Located in the ocean-view Hawaii Building, your ground-floor studio condo is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee on your private lanai with a view of the ocean and beach sunrises. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, complimentary WiFi (lobby only), TV, and beach towels.

This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Rocked to sleep by the sound of the ocean, we were steps away. Greeted by beautiful sunrises each morning that we viewed from the room, it was ideal. There were 2 full beds rather than 1 king size bed which we would have preferred, but the compromise was well worth it. We enjoyed the hot tub (very hot) and a short walk to LavaLava beach club for dinner and entertainment. Everything was great.

There were 2 full beds rather than 1 king size bed which we would have preferred, but the compromise was well worth it. Nice property, you get what you pay for, no frills. Room needed updating, tv rarely worked, dead bolt on door broken, hair dryer, dead bugs in the cabinets.Staff not overly friendly. If book from third party, you cant use the laundry facility. Would stay at complex again, but different unit.

I had the best time at this property! The pool and hot tub has ocean views with a pool bar that was super friendly and open late. There is a beautiful paved beach path for walking or running. There is grocery, drug and souvenir shops a very short walk away as well as a variety of wonderful restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and will be returning again!

Love the proximity to the ocean; the room is in need of some upgrades - the shower drain needs repair, the curtains that go across the glass door need updated; it’s ok overall - just seems not in the 21st century

Location was great, 1 min walk to the ocean. The place was a little outdated, the beds were small and super uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. Was on the 1st floor so that was nice. Overall 3.5 stars.

Property locatation is at the beach and walking distance to shops, grocery store and a few restaurants. Tiki bar, pool and hot tub added to the experience. I would stay at this site again.
