The location of this property was great. Close to Whalers and all restaurants. This was our first experience staying on the Kaanapali side and it won’t be the last. The property and people were so accommodating and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room itself fit us perfectly.

We had a fabulous time. The amenities were great. We had coffee every morning. My dad swam every morning and we all enjoyed the hot tub and pools. The beach was right there and we enjoyed it every day. We walked to Whaler and Westin every day as well. We will be back!

Our whole stay was great. We travelled with our two teenage daughters and there was ample space for the whole family. Having a second bathroom was great as well.
The whole property is so well maintained, the beach is amazing and the shopping area and restaurants nearby was easily walked to. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay at Ka’anapali that wants more room for their family.

My family and I spend 6 days swimming, sunning, snorkeling, shopping and eating at this prime location. The condo accommodated 4 adults and one teen on the couch. The morning views of the mountains and afternoon rainbows were spectacular. Even though the apartment is a little dated, it was fabulous. We would definitely go back again!!

Regans condo was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy our Maui vacation. It was centrally located, clean, spacious and comfortable. The on-site gym was awesome...plenty of weights and machines along with two Peloton bikes. We were busy most days but did enjoy our one pool/beach day relaxing at the pool. I would absolutely stay again!

This is a well maintained older Resort. This wonderful condo is located directly on Kaanapali beach, has three pools, one is a family pool, one is a children’s wading pool, and the last one is a quite pool. It also has two large hot tubs. The pool area also has a large cabana with two large screen tv’s, coffee, water, lots of seating and many BBQ’S. The condo itself was just as advertised only more well stocked, if you might need it, she seems to have stocked two or three of them. The beds are soft a comfy with plenty of linens and pillows.The living space was larger than expected and we had plenty of room for everyone to feel as if they all had a space. The hide a bed was not for adults, but she had two roll up mattresses that were quite comfortable. The lanai was quite large unlike others we have stayed at. A outside table for four which we loved sitting at and enjoying the views of the mountains and beautiful partial view of ocean. Also the lanai had two comfortable lounge chairs. Having two bedrooms, two full bathrooms a laundry room with utility sink, separate controls for each area central air conditioning, large eating and living areas made us feel right at home. On the lanai you will also find a storage container with boogie boards, bamboo beach rolls, sand and water toys, coolers, some snorkeling gear, beach chairs, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we comeback we will definitely try to book again. You just can’t beat the price, location and amenities.

The 2nd bedroom is very small and off the living area, so you can hear anything going on in living area if you are trying to sleep. Unit and decor seems old - sofa arms repaired with large pieces of tape. Kaanapali Beach has experienced recent erosion (Sep-Oct 2022) and the boardwalk is wiped out in front of resort. Moreover, beach areas up and down Kaanapali were impacted and there are drop off areas up and down the beach. Resort seems geared to families with young children. Nicer of 2 pools was filled with toddlers much of the time we were there. Overall, I simply did not feel like we were staying in a resort as I have in the past at other places.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious unit! We have a family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) so having a kitchen, eating area and plenty of space to spread out was key! We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony as well. We loved the central location of this condo. Regan was very responsive whenever we had questions about the unit. And the staff at the Ali'i were friendly. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

My husband and 3 kids (ages 10, 8, 8) had a nice stay at this location. Two bedrooms with one pull out sofa. The view from the lanai is mainly the mountains.
The property itself is in a great location. The beach is great for boogie boarding (there were some on the lanai, however they didn't have leashes attached). Black rock is a short walk up the beach where we snorkeled and saw turtles nearly every day.
Alii itself unfortunately doesn't have a pool bar or restaurant. There are great restaurants within walking distance.
Overall, a great place with a very nice host!

The hotel amenities are great! Pool is beautiful and the Gym is fantastic! We did not use the clay courts, but they look amazing. The unit is on the 10th floor which is fantastic! It has a beautiful, long lanai and is perfect for two couples! While the unit is a bit dated, it checked the boxes.

Regan was great and even let us check-in early when our plans changed! The condo was spacious with an amazing view (rainbows, mountains, beach). The floor plan was perfect for us and the condo well stocked with basics and beach equipment. The property itself is exactly what you expect from a resort with attentive service. Donna at the concierge office booked our snorkeling and luau for us and we loved both! Plenty of places to walk for drinks and food or a quick ride to Lahaina to Safeway and lots of other fun things to do!

We had a great time during our stay! The location is walking distance from Whalers Village which is convenient when there are small kids present. The property was clean on arrival and came with umbrellas and some toys for the beach. Do note that the second bedroom is basically a converted closet…. very spacious but the doors are shutters so they do not shut out any sound from the living room. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely come back!

Overall we liked the place very much. It was clean, as advertised, and the pool/towel service was great. Some of the finishes, etc were a bit dated but still functional. The second bedroom off the main sitting area has barn doors and a step to get down so if you get up in the middle of the night that may not be the best room for you. I would stay here again

First and foremost, I want to thank Regan. She always gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time if you have concerns or questions, and is a pleasure to work with.
The Condo was exactly as described on the 10th floor of the Kaanapali Alii with great view of the mountains and golf course.
Comfy beds and furniture, everything you could need, just add groceries!
The location could not be better, your literally steps away from one of the best beaches in the world, many restaurants within walking distance, the Whalers Village has lots of shopping and restaurants. Also we were able to get beach chairs at ANY time of day, and the condo has many beach toys including boogie boards, noodles and a sun umbrella that came in very handy.
Also a shout out to the staff at the front desk, Chris and all the bellhops were very helpful, and the great staff at the pool shack, they all made our vacation so stress free and relaxing.
After being there for only a couple days of our weeklong vacation, we were convinced this was the place to be, and we contacted Regan to book for next year.

I have stayed at the Alii probably 10 times in the last 25 years. Regan's home was just as described and the pictures are accurate. It hasn't been updated but all was comfortable and Reagan is wonderful to work with.

We loved our stay in this property! The unit is well-appointed and offers everything that you need. Very comfortable.
It has not yet been redone so some of the furnishings are older (carpet mainly), but we barely noticed. The owners are very responsive and work well with the Alii staff. It was our 10th time visiting the Alii and it was very memorable!

The location is very nice . The beach is nice . Regan was very nice and prompt to answer our concerns. We had some issues with the shower and let her while nothing was done but she showed concern and tried to solve the issue . We will stay here again!

We had such a great time during our stay. The property was in a great location, the amenities were perfect for our family and the condo was perfect. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room it was just what we needed we spent alot of family time there. Along with it came access to the owners beach toys which we used daily. Reagan was great, friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing week on Maui staying at the Kaanapali Alli. The condo met our expectations (as others noted it is outdated, but fully functional and has everything g we needed). We travelled with 3 teenagers, and had lots of room to spread out. We especially loved our morning breakfasts outside on the deck. The view of the mountains was lovely. The location is pure perfection. The beach is amazing, staff was so helpful, and the pool was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. The beach umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards were also a great surprise. Regan the owner was also very great to work with.
