it felt very friendly. The last day there we woke to an orange and pink sunrise with a giant rainbow that went across the sky after a light rain. I am giving it 4 stars only because it is a little tight-but it certainly did not matter the longer we were there. One work of caution, it says it sleeps 4, and in our opinion that just won't work unless they are small children. For a couple, it's perfect.

We recently stayed at Nohonani 203 for our anniversary and let me tell you the location was absolutely amazing!! The condo was perfect it was clean, it had all the amenities and felt like home. We loved sleeping with the windows open listening to the waves crash at night. The private beach at the condo has amazing snorkeling where we saw sea turtles every day. This condo also is in great location to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, snorkel gear and other good beaches. We are already planning our trip for next year and will absolutely book this condo again!

I love this condo because it is about as close to the water as you can possibly get, there are honu (turtles) in the water in front and on the beach below, it is very comfortable, and it has a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Plus the whales! I went on a whale watch boat out of Lahaina for the first time ever, and, while I did see some whale activity, I actually saw better displays of whales playing from the condo lanai (balcony) than I did from the boat! Nohonani is a very friendly, small community - numerous guests gather on the pool deck for sunset and watch together. I am definitely coming back and staying in this unit again!

I can't even begin to express how absolutely perfect this condo is. My daughter and I stayed for two weeks and we had the very best time. The condo has everything you'd ever need or want and the decorating is super fun and all the little extra personal touches were so appreciated. We strung little lights on the lanai railing and used the pineapple candle supplied on the lanai every night while eating dinner. We watched turtles out in front, watched beautiful sunsets, blew the conch at sunset and saw several pods of whales even though it was late for them. The weather was perfect and although super warm, the cross ventilation & the fans provided all the cooling we needed. The placement of this condo at the end of the building away from the pool provided for quiet except for the crashing of the waves practically right out your door. It takes a few days to get used to those crashing waves at night. The condo was super clean, the extra cleaning was really appreciated and we had one small issue with a blind that fell down but was fixed the same day.
We have stayed at the Nohonani many times in prior years, but this is the first time in this condo and it will be our go-to condo for all future visits. Thank you for allowing us the use of your wonderful condo. It was an absolutely the BEST TIME EVER!

I cannot say enough great things about this condo. First of all, it has a phenomenal view of the ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Sunsets were fantastic. As to the unit itself, much thought and care went into the furnishings and amenities. The decor was light and beachy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals...and why eat out when the balcony ("lanai") has a better view than any restaurant on the island? We enjoyed the easy access to the BBQ, the beachside pool, and the sandy beach. A true gem!

It includes snorkel gear, which was very cool. The only downsides were the third step was broken and the dryer had trouble starting. If anything the pictures really undersell the experience...you are right on a private beach which, while small and perhaps not where you want to spend your full beach days, is still a great place to relax for a few hours or take a dip in the ocean. And the turtles...we saw turtles swimming by just about every day.There is a pool which is very warm and a great way to refresh in non salty water. We spent each sunset having a drink or dinner on our balcony, the view was fantastic. This is definitely a place we'd stay again.

Over all the room was great. A little out dated and needs a lot of fixing. Kitchen needs a lot of TLC and the 3rd step as you walk up to the loft area is very loose. My husband ended up falling twice because it’s so loose.

We spent a week at the Nohonani and loved the property. The building is showing its age but the property management does their best to keep the inside on the up and up. The location is mere footsteps from the ocean and there can be great snorkeling found just outside the natural rock barrier. The bed could use updated in the master but we slept fine due to the soothing ocean waves outside our window. Any issues we had during the week were resolved within minutes by the management team. There is a lovely little beach right out front with sea turtles swimming, amazing sunsets and easy swimming in the ocean. Comfy beds, cools off due to breezes. My wife and I and our friends really enjoyed this location. It was a 10-step walk to the pool and another 15 steps to a private sandy beach and beautiful ocean. The house itself was clean, well laid out, and was plenty of room for the four of us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, especially with all of the windows open to get a nice breeze. The location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops and only a short mile or two drive to groceries and many other restaurants. The residents we met out by the pool were very friendly and the entire complex is quiet throughout the day and night. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we were there and plan to stay at the same location in the future.

This condo was perfect! Everything was so neat and tidy, and we appreciated the modern renovations. Like many other guests, we were wondering how comfortable we would be with no AC, but it was not an issue at all. There were plenty of fans, and the ocean breeze kept the place very comfortable. We had wonderful weather during our stay that provided great conditions for swimming and snorkeling right outside the condo. The building and grounds were also very well kept, and the pool was lovely. The only fault we found was that all of the pots and pans were scratched so much that we didn't feel comfortable using them. Understandable with nonstick in a vacation rental, and luckily there are many places to eat within a short distance from the unit.
All in all, this was one of my better vacation stays, and I would definitely return here with my family in the future.

This condo was exactly as listed with additional beach gear available for your stay (pool noodles, snorkeling gear, chairs and umbrellas). Be sure to check the closets for extra essentials, such as fans! There was a small issue on the day that we checked in (they were fumigating the unit), but Miranda was communicative and accommodated our group. We all loved how close we were to all the great beaches (including the one just steps from the door) and all of the shops in Honokowai.

While the home was adequately cleaned and had some nice touches upon arrival, my experience with Vacasa was far from satisfactory.
The lack of air conditioning made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, as the noise from the waves was constant and disruptive. This issue was compounded by the fact that the unit was uncomfortably hot, even with fans running.
To make matters worse, Vacasa scheduled a refrigerator delivery during our stay without proper notice. We were awoken from our sleep by a delivery person who entered the unit without our consent. The delivery took over an hour and a half, causing significant disruption to our day and vacation. During this time, their representative laid all of the blame on us for the situation, and we felt like we were being treated unfairly. Despite being promised compensation and multiple attempts to reach out to them, we were still waiting for a response at the time of this review.
I found Vacasa's representatives to be unhelpful and unsympathetic to our situation, with a complete lack of consideration for its guests. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against booking with this company in the future.
While the home itself had some positive attributes, overall, my experience with Vacasa and this property was disappointing. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions and avoid the same frustrating and disappointing situation.

There are beach chairs and a cooler provided on the condo lanai, and inside abundant towels for the beach and bathing. With the beach so close, it was soothing to fall asleep to waves. The pool was warm and cleaned every morning. This is our second time staying here, and it did not disappoint. Great location, a beautiful condo, and incredible views. Perfect one-level for our toddler and close to a park with a beach. The pool on the property and beach are also convenient for parents and kids.

This place was great for what we are were looking for, and the property looks just like the pictures. You have your own private beach, the kitchen had everything you might need it was very realizing we got to see a turtle and even saw two whales from the house which was great. If you are doing the road to Hana it is a little far and will take the whole day

The location is good and the unit looks cute in the pictures but when you see it in person it is worn out, needs some maintenance. Our experience was terrible and it was my bday week and first time in Maui.
The unit was flooded upon arrival, water up to my ankles! I turned off water my self and swept the gallons of water out as much as I could. When maintenance got there, they pumped out the rest of the water and told us they'll return in the a.m to place fans. Then they entered back in the evening without notice while we were occupying (we are 2 girls in our swim wear). The maintenance man lied and said the unit was safe. The water remediation came the 3rd day(entered with out notice). I felt violated and concern at this point. The water remediation man showed us the water meter reader, the levels were high.We were forced to move and cancel all our reservations that day and Vacasa Response,"We are reimbursing you One day, waiving the cleaning fees". No Sorry, No thank you - for acting fast in stopping the water. Not even a complete refund. Dylan the manager for Vacasa was insensitive and encouraged me to leave a review and take legal actions. so I took his advice. This company is a joke and save yourself a headache and rent elsewhere.

The property suited our needs for this stay. Highly recommend getting groceries at Walmart or Costco which are both on the way from the airport. There’s also Safeway,
Whole Foods, etc. We were close to great restaurants with a variety of menus. The best part was access to a small beach area, and having accessories provided by this location. Watching the turtles play or being able to snorkel from the condo couldn’t be beat. The condo was redone at some point. Overall it was nice and met our needs. There were a few spots where flooring was broken or slid under our feet. We would recommend this location.

This condo has a stunning view of the ocean! The sound of the ocean from the room was so peaceful although could get a little loud at night but was still well worth the view. The property and room were clean and very well kept. Having a washing machine to keep up on laundry was a great bonus and helped up pack lighter for the trip. My kids loved the place and we would happily come back again.

Location is great! The floors were extremely dirty, my socks needed bleaching after one day. Door locks were gummed up and hard to use. Several lever windows were inoperable. The site management didn't control loud unruly pool behavior, so we had 2 full days of not being able to use the pool and obnoxious screaming and noise up to 9:30pm.

My family rented this condo for 8 days. It was in a perfect location with the beach right outside so we could snorkel every morning. We were also able to have breakfast outside every morning and see the whales. The condo was clean and had extra towels, beach toys, chairs and more. The condo was in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants and a food truck park. We used the washer and dryer in the unit and it worked great. We would love to stay here again! You cannot go wrong with this condo.

The view is fabulous from this unit. We watched whales jumping and turtles swimming and resting on the beach right next to the retaining wall. The unit is spacious and comfortable. Really appreciate the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also the washer and dryer. We lived to be able to walk right out the front door to watch the sea.

This was a lovely place to stay. It was so nice to just walk out the lanai and onto the beautiful beach. We had turtles grace us a couple times during our stay. Our family snorkeled right outside our lanai. If you have binoculars you can whale watch fairly easily.
The beds were comfortable and hearing the waves right outside your bed at night was very relaxing. One of the members of my party gets really hot at night so consider this when booking as there is no AC but plenty of fans.

Small discount given for time spent in condo Lanai door does not open easily and had handyman come twice to fix it. Overall, a good casual condo with an excellent view. Pros: Direct ocean front view. Turtles visible almost every day. Location near a bus stop and short drive to many good restaurants. Two bathrooms. Lots of towels. Corner/End unit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, etc. Elevator. W&D in unit. Cons: No A/C. Had to slam front door to close it. Bedroom carpets need shampooing or replacing. Main bath needs a deep clean. The beach access was a long step down without a railing to a plastic step stool.

The pictures given on your site are expansed to give you impression of the space is larger. Sleeping seven people was trying at best. The place was well appointed, but was also well worn. The dryer worked three times and failed to work for the rest of our stay. Vacasa was called and sent out an associate to fix minor problems but had to call an appliance person to fix it. They had trouble getting a technician to fix the dryer during our stay. By the way, does the cost of your fee ,can I be compensated for not having a dryer to use for the 10 days I was out of use for the dryer? I stayed at this unit before and the picture have new and old pictures of the unit. The beach was not accessible to my wife. To access the beach, which was 5 feet down to access, was a ledge and a piece on concrete with a plastic step to the beach! This should be noted in your description because that was one of the reason we stay there. Please update. Knowing this I would have stayed elsewhere, Shame on you! I hope to hear from you, I will be VERY interested in your explanation of your lack of clarity for of information. The management told us that the erosion has been going on for YEARS! They have pictures on the building to show this! Please update pictures to show this. Hope to hear from you. Vicki and Steve

Amazing view, right on the beach. In addition to seeing the beautiful ocean, Lanai, and Molokai, we were treated to whales breaching and sea turtles on other properties beach. The unit had everything we needed, even a set of beach chairs. Great location on west side that's not in the middle of all the big resorts.

I have stayed in many units in Nohonani complex. This one was in the best location but was very uncomfortable and by far the worst kept. The furniture was very outdated, master bed legs were broken. All furniture was old and uncomfortable. Wiring was janky, frayed, cockroaches in the kitchen. It is so sad because this unit is perfect for watching turtles and whales. We enjoyed our trip due to being outside. Inside… not so much. And by far was the most expensive. I won’t stay in this unit again unless they update it and fix the issues. Thinking maybe staying at a different complex next time.
