Great Location across the street from the beach! Clean and bright unit that is well kept. Very Comfortable. Spacious lanai added to the experience. Covered parking was convenient right below the unit.

Nice large unit, more than enough room for our family of four. The large wrap around lanai made the unit feel even bigger. Great location right across from Magic Sands Beach. Everything about the trip was perfect. Would recommend anyone to stay here for their Hawaiian vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The lanai was fabulous and we spent much of our condo time taking in the sights and sounds from there. This unit has an elevator but will still require a half flight of stairs to access.

Nice large unit, more than enough room for our family of four. The large wrap around lanai made the unit feel even bigger. Great location right across from Magic Sands Beach. Everything about the trip was perfect. Would recommend anyone to stay here for their Hawaiian vacation.

Pros: Apartment is nice, very cool wrap-around balcony, furniture is nice, massive TV in the living room, bed is comfortable, place was clean. The staff were accommodating when I needed to change the dates of our stay.Cons: The elevator is inconveniently located - you have to walk 50-100 yards and then still go down 5 or 6 steps when you get to the 3rd floor, so might as well just take the stairs, which is kind of annoying when you have your luggage. There is a horrible ant problem, so don't accidentally leave ANYTHING out. They literally went for the smallest crumbs left on the counter. The cleaning crew was there at 10:55 am on check-out day, so we felt very much rushed out the door, which I did not like because I fear of forgetting something. And i just generally don't like this, I am on vacation. Please don't be knocking on the door before check-out time. Also, while I appreciate the staff being accommodating, what I don't like was they email you a VERY long lease agreement to sign AFTER you book the place, and the booking was non-refundable. So if you disagree with the lease agreement, you're SOL. Some nit-picky things in the lease I didn't approve of, like you have to take the trash out (even though I pay a cleaning fee...). If I don't take the trash out, do I incur an extra fee? I didn't want to take the chance. So not only was I rushed out the door with all my luggage, I also had to take the bag of trash with me.Hopefully some things for management to improve on.

When we arrived, I felt right at home, the condo was perfect for our stay in Hawaii, the property is clean and well maintained, the location at magic sands beach is awesome and the sunset view from the lani was enjoyed every evening, we also made use of all the beach toys,cooler,etc. the furniture is comfortable and clean, the AC kept us comfortable at night for sleeping,the property manager is on top of their game and made the whole process smooth. I would stay again and recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy.
The condo complex has a nice pool area that has a mini fridge, microwave, sink, sauna, pool table and restrooms.
The unit was as advertised in the photos. The unit is clean and quiet. We were surprised to see there wasn’t a foam mattress topper for the pull out couch, so we bought one and left it in the unit. The beds in the main bedrooms are comfy. There are fans in the bedrooms. There was plenty of starter supplies(dish soap, laundry supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). There was 3 beach umbrellas, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 5 noodles, 3 boogie board(all are broken in the middle), coolers, beach mats, baby floater, fins, sand toys, etc. We left our leftover supplies and beach toys as well. The unit could use a new strainer(the one in unit is rusty)and maybe a new set of pans. We really enjoyed the large wrap around with all the patio furniture.
We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed at this unit while visiting the Kona side of the Big Island. There were so many things to love. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Could definitely accommodate 6. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit is on the end so noise was never an issue. The beach supplies, including chairs, snorkels, cooler, etc were a bonus. The furniture was very nice. The wrap around lanai was perfect for enjoying the views. The ground were excellent. We enjoyed using the pool, the grill station, and the pool table. The location was close to a grocery store. The beach across the street was good for the views but not use. There were always homeless people using the beach as their “camp” either on the beach or on the road beside the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend the condo but find a different beach to enjoy... there are many to pick from!

Overall, I would rate this property very well. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice furniture. The bedroom and beds were perfect for our family of (2) adults and (2) kids. The kitchen/bathrooms have been updated enough to not feel too dated. The communication with the property management team was fantastic. We didn't have any issues, but I have no doubt that they would have been quick to address them if we had any. The view was pretty good. One of the units on site blocked the sunset, but otherwise the wrap around lanai was really, REALLY amazing. The location was satisfactory. Only one real restaurant option within walking distance. But lots of choices a 10 minute drive away. Magic Sands Beach was right across the street. Great experience overall.

The 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and spacious family room with wrap around balcony were perfect for our family. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony every morning for breakfast. The condo was very cozy and the kitchen had all of the pots and pans needed for when cooking in. We were very happy with our stay.

We liked this place. Right outside the kitchen window is jungle area with plenty of birds (some parrots) and goats too. Across the street is the beach. The condo is spacious with huge lanai and everything you need for your stay. Plenty of extra blankets, towels and beach stuff. The pool area is nice with bbq area, pool table, sauna and hot tub. Would stay here again.
