The property was exactly as the pictures imply - beautiful and clean with an excellent remodel. While the unit is on the small side, it was perfect for our family and perfectly adequate. The ocean views are incredible. Sitting out on the balcony with a good cup of coffee each morning was the perfect start to each day. We even saw multiple whales with their calves swimming in the waters just offshore. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and fully updated, and the furnishings and decor were all new throughout. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and communication with them was easy. Our only suggestion would be to add a Keurig coffeemaker to the kitchen. Excellent stay and we will definitely return!

Excellent view. Clean and welcoming. It was really nice to wake up and look out master window to see the ocean swells roll in. Very quite while I was there.

WOW ! This property has ocean views from the living room and two bedrooms. We live where we are land-locked. To sleep everynight to the sound of the actual ocean waves was amazing. I am so glad I chose this unit from other ones in the same complex because of the top floor views. The lower units (even being ocean front) views are blocked by the heavy vegetation. Beautifully decorated unit. All you need is your toothbrush. Everything is provided. Even snorkel gear beach chairs, towels...Everything provided is in such great condition you think its brand new. So nice to have tv's in both bedrooms & living room with both Cable & Smart TV. We remote work and the wifi was excellent. So was the desk provided in the master bedroom. Plenty of electrical extentions to plug in laptops...The owners have the true "ALOHA" spirit. They are so kind and caring. We visited during November (the rainy season). It was amazing to sit on the balcony and stay completely dry while watching the rain, rainbows & the ocean waves... The other plus is A/C that can be controlled individually from each bedroom and the living room. We did not have to use it much, being winter, but perhaps in the summer it may be needed at certain times of the day. The complex is quiet(except for the Roosters, they are everywhere on the Island) and excellenty maintained. Everything is clean and tidy. We look forward to staying again on our next Kauai vacation.

It is really seen and felt how much the owners care about this place, pay attention to detail and curate everything with the guests' experience in mind. It is seen in the work, love, care, and resources poured into the place. Everything is high quality and the products and features were carefully selected to create the beautiful light breezy design to go with THE VIEW. It’s remarkable that you can see the ocean from all the major rooms and a gift to be able to wake up in either bedroom and immediately see the ocean. I also especially appreciated the quality of the bed sheets....French linen combined with the brushed cotton (or sateen, it was so soft, I couldn't tell) It was so nice and created a cozy comfortable sleep. The curtains are true black out curtains and cover the whole window in case you want to sleep in. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything and again high quality for your comfort. It's super convenient that beach chairs, towels and etc. are provided. The washer/dryer is super easy to use as well. You really don't feel like you're in a rental but at someone's home, that's how warm and welcoming it is. The location is unbeatable, you're close to everything in Princeville, plenty of beaches around (Hideaways is the closest), and also hidden food stands that are worth exploring. Great area for walks and short drive to Hanalei and Kilauea. Plenty of parking. This place is just perfect, I wish it was a long term rental so I could live there ;-)

This was a beautiful space in a great area. Lucy was a great host and quick respond. We reached out with a few questions about the area and her tips and recommendations were really helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the a/c worked well, though we didn’t need it that much thanks to the breeze flowing through from the ocean. Highly recommend a stay here.

From the moment we booked the condo, we had excellent communication with the owner. When we arrived, the condo exceeded our expectations and looked even better in person. The condo was beautiful and everything inside was new, well decorated and so inviting. The bed my wife and I stayed in, was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We slept so sound and woke up rested each day. The views off of the lanai were amazing and had our coffee there each morning. After a full day of exploration, we would come back and play Yahtzee and drink our wine there to finish off the day. This beautiful condo had everything we needed and made our stay incredible. During our stay, the owner (Lucy and her husband) would even check in with us to make sure everything was taken care of. We loved this place and will be back soon. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay for a couple. Beautiful ocean views and decorated with a calming blue color scheme throughout the condo. The owners met us at the condo and are very proud of their great place. They are very nice and gave us lots of information regarding the area. Also so happy the place had air conditioning. It worked very efficiently and was quiet. Turned the air conditioner off during the evening hours. So relaxing to hear the ocean waves crash against the shore. Just as a note there are approximately 20 stairs, maybe less, but its very doable. Had a wonderful time. My husband and I hope to stay here again in the near future. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

So so happy we chose to stay at Lucy’s place. First and foremost, the ocean view from every room was stunning! The condo was decorated beautifully and modern, with newly renovated bathrooms, which is a huge plus. Everything was incredibly clean and the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. And loved that there was beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. We had the please of meeting Lucy and her husband and they were both such a delight and so helpful with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend staying at her place. Thanks again Lucy!!!

Perfect stay for a last minute girl’s trip. We appreciated the AC in all the spaces. The view is beautiful and you even get a sunset over the next condo in the evenings. Just know you are on the 3rd floor with stairs if you have heavy luggage or mobility problems. Only thing we couldn’t find was a toaster, but no big deal. Everything else we needed (including staples such as baggies, foil and detergent) was provided and appreciated. Beds are Very comfortable! Great stay.
