Well equipped and very clean condo (no carpets- yay!) Especially compared with other vrbo units we have used. Great location with short drive to many beaches and Napali coast. Only minor issue was noise from footsteps in condo above occupied on our last night. Sherri answered most emails very quickly. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our honeymoon in Kaua’i. Fantastic location with great ocean views and nearby Turtle Cave. Great nearby parking spot. The place was huge and spacious and extremely nice. All the appliances and amenities were top notch. Great outdoor patio area. Great location to Princeville and Hanalei Bay. Can’t recommend this place enough.

2 couples of 70+ ages; close friends with professional backgrounds who can be highly critical. We had a very enjoyable stay. One suggestion would be to make the unit # on the outside of the building where the unit was located clearer and brighter . you might also think about providing a map of the entire condo development with the unit noted on the website.

We loved this property. Tastefully remodeled, you can tell the owners did not leave any detail unnoticed. Everything was clean upon check in. Unit had everything you would need. Although I do recommend that the host have beach chairs available. I look forward to staying here again!

Our week in Princeville was amazing…we had a little issue finding the condo in the dark and the owners came right over and helped us, we were so thankful! The condo is beautiful and very clean. Also has amazing views from the patio and out the kitchen and dining room windows. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Princeville😁

We had a wonderful time enjoying the North Shore from this perfect location. The host, Sherri, was amazing and quick to respond when we had any questions. The place was just as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised to find all the beach toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided for us. This was a great perk and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Kauai.

Sherri and Larry's home was beautiful - rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. They were also very accommodating with our request to use the beach umbrella and towels on the morning of our check-out, even if the items were returned past the check-out time. We would definitely stay here again; it was perfectly located for exploring the north shore of Kauai!

We enjoyed our stay in Princeville at Sheri and Larry’s condo. The finishes in this condo are top of the line with beautiful wooden cabinetry, upgraded appliances, and little details to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are decent sizes, as well as the bathrooms. We were 10-15 minutes from main attractions in the area and a short drive to grocery/shops! The community was quiet with great views on both sides of the condo. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time while staying in Princeville. There was one slight hiccup with check in where the instructions weren't attached, but Sherri responded quickly and we were able to settle in quickly. Absolutely loved the location as it's close to Foodland and Turtle Cove!

Beautiful, clean, new condo with all the things you need for your beach vacation. Storage locker had chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment.
The condo itself is more like a nice hotel with white linens and towels and very comfy beds. Bathrooms are updated with nice showers and big tub.
We loved staying here and would definitely book here again. Easy to get in to the condo, not one problem!

Unit exactly as described and extremely comfortable! The location was perfect for us, and everything was easy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms were heavenly. It's a very spacious home and the corner unit makes it so easy to get in an out when we are rushing around! The unit also has an outside storage that has water/beach activity items, including two beach chairs and an umbrella which served us well as well as some snorkeling gear so we didn't need to rent those items. We will stay there again when we return to Kauai.

We were extremely pleased with this newly remodeled luxury unit.
First of all, check in was a piece of cake. The development is quiet and uncrowded and I basically had the pool to myself. We loved the location in beautiful Princeville, close enough to Hanalei to visit daily. Nothing is very far in Kauai, so we were able to visit Kapa'a, Poipu Beach, Waimea Canyon, and the Napali Coast as well.
The unit itself is completely renovated throughout, and they did a really tasteful job updating. It's clean, modern, and beautiful.
The beds are super comfortable and I slept like a rock. My husband slept great too. The A/C unit kept our bedroom cool and comfortable. The primary bathroom is gorgeous with a huge new tub, double rain shower (with plenty of water pressure), and beautiful tile and counters. There was ample clean, functional storage.
We love the kitchen! The appliances are really nice and the entire kitchen is beautiful and well equipped.
We used the beach chairs and beach towels that were provided, which was so convenient. The ice chest was much bigger than we needed for two people, and we brought our own snorkeling gear, but they did have it available. They thought of everything!
Having a nice washer and dryer was really handy! There was also laundry soap provided.
I enjoyed breakfast out on the patio a couple of times with the lush garden view.
We highly recommend this property and will likely stay there again ourselves. Loved it!

This was a wonderful condo- we all agreed the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Linens were all super clean and plush- kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked great. Wonderful place kuddos to the owners for putting so much thought into this home. Wonderful.

Fabulous property with tremendous views and scenery. Close to Hanalei Bay. Across the street are adarondak chairs on the lawn with a spectacular ocean view.
The only “complaint” was the front door. Its a bit glitchy.

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the a/c units in the rooms were extremely helpful.
We used just about everything in the condos beach closet. So handy!

Ocean views and a mountain range out the back... it's very close to Hanalei Bay and other small towns if you need anything and there are so many beaches within a short drive. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family, including two children. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The grounds are lovely and the outside seating had a view of the mountains, perfect for a morning coffee. There are some Adirondack chairs on the grounds where you can sit and look at the ocean (we even saw a whale jump out!!). The key is a little stiff and needs to be turned counter clockwise- took us a while to figure it out when checking in in the middle of the night. Would highly recommend this unit.

This condo is immaculate - the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a rental property. Very clean and well-appointed. Owners were excellent communicators. My only complaint has to do with the Alii Kai property itself - the pool was not as nice as some in the area and lacked a hot tub.

This property was wonderful! Just as the photos reveal, the finishes were amazing. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted, not just random leftover kitchen utensils from some other home. The views of the ocean looking one way, and of the mountains & greenery from the back porch. In-unit laundry (with detergent!) was nice.

Sherri and Larry were fantastic hosts. We had a wonderful time in their rental. Space is exquisitely designed and immaculate. The kitchen is stocked if you want to stay home and cook, and beds are very comfortable.
The complex is perfectly located and there’s a beautiful spot to go and have a morning coffee at sunrise overlooking the sea.
Thank you Sherri and Larry for opening your beautiful home to us! We will definitely be back.
