You can also book directly with us by visiting our website: Kona Kool Penthouse Nestled within one of Kona's most popular oceanfront resorts, we love our modern yet cozy one bedroom/one bath condo that overlooks Hawaii's stunning Kailua Bay. We renovated our unit in October of 2023, complete with top of the line stainless steel appliances (including a countertop ice maker that magically makes ice for your favorite beverages in minutes!) and we've invested in the highest quality furniture and amenities including a fully equipped kitchen as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Our king size bed, queen size sofa bed, and linens are premium, offering a sleep experience akin to a luxury hotel. We liked mixing contemporary furniture sourced from Kona's top furnishings shops with select vintage Hawaiian pieces to create a warm, inviting island feel that's both comfy, uncluttered, and relaxing. A spacious living area opens up to a private lanai with stunning ocean views and spectacular sunsets. We love savoring our morning Kona coffee or favorite cocktail while watching gentle waves lap against the shoreline. Absolute bliss! Once inside, double-paned glass windows and doors guarantee serene quiet. (Many older Kona Reef units still have hand crank single pane windows and those types of windows cannot guarantee complete protection from outside noise.) Your Seamless Guest Experience: Our unit is professionally managed by Nick and his team at Elite Pacific, and they're the best. Throughout your entire Kona Kool vacation, Nick's expert team promptly addresses questions and resolves any issues. They can even arrange special extra services like a personal chef. Importantly, you can count on clear communication and easy-to-follow instructions for a completely personalized lodging experience. Nick's 10+ years on the Big Island make him a terrific resource for "insider" recommendations, and his spirit of Aloha comes straight from the heart. Nick takes care of our home away from home as he does his own, and it shows. Ease of Access: Kona Kool Penthouse is a breeze to find! When you enter Kona Reef’s main parking lot from Alii Drive, the elevator to our unit is right next to the property office - the only elevator you’ll need to arrive at the condo. No wandering through the resort looking for the right elevator. And great news: there are absolutely no stairs to climb. Full Air-Conditioning Throughout: Whisper quiet split a/c in both the living area and bedroom guarantee your utmost comfort. (Please be aware that some units at Kona Reef offer only minimal a/c in the living area and no a/c in the bedroom. Some units offer no air conditioning at all!) At Kona Kool Penthouse, your personalized custom temperature is always at your fingertips. Explore Kona's Vibrant Local Tapestry: Location is paramount, and Kona Reef delivers. A variety of dining options, unique boutique shops, lively farmer's markets, and captivating seasonal events are all within walking distance!
