We recently spent one week at this condo. It is on the 21st floor of the Waikiki Sunset near Kuhio Beach. The host, Courtney, sent instructions before our arrival on exactly what to do to check in and welcomed us with a lovely gift basket. The unit was very clean with a view looking towards the mountains which was beautiful. We had a car for the week so we could go all over the island. The parking space was a great convenience. The location of the hotel to many restaurants was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation!

Exactly as pictured-clean and finished nicely. Nice to have provided tp, shampoo, etc. Easy check in and code door means no having to carry keys around. Comfy big bed. Older teens used bunk beds and they made it work bc they didn’t want to open and close couch every night, but just know the bunks aren’t true twins. As others have said kitchen has plenty to cook a nice meal. Long wait for elevators during this busy Christmas week. Always able to find a parking spot in the garage. Thanks Courtney for a great place to stay for our Christmas vacation!

This was the perfect apartment for our stay on O'ahu. Great location, tons of stuff to do within walking distance and slightly outside the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The listing itself was exactly as described - what a view! Courtney was very communicative and the check-in and out process was a breeze. Dreaming of coming back!

Courtney and the place were great! All the basics were there and some including beach gear. The eastern view of the There were issues with the old building but Courtney did her best to accommodate. We’d definitely come back!

Courtney's place was fantastic. The building was a bit older and had some construction going on, but once you step foot into the condo it was so nice! It was my husband, my 1 year old, and I staying there, and Courtney set up the pack n play for us ahead of time since we had a late flight in. She also provided a high chair for our daughter. We appreciated the view, the AC, and the coin op laundry. It was a great place to stay for our family.

The interior is really pretty! Everything feels brand new, clean, and in really good taste. Two body boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and nerf football on the lanai, four beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, AC, easy code entry, great lobby access, parking easy too. Bunk beds were so much fun and big bed was comfy. (No guard rail on top, so not for small kids to sleep.) Courtney was a great host, attentive and sweet, and left really sweet welcome treats and card, and had a pack and play with clean sheet for us. So close to beach, zoo, and easy driving to all the good food options on Kapahulu. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We stayed for two weeks this August. Condo looks exactly like the pictures. The included parking was great, easy to access and always available. Great air conditioning, comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom with lots of storage, nice kitchen and many small amenities that made are stay enjoyable. We loved the location which was a few minute walk to Waikiki beach. The building was very quiet. Laundry room right next door, very clean and convenient. Property manager communicated check in and check out process which made the stay super easy. Had no issues during our stay this no need to communicate with them. We absolutely loved our stay and would consider staying again in future visit to Oahu.

Really clean with amazing views! Great amenities and pool area. My only grip isn't with this property or the owner. It is with a 4pm check in time in Waikiki. This is too late for people to make the most of the day of arrival.

The unit we stayed in was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The bed just sucks you in especially after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. The unit allowed us to have space to relax with a gorgeous view of the mountainside from a balcony or in the living room. It came with beach towels and beach chairs. I love that the parking is free. The building is a bit old and the hallway had lots of scents which I am sensitive to. The restaurants and markets we preferred to go to were about half mile walk. We didn’t mind the walk though. I liked that it was very close to the Ala Wai Canal so I can do a scenic morning and evening walk. Thanks for the wonderful stay Courtney!

Such a great find! I almost don’t want to review it so others don’t like it and it’ll be available for me whenever. ;)
Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights and it was just perfect. The king bed in master (a must), bunk beds and a pull out sofa worked perfectly for our family of tall teens - they don’t want to smush on a sofa bed for a week! Also, the free parking was huge. The condo was super clean and comfortable and was fully stocked - also had the things you need immediately: toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge/liquid, etc. which when you arrive after being awake almost 24 hrs is so amazing! Courtney even left a welcome basket with coffee - absolute perfection for the next morning. The beach chairs, towels, umbrellas were all utilized as well! I even did a load of laundry (right next door on the floor) the last night.
We walked everywhere we wanted to go in/around Waikiki. It is on the end of the beach closest to diamond head but it was no biggie for us to walk a .5 mile or so to a restaurant in one of the swanky beach hotels. Tons of shopping and restaurants close. Easy location to jump on the highway to get to north shore or the east side of the island as well.

The condo is clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware (complete sets), pots and pans and all sorts of cooking utensils. There were even storage containers which I have never seen in a rental. Usually you find mismatched dishes, cups etc. This condo felt like a home away from home. There were also supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners readily available. Courtney was very accommodating and available if we needed anything. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull-out in the living room. Linen, pillows, blankets, and towels were of good quality. Of course her welcome basket of goodies set the tone of our stay. That just shows how thoughtful and caring she is. Mahalo to you and your staff.

The condo was immaculate. The updates Courtney has made are beautiful and welcoming. The beds were all comfortable- even the pull out couch bed! It’s conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shopping options all within walking distance. Plenty of beach towels are available. My kids loved having access to the boogie boards. Free parking is a huge perk as well. There was even a sweet welcome gift for us upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

The renovations are stunning (do not be put off by the dated corridors of the block). Courtney's property was the perfect stay for our first vacation in Hawaii! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely gift basket with some local treats. The condo itself was newly updated and clean. We were traveling with our toddler and Courtney was great about providing a high chair and pack n' play, as well as making sure we had all the info we needed for the place itself, as well as the area. Something visitors will love is how centrally located it is. It's steps away from the beach and walkable to everything you need to get to in Waikiki. Whether you're traveling with kids or not, you won't be disappointed in Courtney's place.

This apartment was well stocked with anything we needed for our stay, and Courtney was very accommodating.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was included, which was great if you wanted to explore the island on your own.
The views of the mountains are beautiful. We also saw a couple of rainbows since it rained a bit too much.

This property is amazing! Clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We had everything we needed and easily communicated with Courtney. The location is an easy walk to the beach and we walked to the zoo also! If we get to come back to Honolulu we would absolutely stay here again!

This unit is totally amazing!!!! Courtney is an amazing owner she has thought of everything. Having FREE parking is unheard in Waikiki. The view was spectacular. From now on I will always book with Courtney’s. From having boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, to a ninja blender, and rice cooker. Washing machine and dryer on every floor.

This property is modern, clean and excellent for our family of 4.. Full kitchen. Master Bed was excellent. 2 twin beds were firm, but the teenagers slept fine. I was able to catch a nap or 2 in them as well. Queen bed on the pull out couch was very comfortable for a pull out couch. Again, the teens slept well on them. Even the bedroom and bathroom doors open/closed silently and didn’t wake anyone sleeping.
The location is fantastic on the east side of Waikiki which was quieter and suited us just fine. Short walk to the beach and to the heart of Waikiki. ABC stores and a row of food trucks just 2 blocks towards the beach.
Free parking with unlimited in/out privileges!!! Cannot highlight this bolder if you are going to have a rental car and doing day trips to see the rest of the island. Also great if you want to drive to Costco, Walmart, or Safeway for food/drink/snacks.
Finally the hostess. She thought of just about everything we may neeed: Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. A pair of body boards. Brita water filter; coffe pot with filters. She made the start and end of this trip so special for us. A small welcome basket with coffee and snacks for our evening arrival so the the next morning started off right and the help for us with a delayed flight on our way out.
11/10 would stay with Courtney again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.
