The room had a weird smell and the bed was not so comfortable. Other than that the place was very nice and accurate with description, it had everything you need for your stay (beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, etc...)

The place was fairly smaller than the pictures. It seemed like an old place, kinda dusty. Toiletries were not sufficient. The bed was too small and uncomfortable for two adults to sleep in. Overall, it was an average stay. I certainly had expected more.

Overall really good experience. We wanted to explore the whole island and this place was located at a very convenient place to drive to wonderful places in Road to Hana. I appreciate how proactive Vacation-Maui was with us. Would definitely book with them next time we come to Maui! Thank you!

Outside of building may not be super fancy but inside is what counts to me. Condo was exactly as pictured on site, clean, and had pretty much everything you may need for your stay. Kitchen,bathroom, laundry and beach supplies. The view of ocean, Sunrise and Sunsets are amazing.

The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the surfers in the morning, the sun set in the evening, and the world go by. We would stay here again.

Prime location to great food sites. Directly across from a beach and park .great open parking access. No timer on AC. My friend had a 4 hour timer at her place in Maui . Perfect sun rise viewing location on balcony

Borderline false advertising. The place is literally above stores which is conveniently left out of pictures in the post. The parking lot is ghetto and has cats everywhere where a man (resident) feeds them every night. The luggage racks to transport the things to your room is literally a stockpile of grocery carts from the local food store. The place is falling apart as each floor is literally being held s up by temporary support beams with cones to warn every one (see picture). The room itself was not clean and the pillows were full of makeup and so were the sheeting s. The screen door didn't lock and when it did we couldn't get it to open up again so we panicked and kept trying to get out and it finally opened. The view isn't exactly as nice as you see in pictures as the electricity lines are blocking a lot of your view. The fold out bed is so bad and needs to be replaced. Overall it's a very low end stay but they are charging a fortune as the demand is high. I won't be back here.

What a great trip! The condo worked out very well for us. The view is amazing. There are shops and restaurants all around as well. You are never far from something to do. I would definitely stay here again.

We love island surf and always stay at this complex. It was huge bummer not having a working dryer. I found the spare sheets in the dresser to make the sofa bed for my kids and they appeared dirty. Housekeeping was supposed to bring fresh bedding but didn’t until 2 days after. We bring limited clothes. Luckily we are originally from the island and had friends house to do laundry. A new washer/dryer unit was installed the day before leaving the island and the dryer still didn’t work. This is a nice unit just make sure if you are in need of washer and dryer that it works!! Management was quick to reply when I messaged them

When I located this place on VRBO, I knew I found exactly what we were looking for. An A/C in the living room and in the bedroom, a washer and dryer, a small kitchen stocked with everything you need, great views of the ocean and sunset, right across the street from a park and the ocean, stores and restaurants in the immediate area, a pool, and BBQs. We rented this place for the above reasons. This was our first time in Maui. Kihei turned out to be one of our favorite places on the island. It has a laid back vibe. It’s a short drive to the other main areas of the island (Wailea, Lahaina, & the airport).
The place was clean, it has ample parking, and an elevator, which makes it easy to get to the 3rd floor. We had a few minor issues with the place. Todd bent over backwards to fix the issues and accommodate us, which we really appreciated. Todd was quick to respond and took care of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The place also came with folding chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels, which was really nice to have for going to the many different beaches. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Maui.

We enjoyed the stay and everything worked as expected. For us, washer was very important as we were traveling with Kids. I called the manager and emailed her as well but it never got fixed. I did not see any effort from the management in taking care of this.

This apartment worked out great for us. Nice, clean, and you can't beat the morning and sunset view of the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.
