Gorgeous ocean views are just the beginning! Unwind at this beautiful condo on the ground floor, set up with two separate furnished patios. Enjoy snorkeling out the back lanai! It's easy to cook dinner in the full kitchen and bring it out to enjoy while hearing the waves roll by. Beach access is, of course, just a short walk away! When you return from the shore, just throw your beach towels in the private washer/dryer. Guests of this condo can also enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay.

My family of 3 stayed at Napili Point over the Christmas holidays. The grounds of the complex are very beautiful and well-kept. We really loved the views of the water from the lanai; there were days when we were able to see sea turtles surfacing in the bay. The location is great for exploring the west and northwest parts of Maui. There is a swimmable sand beach within walking distance, and you also have the pool that is mere steps from your door. The condo is spacious enough for a small family. The mirrored walls actually do a pretty good job of making the main room feel more spacious than it is. The included tv service was nice for evening downtime. Vacasa had a small welcome gift waiting for us that was a thoughtful touch.
We arrived right at check-in time to find housekeeping scrambling to finish cleaning the unit. Upon entry, the floors were still damp. The condo was clean enough, but not spotless, and in need of some cosmetic maintenance and updating. Main bedroom king bed was comfortable but the pull-out couch really was not. We were able to stay cool with open windows and ceiling fans, but in the afternoon, the setting sun shines directly onto the unit and heats it up a bit. There was a fair amount of foot traffic on the path right outside the unit throughout the day that made it feel a little less private. The sliding slatted doors between the main room and bedroom do not offer much in the way of noise buffering. During our stay, we also did not have any dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent provided, and the coffee pot isn’t the correct size for the machine, so it won’t properly engage the drip mechanism.
That said, we enjoyed our stay and loved falling to sleep and waking up to the calming sound of ocean waves lapping at the shore. And observing sunset from the lanai was magical. An overall positive experience with Vacasa and Napili Point!

The views from the two patios were picture perfect sunsets, turtle's, whales and dolphins every day. The unit is clean and well equipped in the kitchen and bath just as the photos show. The bed was comfortable and clean the A/C works perfectly although the open windows were better. The only negative feedback we have is that. the washer didn’t drain very well and the sofa bed is terrible. Truthfully I did not let my son sleep on it. Luckily he is young and didn't mind the couch an adult would not fair so well. The wifi works perfectly the TV and cable work great we enjoyed super bowl 2022. The snorkeling was excellent lots of turtle's and fish. Be careful on the rocks they are sharp ask my wife. The entrance to the snorkeling spot can get a little rough if the waves are strong be careful. The beach is a short walk down the trail and it is a beautiful one. If you are used to the Four Seasons or the Westin this might not be for you. My wife my son and I were very comfortable here it was like home for the week. We loved our stay thank you for hosting our family. Grant

We have been to Napili Point many times dating back more than 25 years. As always, it is spectacular. This condo has wonderful views from all windows. We appreciated the macadamia nut candy welcoming us.
