Several things were not working when moving in. TV was unplugged from the rear. Deceiving as it was plugged into the wall. Clock, lamps adjacent to sofa were deceptively turned off indicating that a circuit breaker had tripped. Broken toilet paper holder and cabinet door housing supplies falling off the hinges. Reported to Charley and told him that we did not cause the defects. Overall , excellent location and we stay here for that reason. Would be nice to include toaster, more coffee packages, and shampoo. Would be nice to have vaccuum cleaner for crumb cleanup also good to have sofa and carpet steam cleaned.

滞在に満足しています。部屋はアラモアナホテルの一室で、セキュリティーも立地も完璧です。タオル，トイレットペーパーは付いています。お皿やカトラリーもありました。しかしそれは最低限のものなので滞在が長い場合は持って行った方がいいです。私は2週間の滞在をしましたが、部屋に掃除道具がないので、小さな掃除機があればいいなと思います。日本人にもオススメします。
I am satisfied with my stay. The room is a room at the Ala Moana Hotel. Security and location are perfect. Towels and toilet paper are provided. There were also plates and cutlery. However, it is the bare minimum, so if your stay is long, you should bring it with you. I stayed for 2 weeks and it would be nice to have a small vacuum cleaner as there are no cleaning tools in the room. In addition, we want to use when we go to Hawaii.
