The host, condo and view get 5-stars! The entire experience from booking through check out was stellar. We stayed for 13 days and it was pure bliss. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well appointed with the proper tools, which makes meal prep easy.
The location of the condo is a good central location. We found it easy to Haleakala and the Road to Hana. The beach Cam lI is directly across the street from the condo entrance. The snorkeling right off the beach is amazing. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels being provided.
The condo is located close to restaurants, shops and groceries too. The area is safe, the people are friendly, it’s beautiful. The grounds are immaculate. The assigned parking spot is great location.
The bed was comfortable. We did not have any issue sleeping even though the condo does not have central A/C. The A/C unit is in the living area but we used the ceiling fan in the bedroom and it was perfect for sleeping.
We loved the balcony setup with chairs and a table as well as a couch, we spent a lot of time admiring the mountain and ocean from there.
Do not hesitate to book this condo, it will not disappoint! Mahalo!

We loved our stay at this condo in Kihei Akahi! It was clean, very comfortable, had all the necessities, great communication with the owner, and our favorite was the view from the lanai that we sat on each morning and evening watching the sun go up and down! The pool was great, and it was a great location for restaurants and the beach right across the street. We didn’t wanna leave! The front desk staff were so helpful as was everyone there! We highly recommend it, just perfect for the two of us! 💕

Perfect place to stay in Kihei - right across the street from Kamaole 11 and only a 5 min walk to great restaurants and shops The bonus was meeting some fun people to play pickleball with every morning. Condo was great but the lanai’s are small and the bathroom needs upgrading. Jim was a great host and responded promptly to any questions we had.

Fantastic location, right across from the beach with amazing sunsets. This apartment was fully stocked with everything you will need for a Maui vacation, including beach chairs and even some snorkel gear. The host was very welcoming with communication and helped get us prepared for our stay. There is a nice view from the patio that provides the perfect breakfast spot. Would stay again if I ever make it back to Maui.

This condo had everything we needed for a great stay including beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our days at the beach! The bed was comfortable and although the a/c is located in the living room, we found the bedroom was still nice for sleeping with the overhead fan. Having the bathroom sink outside of the actual toilet/shower area was a really nice feature with plenty of hooks for towels. The washer/dryer unit was so appreciated for our extended stay, we really have just good things to say about this unit and would absolutely stay here again!

Went to Maui to attend a family wedding on the beach, this property was essentially right across the street from the wedding venue (being the beach....). Jim was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end (and the beginning was pre-Covid), he assisted us with cancelling our original booking and then re-booking it about one year later - he also worked with our dates (which were not Saturday to Saturday, so probably a pain for him).
The condo was bright and clean and exactly as advertised...a beautiful view from the lanai and all the amenities one would expect from a condo. I'm not a swimmer by any stretch, and most evening dining was with family or at a restaurant, so we didn't use the property's facilities to the fullest extent - although it has a couple of pools and some BBQ pits on offer for those who are interested. There was wifi on offer in the condo, which was helpful those two or three mornings where clients of my business just could not leave me alone, sigh.
Overall, I was very happy with our experience and we would certainly stay here again on a return to this island.

Looking for a great spot to access the beach and just need a place to crash? Look no further! We appreciated the well stocked unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, and noodles! The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the indoor and outdoor serving wear for dinners down by the pool.

We SO enjoyed our stay here. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The place is clean, comfortable and was perfect for us. We always try to cook and/or make sandwiches for our trips, so we appreciated the clean and well appointed kitchen.
We also appreciated the wifi, tv/cable, comfortable bed and especially the location. We also appreciated the washer/dryer. There is air conditioning, but we only used it the first night until we realized how beautiful the cross-breezes are from the ocean. So the open screen on sliding glass doors from lanai and the open screen on front door, was awesome -- honestly, it was a treat. And even with the front door locked at night, the breeze with ceiling fans was perfect.
The office was helpful in check-in. We arrived late and it was dark. A security officer was most helpful in telling us what building was ours and where our parking spot was. That was a relief.
Not only were the accomodations nice, but we had use of beach towels and beach chairs. We tried the boogie board, too. I had one good ride on a huge wave at "Big Beach" that also wiped me out -- at age 60, that was plenty for me. But it was fun.
I can't say enough about the owner and his communication, which was helpful well before we even left for our trip and again during our visit. It's a great place.
Honestly, my first impression was that it was an older place, and I was initially concerned about a smaller bathroom. But - the place is so nicely remodeled and pleasant that I would stay again in a heartbeat. The shower felt so good at the end of the day to wash all that saltwater off, and we could relax and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening after a day of exploring. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

I have stayed in this condo complex several times and love the location. Jim's condo was the best one I have stayed in. The condo is just as listed. Its updated, has a great shower, and the bed was insanely comfortable. I will stay here again for sure. Thanks for everything Jim! It was awesome ;-)

Great little condo, short walk to the three public beaches in Kihei. Well stocked, provides beach chairs, umbrella, etc and fully stocked kitchen equipment. Beautiful patio with view of the condo gardens below and ocean view to the south. Highly recommend this place.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, gave me lots of information. The property was well maintained. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying the view, when I wasn't in the beach was great. All we can say is this place really does have it all. In the heart of paradise, this condo was everything we could ask for and more. The unit was exactly what we bargained for and Chris and Jim take special care to make sure their guests don't have to worry about a thing. We have recommended this unit to two of our family members already and will do so again and again when asked about our stay in Kihei. We loved every minute of our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

The condo was perfect for our vacation to Maui. Chris and Jim were easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean, and the perfect size. My husband and I really enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai with the plumeria trees below. The very short walk to the beach was perfect for our morning snorkel and evening sunsets. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was so easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. We will definitely book this place on our next trip to Maui.

This condo was very comfortable with everything provided for in an extremely organized manner. We cooked in a lot and had every conceivable dish and utensil one could want. Other household items were provided including nuts and bolts! The frame of my prescription sunglasses broke and my husband was able to repair them with a hot glue gun that we were easily able to find! Beautiful and comfortable furnishings added to our comfort and a place we looked forward to returning to at the end of the day. Jim was a great communicator and extremely professional, attending to every need or question as they arose.
The location was perfect with easy access to all parts of the island and within a very short walking distance to the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park across from the condo and to several restaurants. (We liked the 808 Bistro)
Don't miss the Kihei Café where they have the most scrumptious omelets ever.

The location is great, the beach is right there and it is an easy drive to many other parts of the island. Our family would stay here again!
