My husband and I highly recommend the area in Princeville and this condominium. The place had all we needed. It was quiet and comfortable for relaxing days and evenings. Laura, the manager, is terrific and provided her contact in case of any issues of which we had none. Thank you for a lovely stay. Mahalo!

We stayed at the Beautiful Plantation property recently and it was exactly as the description. The property was immaculate and the property manager, Laura, was very helpful and friendly. When we go back to Kauai we home we can stay at the property again. The floor plan is set up so two couples have privacy - very nice when traveling with friends.

This was our first stay in Princeville. This condo was perfect! Well stocked, spacious, nice outdoor area, great location!! Laura was a superb host!! She was very accommodating and put up with my many inquiries and texts! There were nice beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler for our use! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality Laura!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time here. It’s well-located close to the pool, fitness center, and beach, with all the amenities we needed. Easy and clear communication for checking in and out, very clean and comfortable place. Recommended.

It’s our first stay on the north shore of Kauai. Princeville is very nice. The vrbo place is terrific, and the location near the pool was a bonus.

My husband and I were first time Kauai visitors along with my brother and sister in law. Perfect place for the 4 of us who live in different states.
It was welcoming and had everything we needed.
Beds were firm, shower pressure and bath amenities were great and kitchen had necessities.
Bonus to have the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage.
Laura couldn’t have been more helpful and accessible without being intrusive.
We agreed we would pick this property again if we return. Excellent!!!

Property and Condo were immaculate, communication from Laura was phenomenal, and the location was amazing. We loved staying at this condo and it had absolutely everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards in the garage. If you are thinking about it don't hesitate. Awesome host.

An awesome experience from the time we made the reservation through the end of our trip! Laura called us within an hour of reserving a week in her beautiful townhome in Princeville just to thank us and answer any questions. That put us at ease and made us look forward to our vacation even more. When we arrived about a month later everything was perfect —plenty of space for my husband and teenage kids, very clean, chairs/boogie boards/towels for the beach, and guidebooks to look through.
