This property was phenomenal. The waves was relaxing and lulled you to sleep. No need for a/c just the fresh ocean air. Walking distance to shops and dining. Easy access when exploring by car. Tracy was a great host, always there when you needed to just chat. I highly recommend this safe and convenient condo. Mahalo and Aloha

Excellent location. Central. Great views of the lagoon from the balcony as well as sunsets. We had a perfect stay and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect location and the condo was clean, easy to access and close to town. Well stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, etc.). Our only decision each day was 'pool' (overlooks the ocean!) or 'lagoon' (steps from condo, lanai actually overlooks it). Complex is small (about 36 units), exterior in good shape with active maintenance to maintain it which we found encouraging. Booked direct with Kona Beach Properties - Tracy and Tiana were WONDERFUL! We plan to return same time next year - booked and excited.

Unit was clean, however severely needed new flooring, carpet and bathroom fixtures. The unit smelled musty - maybe from the carpet. Doors need replacing, bathroom sink counter was sloping, mattress was old. Patio furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Property manager was excellent and helpful, however he couldn't do much about the issues with the unit. I understand the unit has been sold and will no longer be in the rental market. We were the just the unlucky ones to be the last occupants.

We loved this property. Unit was clean and had great cookware, some stuff I will look into buying for my own house. Great view off the lanai, not directly ocean facing but close enough to hear the surf and let it lull you to sleep. Our visit was timed poorly from a weather standpoint (epic storm that closed a lot of stuff down due to a power outage) but that made the comfort of the unit that much more needed and appreciated. My only criticism is with the management company who weren’t very friendly when asking about the AC going out right before our stay and not leaving instructions of where extra towels and bedding were kept and not being on site to answer questions.
All in all, would stay here again and would definitely recommend to others.

211 was a beautifully done condo with everything you needed loved the location and barbecue on the grounds. The pool is not heated even though the property and management tells you it is. No parking and no central air . The living room had a portable but very hot in the bedroom. They did have four fans which we used. We did love the unit and the view and the location. So it was worth it.

We enjoyed being close to convenience stores & restaurants which are just walking distance away. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai.

Unfortunately our visit was cut short due to the lose of the air conditioning. The management was responsive to the situation and refunded our money for the last 4 days of our stay. We were able to find accommodations else were.
