We have stayed in this condo four times. We appreciate having two separate spaces with twin beds for our family of four. The large lanai with comfortable furniture is a draw for us as well.The unit could use a good cleaning and some updating. The area behind the Murphy bed is quite dirty. The silverware drawer was full of crumbs. The floor was sticky and had a damaged tile with sharp edges in the through way. The decor is very dated, and the kitchen cupboards are jam-packed with old, miscellaneous items. The last two times we’ve rented this condo, we were locked out the day before checkout. Communication between the front desk and Chase’NRainbows is lacking. It was frustrating to deal with that twice! We had a second condo reserved through Chase’NRainbows the following week. We requested a late checkout because no guests were arriving that day. We were charged an additional $50 for those hours even though we were moving to another CR condo. No acknowledgement, apologies or compensation was offered for the hassle of being locked out the day before. We’ve rented several condos through Chase’NRainbows. Unfortunately, service has waned since they were bought out by Castle Resorts. We’ll look elsewhere in the future.

This unit was perfect for our family of four with teenagers! Plenty of room and enjoyed our evenings on the Lanai. The property was exactly like the photos but unfortunately the floors were quite dirty. Contacted the manager but had no reply. We cleaned the floors and were good to go for the next 10 days. Other than that this unit is awesome and we would stay here again!!

Room is in a great location, ocean view from the lanai and pool view. Rooms were clean. Great setup for multiple families. Big kitchen, adequately stocked. They have a griddle for pancakes. Two refrigerators but only one worked. Lights around the king Murphy bed are broken. The beds could use a topper because they are not particularly comfortable. But these were not Big issues for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this room again.

A lovely unit in Maui Ka’anapali Villas. The owners have a wonderful place. I would highly recommend!The second question below....were you satisfied with the property’s general condition? Maintenance should not be lumped in with quality of furniture and amenities. It should be separate, simply because Chase’n Rainbows is not on the ball with maintenance and communication, however furniture and amenities are great! How do you answer that?Overall, a beautiful spot and I would definitely recommend this. You cannot go wrong.

It’s a big beautiful space however no drawers to put your clothing into. We had to live out of our suit cases. The queen is a Murphy bed with an uncomfortable mattress. With a few upgrades this condo could be fabulous.
