The kitchen has new appliances and all the gadgets the chef in your family would desire! The living area is decorated with vibrant colors, Big Island artwork, and tapestries. If watching sunrises or sunsets over the Pacific is important, you will be steps away from a salt and pepper beach, and just north, you will find a sandy beach. When you return to the condo, you can relax in the comfort of your condo's cold air conditioning.
The bedroom is a great place to recharge, as it comes with a queen bed, a large smart TV, a safe for your valuables, a large closet for your clothes, and two nightstands with ample charging stations on both for all your electronics. This is a great place to mirror your device to the bedroom's own smart TV to review your pics and videos from the day's excursions.
Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet is located on Alii Drive close to shopping, restaurants, and the famous Kona Farmer's Market. You will be 1.5 miles from Magic Sands beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park. Shoreline access to the oceanfront is available in the complex along with multiple beach locations within a mile or two in each direction. - This home has a split air conditioning system. One unit is located in the bedroom, and one is in the living room and cools very nicely.
- There are fewer than five steps to the unit.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
The pool will be closed on April 15- May 3, 2024 due to a replaster project.

I was so happy with everything about this condo. The location is awesome; out of the hustle and bustle of Kona Town but close enough. The racquet club is perfectly maintained and we enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Close access to a sandy beach for watching sunsets and super close to Kahalu’u beach, one of our favorite snorkeling spots. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for playing outdoors as well as plenty of usable items (trash bags, laundry soap, etc). It was very clean and we arrived to Hawaiian music playing on the big screen TV’s. The furnishings are very nice and the bed was super comfortable! My one complaint was the bathroom washcloths, they were gross looking and I had to buy new ones to use while there. The washer and dryer in the unit were a big plus and next time I will definitely pack lighter.

A great little condo in a great location. The condo was clean and comfortable. Steps away from a rocky beach for amazing sunsets and close to great snorkelling and surfing. The complex it is in is quiet well kept with a nice pool and tennis/pickleball courts.

The condo is located in a very quiet and well taken care of property. Upon entering the condo you can tell it was cleaned very well. The apartment itself had all the amenities you can want. I would either rent or bring your own snorkel gear, the gear mentioned in the listing was not complete for two adults. They did have a nice backpack, beach, chairs, and beach towels, which was very nice. The air conditioning works very good and there are fans in every room. The one area that you need to know about are the cockroaches. they are there and as I have found out are in most of the properties on the island and although they spray, we did have to deal with quite a few. Even had to get rid of a few in the washing machine and the dishwasher. We had to completely shake everything out and wrap our luggage and garbage bags so we don’t bring them home. I suggest you keep it very clean and put all food in the fridge. We did cook while we were there but I think next time I might rent a property without a kitchen. Other than that the pool key did not work, but the pool was open and we were not left with a code to get into the bathroom at the pool, but other guests helped us.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous VRBO and rental homes, this was hands down the cleanest, well equipped and comfortable home to date. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. The owners thought of everything from nice beach equipment, coolers, towels, pickle ball equipment, the list goes on and on. When we return to Hawaii we will try and stay there again.

Having access to the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and designated parking was a nice perk. The small beach on the north side of the complex was perfect for sunsets. Bed was smaller than expected. Be sure to rent your own snorkels.

The condo was nicely furnished but when we checked in there were between 50-100 gnats on the bedroom quilt. They were not flying, just “lying” on the quilt, sheets and pillows. It was actually gross and when I called CBIP Vacations they told me it was no big deal and to make up the pull out couch and sleep there. There were gnats in the living room too, just not nearly as many. We ended up leaving and staying in a hotel until the following day when they had pest control come out and the cleaners wash all of the bedding. It was not the start to our trip as we had planned. We were reimbursed for our hotel stay. After all was cleaned we ended up enjoying the stay.

This unit was perfect for us. Nice comfy bed and pillows, great kitchen area, loved it all. Nice to have a reserved parking spot. And we loved watching the surf and sunset every night with just a short walk to the shoreline. The management was exceptional! The ac went out when we were there and they worked quickly to get it resolved! Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend.

We rented the unit for ten days. It was very clean and newly renovated, with washer an dryer and supplies for it and dishwasher as well as basic spices etc for cooking. They supplied all beach toys and beach chairs, plus surprises like Alexa and bathroom mirror that defogs and illuminates We enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. The place was pristine and organized. The linens/towels were nice and felt brand new - the 4 pillows on the bed were super comfy. I loved the beach towels as well. You can tell that the host really thought about their guests and their stay. I really appreciated the travel coffee tumblers (nice touch) - wish I was there for pleasure and could have used all the snorkel gear/ beach chairs etc - there was even a fishing pole. :). The management company was super responsive when I wanted to extend the stay. I was surprised that I could hear the ocean at night and that there was another public beach just a few steps away. Coming from the cold - I was a bit worried about the ac (especially at night) - it worked great!!!!! Overall a really great experience!
