Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Great location, just a few steps to beach, shops, eating and coffee. Very small view of ocean as trees block view (higher floors would not have this problem. A bit noisy from patio--people, traffic. Very clean. Nice kitchenette. Good security. No noise from neighbors. Water in shower and sink never really got very hot. Fine Wi-Fi We would stay again for a short visit (4 nights).

Our view across the tree tops with partial ocean view was very pleasant, with the bird life of Fort DeRussy Park in full display, including a flock of green parrots. A minor maintenance item was taken care of quickly. You have direct access to the beach from the building, with a comfortable shower just inside the gate. Numerous shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Captain Cook Resorts is very professional and responsive.
