Great location. Walking distance to Kailua-Kona. The Unit fronts on to the water, with a view of Kailua-Kona village. The bedrooms overlook the central courtyard and are quiet during nights. Pool is a nice daytime to catch a few extra rays of sunshine. Unit is continuing to enjoy updates.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. However, the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of A/C. Hence why my wife and I moved the mattress into the living room next to the balcony.

We loved our stay in Kona, the unit was incredible with everything you could ask for thought of and documented. We ended up sleeping on the murphy bed so we could here the sound of the surf all night long.
The only draw back is no elevator, which was only a problem twice, bringing the suitcases in and out.

Great place to stay with all amenities one needs. The place was clean, plenty of towels and starting cleaning and paper supplies. Kitchen had all utensils and cookware needed. Beds are comfortable. We slept with the sound of crashing waves every night! We stayed very comfortable in the condo with fans and open windows. Did not miss ac at all. Really helpful to have washer & dryer in unit also. Location of condo is terrific with a private lanai that is right on the ocean. Also within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. The complex has a nice pool & hot tub with plenty of available chairs on the pool deck. People were friendly & neighborly. Would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we specially enjoyed the view from our lanai. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was great for the kids. I highly recommend this place!

After coming to Sea Village for more than a decade, we tried a different condo. It was clean and well set up. The corner location meant that it kept cool without direct sun, but also meant that the view felt cut short a bit, without direct view of the sunset etc. The only things that could improve it for me would be better quality and fitting sheets in the master, and many more hooks for towels inside and outside. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Property's outstanding the view is beautiful and the Room is very well equipped. Nice little details made the stay even more pleasant things like labels on the various switches so you know what operates what. It's a small detail but it shows caring about your guest.

This is such a perfect place to stay in Kona! We’ve stayed at Sea Village before and this place is definitely where we’d go again. The view is GORGEOUS! It’s such a private lanai; you can’t see anyone else, and it’s a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved sitting out there every morning with breakfast and coffee, hearing the waves crash, and seeing the spinner dolphins. Sunsets are beautiful from here too— yes you can’t see the sun itself, but it’s still a beautiful view, and we usually walked down to the pool area anyway to sit on the edge of the property to view the sunsets :) the place itself had everything you could need: two coolers, two full size boogie boards, a beach umbrella, towels, beach chairs, blow up toys, and snorkel equipment (including fins in multiple sizes that fit my husband and I). It was just my husband and I so we didn’t need the extra bedroom, but we did appreciate two bathrooms and the master bed is very comfy. While there’s no AC, they have tons of high powered working fans that kept the rooms more than cool enough (especially leaving the windows with screens open and the balcony door with the screen open). We appreciated how many fans there were and that they worked well. The kitchen is lovely to cook in, with a blender and plenty of cooking utensils. Being on the top floor was nice and quiet. This place is amazing for its view, private lanai, and beach accessories! And the location of sea village itself is perfect— off the busy strip (quiet at night), but walkable to so many restaurants. It’s a short drive to beaches, and a good branching off point for the big island attractions (I recommend a car just for getting around the island and seeing all the beautiful places). The pool, hot tub, and grill are great! The area is very well maintained. We loved staying here, check in was easy, and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

This place had a perfect location. We were close to everything but away from the hustle. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Could watch the dolphins from the deck and listen to the waves. Great pool and hot tub and grill. We loved it!!

Beautiful, peaceful view! Everything you would need and more provided in the unit. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The pool and surroundings were very clean and not crowded. The air conditioning made it very comfortable. A little coffee shop on the premises (The green Flash) was wonderful! It is a lovely walk to town. The unit was great, we love Sea Village, and we love the town of Kona!!

Written description was accurate. The ocean front location and views were great. Property is very well furnished by a thoughtful owner, especially the kitchen. We cook, and had all the utensils we needed including decent knives and even little items like chip bag clips. The one drawback is that with no air conditioning, the unit becomes uncomfortably hot in the afternoon, even with fans blowing all day. We knew about the lack of AC when we signed up. We would still choose to stay here again.

The view from the lanai is great. This unit has been well renovated. They made the shower in the second bath larger and it's really nice. The A/C was nice, but we only used it once. We wanted to hear the ocean and the breeze was more than adequate to cool the unit. Kitchen is well supplied. Great place to stay.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is spacious and very comfortable, and the king bed is one of the best we have ever had in a rental unit. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of this unit from the other condos. We visited in late November, and we did not receive any sun on the lanai, but the view is fantastic.

We liked the condo, and found the location very good - not right in the middle of Kailua Kona but close enough to get to restaurants etc. quickly. The complex is an older set of buildings, like all of the condos on the water, but very well maintained. It would have been nice to have A/C, however we only had a few nights when it was really hot, so that wasn't a big issue. We'd stay there again.

Aloha! We had an amazing time in Kona and a lot was because of where we stayed....Sea Village is a great spot! 1.5 mile walk to downtown which is just about right for a morning walk or a stroll home after a meal. Pool was great, grills were amazing! Our unit had air conditioning which many of them didn't...so we were the envy on the hot days which were most days! Kona is a really fun town and Hawaii is a great island with lots of things to do and see!

We really enjoyed this location, the view is fantastic. I loved sitting on the patio, reading a book, watching the ocean. It was hard to even leave. It is a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. It was nice to have the Green Flash coffee shop right onsite. It was really great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs. Added bonus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would love to come back. If you come here you have to see the manta rays!

Heads up. You CAN NOT see the sunset from this room! It is just far enough over that it is impossible to see! We only stayed a few days. It was easy access and in a great location. Quiet and comfortable. Kinda small and a bit overpriced but I think that is just Kona every thing is overpriced. We have went to Maui three times a year for the last 20 years. We came to big island thinking it may be a bit cheaper however this is not the case. Big island is way more expensive and you will spend most your days driving on long straight roads to see attractions that are less than half as spectacular as you think they will be. If you love driving all day your gonna love big island. Condo was adequate and had all a the things. We just expected more for our money.

I guess I should have done more research on Google Earth(!) They list “beach” as one of the amenities. Beaches are a short drive away, but certainly NOT at this location. You probably could walk to one of them, but roads are not pedestrian friendly, That was a let down. A couple of other negatives are: no safe in the unit, which was super inconvenient. We had to take a backpack everywhere, including the beach. Then we had to worry about leaving valuables while we were in the water. Another major negative was the 10 AM check out time. Difficult when your flight leaves n the late afternoon. I contacted the owner, and there was no flexibility on this; we weren’t even able to hang around the pool until our flight. The pool key remains in the unit, and the door locked down (the code we were given expired right at 10.) Another big negative was despite paying a hefty cleaning fee, there was a list of check out rules: take out all trash, including bathroom trash, put towels in washer, start the dishwasher, etc. REALLY? Who ever needs to do this when staying in a hotel? Very nice unit with good AC, and it was nice to hear waves from the patio. But sorry, there were too many downsides to rate this property more than 3 stars.

Just left 6 nights and had a great stay. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. We loved getting coffee and smoothies at green flash (closed on the weekends). The closest / best beach for sand and swimming we found was magic sands which was about 5 minute drive. We had 2 small children with us and we found it pretty easy to walk to the shops and restaurants in Kona with them in the stroller (you do have to walk on the road though). AC was a definitely necessity and we were so thankful to have it!
