We had a great vacation in this unit. Centrally located couple minutes to walk to the Kings or Queens markets. Closet had all the beach toys in it we needed for our kids, would definitely like to come again.

This condo is in the perfect location in Waikoloa beach resort. Close to shops & restaurants, a few minutes drive to the beach. Price is very reasonable compared to other units in the area. Beautiful view from lanai. It had an everything you could need in the kitchen. It is however, showing its age and in need of a refresh in furniture, lamps and linens. Cleaning is not thorough but just adequate. Overall a good value.

Condo was clean, well furnished and conveniently situated. Excellent instructions and directions from owner. Just minutes from the King’s and Queen’s shopping complex’s.

We have been to the big island multiple times and have stayed in many different condos / homes, and this one by far was our favorite. The home was well laid out, clean, conveniently located, and easy to work with. We really hope that we get an opportunity to utilize the space again it really made our family vacation something special.
A special shout out to Hisanori, the owner, who was easy to communicate with, very professional and extremely helpful.

The property was in a great location. Wonderful walk to the queen shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable but all the pillows need replacing. The communication with the owner before arriving was great.

The home was in one of the best locations on the island. It was close to many great snorkeling beaches. The house was very clean and had an extremely well stocked kitchen. It also had everything we needed for the beach. Awesome views of golf course and sunsets. Great rental.

This is a great location, easy walking to shops & restaurants and a good location for exploring the island. A-Bay is very close & the lava lava beach club is great. This was our first time at the Big Island and we truly loved the island. The outdoor patio is great for lounging in the breeze on the golf course.
The condo was spacious and good value for money. Hisanori provided very specific detailed instructions for everything including how to check in and directions on how to use everything. The host was a great communicator. The linens could use a refresh, they were a bit worn down and the condo could use a deep clean.
Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed the location.

We really enjoyed the stay! Great communication with the host and a quick response time. It is a beautiful condo right on the golf course. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and lots of shops nearby. It is really nice, well decorated and a quiet location. We made good use of the large assortment of beach toys and the well appointed kitchen. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

The condo was very nice and had everything you would need during your stay, conveniently located close to pool, fitness center and grills with a nice view of the golf course . Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The complex itself is very well maintained and had a resort like feel, the pool was one of the nicest I've seen. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and unfortunately we had some people above us who were very loud, at all hours of the day it seemed. The unit itself is wonderful, and Hisanori is a very gracious and generous host and allowed a late checkout in order for us to smoothly transition to our next lodging (we had refrigerated items). The condo had lots of amenities, such as boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, coolers and even a bidet in the master bathroom toilet! We never used it but I thought that was something neat to have. The beds were very comfortable. Based on the other comments, he has replaced the couch in the living area which serves as futon for additional sleeping space, but we didn't use that.
The kitchen has a rice cooker, which was a nice appliance to have. The refrigerator was clean and spacious. I would only suggest having an additional kitchen towel for when the other one is being washed. The same goes for the hand towels in the bathrooms. Having one additional one per bathroom would help a lot when the towels are being washed. We used the BBQ grills by the pool a few times during our stay, and they were very well maintained and they had a bucket of disinfectant wipes there to help keep things clean. I appreciated having enough garbage bags so we could take out the garbage each night, as well as access to some cleaning products to wipe down the counters, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towels, and it was apparent that previous guests have left various other items in the bathrooms which can come in handy if needed, such as alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for first aid.
It was also very convenient to have dedicated covered parking right by the stairs.
We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.

First I want to thank Hisanori for his patience as we had to rebook 3 times due to Covid 19. It was all worthwhile as we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Big Island and staying in Hisanori’s condo. It was well stocked with everything that is needed including toys and beach chairs for trips to the beach. Turkeys and Nene patrol the grounds and try to avoid the golfers on the 15th hole of the Beach Course. We were not disappointed and will try to book this property again if it is available.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! We liked being close to the beach and just down the road from Hapuna and some good snorkel sites! The condo was comfortable and had lots of good pantry supplies and a good variety of pots and pans plus a nice rice cooker! There was a closet full of beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards plus a lovely, although often busy, pool and hottub! A few small things that would have been appreciated were a cutting board or mat, more dish towels and wash cloths, newer throw rugs. Overall, we loved this property and would be very happy to stay here again!

We loved everything about this stay, our favorite among the 5 different places we explored during our 1-month stay on the Big Island. It was perfect for remote work and study as a family. You can start your morning by going for a walk along the golf course and the Petroglyph trail right next to the door. At lunch, you can take a quick dip in the amazing, heated swimming pool and spa. After work, swim for a couple of hours and admire the sunset at one of Kona's beaches: Mauna Kea, Hapuna, or Amaniniowali, all within 15 min drive or less. At night, grill your dinner in the BBQ area across the parking lot and savor it on the lanai. There you go - your recipe for happiness. You are welcome.

Rental was easy - price is good. So easy to walk to higher end shopping. Anaehoomalu Beach is walking distance (also easy to drive 3 minutes). Condo has lots of boogie boards, floaties, cooler, beach chairs and towels. Kitchen is very well stocked; and I love that others have left their spices & condiments-made cooking so much easier.
