SLEEPING:
In the Primary Bedroom you will find a Cal King-sized bed, ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in glass block shower and granite counter top. The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors; and the Second Bathroom is equipped with a stall shower and has a granite counter top. In the Living Room is a Queen sized convertible sofa which when converted allows the unit to Sleep 6.
GROUND:
You are surrounded with are lush green and well-maintained garden with common area for BBQ's area for grilling. There is also a popular, privately-owned coffee, sandwich and smoothie shop on the property.
AROUND:
Sea Village is a short distance from Honl's beach & White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. There is also Kona trolley stop at Sea Village making it easier to move around without car.
Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee Country where you'll find free coffee samples galore. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park. Championship Golf Courses are nearby. Visit Kona and enjoy world class Beaches, Snorkeling, Surfing, Parasailing, Dinner Cruises, Luaus, Kayaking, Diving and Deep Sea Fishing.
Please note, the complex does not have elevators.
There is no air conditioning in our condo, but with fans in each room and the trade winds usually help to keep the unit comfortable. In addition, the mauka (mountainside) breeze typically develops after sunset and helps cool the bedrooms if the windows are open.

After figuring out how to get to the property during the 2023 Ironman with all the different road closures (come from the south!), the condo was a great place with plenty of room to relax. It does eventually cool down at night, as there is no A/C, but there are plenty of fans everywhere to help keep the air moving. Fantastic views. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

We LOVED this rental. It was in a great location, had amazing views, was super stocked full of everything you needed, and was just a comfortable and relaxing place to vacation. We will definitely stay here again. I read some reviews that said people on the property complained about kids being loud, but we didn't experience that at all. Actually, there were tons of kids there when we were there and everyone was really nice.

Nice place, kids loved the pool. Generally an older resident population in the complex, but the vast majority were very warm and welcoming to our young family. The unit was greatly provisioned, even had boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles, snorkel gear. Slightly older building, but everything was well kept.

It has an awesome view of the ocean you can stand on the balcony and look out over the entire coastline of the Kona in Area. My only issue was the fact that the pool had so many rules it prevented kids from playing my kids tried to play calmly no splashing no loud noises and some reported them to the manager within 15 minutes of being in the pool. The place claims his children friendly but with that many rules for kids in the pool it’s obviously not too children friendly and mine were also they’ll only kids I saw. Other than this issue the condo is great. The color also is located in Kona which means it is near everything so you just went to beaches instead of trying to play there at the condo in the pool. A lot of people said the condo was really warm we did not have that problem the fans keep it at a very pleasant temperature for everybody.

A roomy two bedroom, three bath. Quiet and with a beautiful pool and barbecue. The condo had lots of amenities. We would definitely stay there again.
