The place was just as described and was super clean! I had to contact the owner once and he was super responsive and promptly helped us out. We had a great time and the location of the condo is a short walk from the beach with a great view.

Almost everything we needed was in the condo (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards), but get your own snorkel gear. Location convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores. We ended up renting paddleboards, and there is a board storage area at the front of each building (you need to provide your own padlocks). We saw turtles off the beach at the condo, but definitely get in the car and drive south for good snorkeling. The view from the lanai is half beautiful ocean and half parking lot. A small complaint is that it is very easy to hear the upstairs neighbors (scooting chairs, moving furniture??) and smell their cooking through the ventilation.

Everything was easy about this rental. Owner would even responding quickly over text with answers to my questions. Master bathroom is newly remodeled and the whole building was nicely taken care of. Would highly recommend!

Great communication with owner. Beautiful property! Perfect location. We had wild children and the field in front of the beach was a perfect area for them to run in. The place is quiet and centrally located. The unit itself is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were comfortable with our family of five. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Stayed for four nights as a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens). The place is great - clean, quiet, convenient, and the views are breathtaking. Check in and communication were smooth. The place is definitely on the smaller side, with a small living room, so a bit tight for 5, but worked very well for a shorter stay.

The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels for our family of 6. The location was drivable to lots of great beaches and restaurants although none were comfortable walking distance away. The pool was clean and nice and everyone enjoyed it. The beach in front of the property wasn’t good for swimming but offered great views of the sunset. The view from the room was pretty nice too. Overall the condo and location were a good fit - if not a bit snug for our family.

This property was just as listed. Being able to see the ocean from the condo and walk directly to the beach with out crossing a street was wonderful! Shops and restaurants nearby.. Condo had everything we needed. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists yet convenient to attractions. We loved it more every day we were there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei! The property was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, especially watching the whales! The property is located right at the beach with easy access. We used the pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities. All were in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely fantastic! Close to shopping (walkable), beautiful property. Laundry wasn’t in the condo but extremely close and convenient. Ultra luxurious! We had a brief problem with the A/C, the owner took care of it immediately. We would stay here again anytime.

We arrived at this condo after 5 nights at the Westin Nanea in Lahaina. I was worried it would be a letdown for the family but it was such a cozy unit and a nice change of pace from the craziness of the larger resorts. It was clean and met our needs. House cleaner was wonderful and responsive, the pool and hot tub were nice, and the view from the lanai was perfect. A great final few nights in paradise!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool and beach were excellent and extra beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards were a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!). This condo is a great setup for a family of four. The beds were comfortable which is a priority for me! We could see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. We used the kitchen each day which had everything you could need. This condo also comes stocked with everything you could need for a beach day including snorkels and boogie boards. The owner is great to work with in coordinating the use of the property.

We had such a great time with the two weeks in Maui. Did several activities and site seeing. Stephen’s place was excellent. Views were amazing and it felt like a small town with manageable traffic. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We had lots to celebrate and were grateful to stay in your beautiful condo! We loved the view from our balcony. The layout worked great for our family of 5. The king bed in the 2nd bedroom was split so all the girls could have their own bed. The hideaway bed looked brand new and I was told was very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and furniture was comfortable. Everything was very clean!
Thoughts for improvement may be black out curtains as the sun shines in brightly in the early mornings, TV remote batteries need to be replaced, and kitchen table was rather large and only used for storage.
